Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
I. Full Cycle Recruiting:
* Coordinate full cycle recruiting functions to assist in maintaining a continuous pipeline of qualified candidates in accordance with overall recruitment plans and guidelines
* Facilitate job requisition process and fulfillment of job openings including regular and temporary employees
* Source, screen, administer PI, interview, refer applicants to hiring managers and partner with hiring manager to ensure all steps of selection process are completed

K2 Solutions Inc. is currently seeking Special Operations Forces (SOF) Intelligence Integrators to serve on a unique, multi-discipline team assisting Special Operations Forces' (SOF) operational and tactical commanders, their staffs and their subordinate units with fusing operations and intelligence information in an effective, seamless process to enhance their effectiveness against threat networks that facilitate or employ Improvised Explosive Devices (IEDs).
The Team will ensure SOF assets are kept abreast of all current and emerging JIEDDO-COIC processes, methodologies, and Tactics, Techniques & Procedures (TTP) for attacking networks that utilize IEDs.
Detailed Responsibilities:
The SOF Intelligence Integrator will assist in developing processes that focus on developing SOF Situational Understanding of threat networks and enabling DOD, IA, and IC communities of action focused on dismantling, disrupting, and defeating those networks. The Intelligence Integrator will prioritize and categorize requests for support, conduct near- and long-term analyses of device and network-centric problem sets, fusing multiple intelligence disciplines to support the application of operational capabilities in order to facilitate disruption and defeat of threat networks that employ or facilitate IEDs.
The SOF Intelligence Integrator will focus on problem sets at the tactical through operational levels while applying a thorough understanding of ISR integration and the ops/intelligence fusion process to compile, collate, analyze and evaluate all sources of information (to include unevaluated intelligence and open source data) associated with IEDs and their employment/facilitation by terrorist, insurgent, or criminal networks.
The SOF Intelligence Integrator will work closely with other members of a multi-discipline team to identify capabilities and vulnerabilities of targeted enemy organizations, identify trends, patterns and key nodes and highlighting their relationships to the targeted enemy networks. The Intelligence Integrator must possess a thorough understanding of the intelligence process to compile, collate, analyze, produce, and evaluate all-source intelligence and provide subject matter expertise. The Integrator must be able to provide guidance and mentorship to junior analysts and should be able to provide daily feedback to the team lead on product development. The Intelligence Integrator must also possess the ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing.

· Engineer, import, describe, and evaluate relevant vocabulary source(s) within the enterprise.

Program Analyst will provide analytical, operational, and technical support services for the Defense Technical Information Center, Information Analysis Center (DTIC-IAC) Program Management Office (PMO) located in Fort Belvoir, VA. Job Description
Lake County is seeking seven temporary road maintenance workers. The employment dates are December 1, 2015 through March 31, 2016. These positions perform a variety of maintenance and traffic tasks related to the preservation and upkeep of County highways, bridges, drainage structures and other highway features, and DOT facilities. These positions perform semi-skilled work in operating tools and highway maintenance. They also perform essential snow and ice control operations. All duties are performed in accordance with the county safety code and established safe work practices. The regular hours of work are Monday through Friday from 6:30am until 3:00pm. During the snow and ice control call-outs these positions are on a 24 hour call-in status.
Required Skills
In order to be successful in these positions the candidates must have the ability to operate snow plow trucks with plows and salt spreaders, tractors, chippers, compressors, jack hammers, generators, etc. The candidates must also have the ability to wash, grease and assist in maintenance/servicing equipment including minor repairs and preventive maintenance; the ability to repair, replace and patch asphalt and concrete surfaces and fill in aggregate shoulder ruts; the ability to direct and control traffic during road maintenance; the ability to remove and dispose of trash, dead animals and other debris found on highways; the ability to trim and chip trees and shrubs; the ability to work from ladders or scaffolding; the ability to perform difficult physical labor; the ability to work under extreme weather conditions and the ability to work overtime as required.
Required Experience
We are looking for candidates who possess a CDL Class B license with air brakes, Class A preferred, supplemented by a satisfactory driving record. High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is also required.

Special Activities SME – shall provide Personnel Recovery (PR) / Survival Evasions, Resistance, Escape (SERE) expertise within MRR S3X, located at Camp Lejeune, NC, with subject matter in the full spectrum of PR and SERE operations with knowledge and understanding of Unconventional Assisted Recovery (UAR) Operations and Non-Conventional Assisted Recovery (NAR) Operations. Praetor Technologies is seeking polished professional Mid-level CI Support Team Analyst to support US Central Command (USCENTCOM) J2 and Joint Intelligence Operations Center (JIOC) at MacDill AFB, FL.
The positions will/may include performing CI/HUMINT support activities and make recommendations necessary for the Government to task, coordinate, synchronize, manage, and de-conflict CI/HUMINT operations and activities in the USCENTCOM AOR.
Analysis and Support activities include, but are not limited to the following:
• Track CI/HUMINT operations to support Government decisions on tasking, coordination, synchronization, management, and de-confliction.
• Assist in the production of Foreign Intelligence and Security Services (FISS) Assessments.
• Assist in the production of CI Threat Assessments (CIT A) for countries and threats operating in the USCENTCOM AOR.
• Assist in Producing and delivering briefings of hostile Intelligence threats affecting USCENTCOM operations.
• Assist in producing CI/HUMINT Operational Support Packages and Lead Development Packages.
• Produce Asset Validation Reports, and support source registration / de-confliction.

• Support production of CI/HUMINT Concepts of Operations (CONOP), Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), and Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TIP).
• Assist in producing CI/HUMINT Technical Papers.
• Review and make recommendations related to CI/HUMINT on Joint Publications, DoD issuances, and other documents related to doctrine, policy, strategy and plans; as well as review and make recommendations on OPORD/EXORD/DEPORD documents.
• Gather and prepare information and make recommendations related to CI/HUMINT exploitation of detainees.
• Aid in developing, receiving, and managing requirements for CI/HUMINT systems, databases, and other technology.
• Support production and deliverance of CI/HUMINT briefings to DoD, Military Service and Command Senior Staff.
• Participate in CI/HUMINT Mobile Training Team deployments in USCENTCOM AOR.
• Assess and make recommendations on Service, Joint, and Enterprise-level CI/HUMINT training courses in support of USCENTCOM operations.
• Assist in coordination of CI/HUMINT training, engagement and outreach events.
• Support CI/HUMINT Collection Operations Management, to include the timely tasking of elements within USCENTCOM AOR with validated requirements from Collection Requirements Management.
• Review and provide input to Joint Urgent Operational Needs (JUONs)/Operational Needs Statements (ONSs) and other requirements documents
• Assist in the managing tasks, tracking suspenses, processing staff actions, exercising quality control, and regulating workflow.
EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS:
• Mid-Level:
- Bachelor or masters degree with 4-6 years of intelligence analysis experience, or
- Specialized training & 4-8 years intelligence analysis experience, or
- Equivalent intelligence/academic experience
- Appropriate analysis and/or targeting courses
MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:
- US Citizen
- TS/SI clearance - current and active, not waiverable
- C/I poly when requested by govt and pass
- Can-do attitude, flexible, and ability to work in high tempo, changing environment.
- Willing to support military work schedule. May require extended hours, weekends, holidays, recall for support, and/or rotating shifts or surges.
- Travel / deploy to CONUS or OCONUS hostile area defined by USG as required by position and client and a current Tourist Passport
- Meet all military, GCC/unified command, and State Department standards, rules, and regulations for deployments to respective AOR
- Pass medical physical and deployment medical rep release, be physically capable, and in good health without chronic medical conditions requiring frequent contact or monitoring by medical professionals.
