Description:
The TacMobile Increment 3 Program/Acquisition Management Project Manager has a strong understanding of the execution of Defense Acquisition Programs and required JCIDS documentation. Knowledge of Department of the Navy and PEO C4I/SPAWAR policy and procedures is required. The Program/Acquisition Manager will have direct experience in the execution of programs including exposure and experience developing program acquisition strategies, developing program JCIDS documentation, supporting for Systems Engineering Technical Review (SETR) events, Cost Estimating and Cost Review Board events, Program Milestone and Decision Reviews, preparing program reports in multiple formats and maintaining program information on required websites and databases. A background in long range maritime patrol, anti-submarine/anti-surface warfare, and multi-intelligence analysis processes supporting Maritime Patrol missions is desired.
This position will be directly responsible to:
. Develop a Capability Production Document (CPD) for TacMobile Increment 3 and directly support required Systems Engineering Technical Review (SETR) events beginning with a System Requirements Review (SRR).
. Provide technical representation and analysis of TacMobile Increment 3 requirements support TacMobile integration with systems necessary to meet P-8A Poseidon operational mission requirements
. This position requires the identification of work packages, arranging into logical work sequencing and recommending team members to perform assignments. This position also requires the capability to provide recommendations to the client(s) to plan, coordinate and execute TacMobile Increment 3 acquisition milestones.
. Provide technical representation at TacMobile Increment 3 mission related working group meetings, IPT sessions, in-process reviews, and other meetings, providing reports in appropriate format.
. Provide production technical briefing material, action tracking / filing and reports in appropriate formats.
. Integrate activities into TacMobile Increment 3 integrated master schedule (using Microsoft Project)

Reports to the Supervisory Planner/Estimator. Must be experienced in NMD-R. Overview:
The Launch Engineering team is looking for a driven hydraulics engineer to join our team of fluids engineers. The Launch Engineering fluids team is responsible for all fluid systems necessary to launch our Falcon 9 and Falcon Heavy rockets including Liquid Oxygen, RP-1 kerosene, Helium, Nitrogen, hydraulics, water and air conditioning systems. As the hydraulics engineer, you will be responsible for all aspects of the hydraulics system upgrades at our various locations. Responsibilities:
.Engineer and design heavy industrial hydraulic systems used to configure the launch vehicle and related mechanisms

MPRI LTD, an Engility Company, for the African Contingency Operations and Training Assistance (ACOTA) contract with the U.S. Department of State.
ACOTA is an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract that MPRI is a part of; we bid on task orders to conduct training in various countries in Africa. 47. SOCOM J7 Force Management Development Task Lead - Tampa FL - Top Secret / SCI

Currently we are seeking a task lead to serve in the Tampa area as the focal point for a comprehensive task supporting the SOCOM J7 NLT 15 FEB 16. This opportunity is contingent upon contract award. Please see the duties and necessary qualifications below.
Job Description:
GENERAL PURPOSE: The Task Lead is a Project Manager and the primary point of contact with the SOCOM COR for the J7. The minimum expectations for the task lead are: extensive knowledge, skills, and abilities in SOF, perform the handling and the day-to-day management of 28 Special Operations personnel in 13 different locations worldwide, supervise and lead project tasks to include understanding the FMD Training and Education mission; develop detailed work plans and schedules; assign staff responsibilities and supervise all staff efforts; utilize, control, and manage contract travel; and redirect available resources as necessary to complete tasks in accordance with scheduled milestones and budgetary constraints; perform quality checks of all work products and interact continually with the Government COR and any appointed Technical Representatives (TR) to present interim results, discuss concerns, and ensure total product/service satisfaction and successful transition of all phased-in requirements.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Experience and/or familiarity with the SOCOM J7 and 9.
•Document and perform hardware and software version control processes, policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
· Minimum of 20 years of experience managing complex DoD processes related to Experimentation, Training, Capabilities Document Generation, Capability Assessments, and Resource Management
· Minimum of five years of Special Operations Experience, or equivalent experience as a civilian working with SOF organizations managing projects that evaluate combat capabilities, doctrine procedures and training systems
· Minimum of five years’ experience assessing training and employment of current technology, determining capability gaps, providing focus area for future investments, and conducting rapid acquisition
· Minimum of ten years’ experience on executive-level DoD staffs with interagency experience preferred
· Minimum of five years’ experience researching, defining, evaluating, and implementing new technologies to enhance Joint and SOF global warfighting and Irregular Warfare capabilities and intimate knowledge of Joint and SOF information (e.g., techniques, tactics, and procedures), intelligence, logistics, and communications requirements to recommend and implement innovative technology based solutions to meet these requirements
Education
· Master’s Degree in a relevant field (e.g. Management, Administration, Program Management, operations research, economics, or social sciences)

Summary / Scope of Work
The Trainer position is for the LTT Afghanistan Contract and will train the Afghan National Army (ANA) soldiers in the required discipline. The primary goal of the LTT program is to train and directly enable the Commandos (CDO) to perform their duties independently.

Job Functions and Responsibilities
The S-2 Military Intelligence Trainer shall train intelligence officer(s) on the following tasks:
· Garrison Intelligence – OPSEC; Mission Debriefs; Local Liaison with ANP; NDS; Village Elders and Source Operations; External Garrison Indications and Warnings (I-W); and Report Writing
· Kandak Tactical Intelligence – TOC Operations; Develop a Mission Planning Folder; Intelligence Preparation of the Battlefield (IPB); Situation Development; Target Development and Target Acquisition; Collection Management; Indications and Warnings (I-W); Tactical Questioning, Mission Debriefs; Tactical Site Exploitation; and Liaison with ANP, NDS, and Village and Source Operations
· Counterintelligence – Force Protection; Physical Security; Internal Source Operations; Return Soldier Debriefs; and Internal Indications and Warnings (I-W)
· Common Supporting Training Tasks – Role of the Intelligence Office S2; The Intel Cycle; Map Reading; Microsoft Office Suite; Intelligence Briefings and Terrain Models; and the Military Decision Making Process (MDMP)
· Responsible for regularly interacting and maintaining professional demeanor and attitude with
U.S. and ANA military personnel
· Train the trainer and then monitor trainer progress
· Based on circumstances that are unique to the work location, trainer will be responsible for making on the scene decisions on how to execute the curriculum
· Along with the local site manager, trainer will be responsible for assessing how well the ANA students have learned the coursework
The Trainer shall implement and operate programs, practices and procedures for developing optimal utilization of personnel. Design and administer programs to train all levels of personnel. Develop tests and visual aids. Coordinate class arrangements, conduct training classes and develop criteria for evaluating effectiveness of training activities. Keep abreast of training and development research; learning theory, motivation theory, and new materials, methods and techniques. Develop programs and practices to identify developmental needs, including preparing personnel for more responsible positions and increasing effectiveness in present assignments.
Minimum Requirements
The S-2 Military Intelligence Trainer must have:
· Secret Security Clearance
· U.S. Citizen
· Valid U.S. passport
· Military pay grade of E7 or higher
· Served as U.S. Army MOS 18F or service equivalent
· Deployed operational experience in support of the Global War on Terrorism (GWOT) working at the Battalion level in a supervisory role
· Must pass annual physical IAW CRC standards
· Background in Infantry or Special Operation
· Background in training and advising foreign military soldiers
· Strong oral and written communication skills
· MS Office and personal computer skills
· Interpersonal and people skills
· Must be willing to work in hostile areas
· Must be willing and able to travel outside of protected areas via military convoys or MILAIR and wear protective clothing and equipment as required. In the conduct of their training contractors may encounter hostile forces
Desired Education
Bachelor’s degree and 4 years of related work experience desired or 8 years of equivalent U.S. Military experience.
Travel Requirements
This position is located in Afghanistan and requires the employee to deploy and live on forward operating bases operated by Afghan National Army under austere conditions without regular U.S. PX and Commissary facilities. Travel within the country and possible relocation (based upon the needs of the U.S. Government) to any location in Afghanistan is required.
