The 63rd manages over 200 USAR facilities located in Arkansas, Oklahoma, Texas, New Mexico, Arizona, Nevada, and California. Contractor shall be able to determine material, tools and equipment needed for projects. ◾ Use complicated measuring instruments such as protractors; calipers; snap ring, height, depth, dial and screw pitch gauges; and other hand measuring devices to measure plans and projects. ◾ Reinforce damage or weakened skin on structural members, or remove and replace portions or complete sections. Determine dimensions, angles, contours, and types of attaching hardware. ◾ Make general repairs by removing, replacing, repairing, manufacturing and installing components, panels; and reinforcing, patching, and replacing defective parts, i.e., rudders, ailerons, elevators, and stabilizers by cutting, formatting and fitting new skin, replacing defective parts, and correcting alignment. ◾ Apply riveting and mechanical fastener techniques for appearance, durability, and structural soundness. ◾ Use basic hand and power tools such as hammers, chisels, hand snips, band and circle saws, squaring shears, reamers, bar folders, brakes, and stakes. Contractor shall also be required to operate complex hand and power machines such as slip roll forming machines, box and pan brakes, rotary machines with extra forming rolls, and crimpers and beading machines. ◾ Remove, locate, fit, trim, drill, and install all primary and secondary aircraft structures and skins to include, but not limited to: chine caps; flight deck chine plate; longerons, seal retainer, and 737 fitting; laminate wheel well pod skins; lower bulkhead cap repair; truss mount upper tang attach fittings; install 737 bulkhead pork chop fittings; install main landing gear slide tracks; secondary structure members; major wing fittings, angles, and attachments; upper and lower wing corner fittings; inboard, outboard, and center wing attachment fittings; upper and lower wing rainbow fittings; engine truss assemblies; center wing attach angle and doubler fittings; vertical beam repairs; and upper and lower 1041 replacement fittings. ◾ Perform engine structural intake maintenance. ◾ Manufacture, fabricate, fit, trim, drill, install wheel well chine angle repairs and, flush pressure skin repairs. ◾ Perform duties of crane hand signaler and rigger. ◾ Properly position and utilize equipment, work stands and fall protection devices including motorized aerial, scissor lifts and other motorized power lifts; operate Aerospace Ground Equipment (AGE) to include, but not limited to, hydraulic test stands, aircraft jacks, nitrogen carts, work stands and scaffolds, high pressure washers (hydro-blasters), Heap-filtered vacuums, and high pressure air hoses. QUALIFICATIONS: * Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of analytical experience in Marketing, Advertising, Statistics, Economics or related field a plus. * Experience in database marketing, email marketing and catalog circulation is required. * Ability to design segmentation/prospect testing, interpret results and recommend prospective strategies to improve financial results. * Exceptional problem solving and analysis skills. * Strong experience with Microsoft Access, including the ability to build queries, reports and manipulate tables. * VB/SQL knowledge preferred. * Superior Excel skills. * Exceptional attention to detail. * Ability to manage several projects simultaneously and prioritize appropriately. * A background in retail or CRM background would be helpful. * Strong project management skills. * Strong analytical skills. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills including the ability to communicate complex concepts in a straight forward manner. * Excellent interpersonal and team building skills.
