Job Summary
The Surgery Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of materials needed for surgery. Responsibilities include the safe and timely transportation of inventory to medical facilities and/or locations specified.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Coordinate with staff to make sure surgery requisitions are submitted timely and accurately to ensure fulfillment and delivery of product. Check orders for completeness and make recommendations based on previous orders.
Fulfill surgery requests accurately and within time constraints.
Use Enterprise Resource Planning/Manufacturing Resource Planning software programs to loan, receive, ship, issue and monitor inventory. May also require coordination with shipping companies.
Collaborate with departments across functions: supply chain, warehouse, and operations to fulfill orders.
Maintain status of inventory at all times with ability to provide updates.
Responsible for the return of inventory in a timely manner.
Boxing, packing, labeling, shipping instruments, and using shipping programs as needed.
Follow directions closely and possess ownership/responsibility for tasks.
Deliver/retrieve inventory including restock and emergency runs to the appropriate facility in a safe and accurate manner.
Develops and enhances product knowledge through training, webinars, learning modules, interaction and partnership with sales, marketing, sales training, med ed.

The Air Force Medical Support Agency (AFMSA) is a forward operating agency of the Headquarters, United States Air Force Surgeon General (HQ USAF/SG). This organization advises the HQ USAF/SG, the Secretary of the Air Force (SAF) and Air Force (AF) Chief of Staff, as well as the Office of Assistant Secretary of Defense for Health Affairs (OASD HA) on matters pertaining to the medical aspects of the air expeditionary force and the health of AF personnel and beneficiaries. The Health Informatics Division (HID) is responsible for the development of plans, programs, and procedures to support worldwide Department of Defense medical service missions as well as identifying shortfalls within current program plans and budget in order to field new technologies and services. Duties and responsibilities include:
o Daily administration of the MS SQL servers to support large applications with large data sets, including data backup and recovery, maintenance, data integrity, and space requirements.
o Assist with integrating new and existing data sources, systems, and technologies into a cohesive system.
o Collaborate with external and internal customers to develop strategic solutions, and communicating across the organization to provide status updates, detailed description of issues, and recommendations.
o Optimize performance of data heavy applications through index management and query tuning to include optimizing tables, indexes, stored procedures, triggers, and ad-hoc reports.

Qualified candidates for the Senior Database Administrator position will at a minimum have:
o Current CompTIA Security+ CE Certification

Preferred Skills/Experience
The most qualified individuals will have the following experience:

Job Description
Lake County is seeking an IT Technician to support the Sheriff’s Office applications, software, and hardware environment. This position will deliver networking, server, third party vendor, workstation and application support along with mobile device management. The IT Technician’s role is to provide a single point of contact for end users to receive support and maintenance within the criminal justice environment while coordinating this effort with the County’s Central IT department.
Required Skills
In order to be successful in this position, the ideal candidate must be able to install, configure, test, maintain, monitor and troubleshoot end-user workstations and related hardware and software in order to deliver required desktop service levels. The individual will perform onsite analysis, diagnosis and resolution of complex desktop problems for end users and recommend and implement corrective solutions. One must possess the ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high pressure environment while accurately documenting instances of equipment and component failure, repair, installation and removal. Having knowledge of criminal justice systems such as LEADS, Computer Aid Dispatch (CAD), in-car video recording systems and mobile data computers preferred. While working for the Sheriff's Office, the individual will collaborate with Central IT technicians and network administrators to ensure efficient operation of the County's enterprise, desktop and mobile computing environment.
Required Experience
We are looking for an individual with a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in the field of computer science or equivalent combination of knowledge and experience with enterprise, desktop and mobile systems and applications. Essential Functions and Job Responsibilities:
PSI is urgently seeking a Project Manager for an upcoming IT Services Project in Seaside, California. The successful candidate will support the Defense Travel System Archive and Management Information System (DTSA/MIS), which is the government repository for all completed trip records from the DTS. Trip records represent the travel performed by government personnel on official DoD business. Once final accounting information is posted and the trip information is digitally signed by the proper authorities, the signed trip record is closed and a copy forwarded to this system. Data can be audited, categorized, summarized or arrayed to analyze the patterns, preferences, and costs of the DoD travelers. The DTSA/MIS provides a secure storage environment for the information which is compliant with statutory requirements and is also available for query by the Project, DoD Office of Inspector General, or Law Enforcement.
Essential Functions and Job Duties:
The Project Manager (PM) will lead a team and be responsible for ensuring success of all necessary labor, services, and materials required to develop and operate DTSA and DTS-MIS are provided for the following:
Migration of data to an enterprise application server
Archival of data
Migration of information from PL/SQL to JAVA
Modernization and technical refresh
Project management that includes problem resolution, risk management, task planning, and quality assurance
Additionally and more specifically, the PM will:
Serve as the central point of contact for delivery orders and interfaces with the Contracting Officers Technical Representatives.
Establish and enforce procedures to assure that all tasks are performed in accordance with applicable standards, quality requirements, estimated costs, and schedules.
Coordinate development, quality assurance, configuration management, documentation support, software maintenance, and daily supervision of subordinates.
Prepare reports and delivers briefings on the status of task assignments to contract management personnel and technical points of contact.
Review work of subordinates, resolves discrepancies, prioritizes work, and accommodates changes.
Minimum Qualifications:
BS Degree in a recognized technical, engineering, scientific, managerial, business, or other related discipline. (An additional 4 years' relevant may be considered in lieu of Degree.)
Six years of experience, including complete project development from inception to deployment with a demonstrated ability to provide guidance and direction in tasks to integrated project teams using approaches based on Project Management Institute, Risk Management, and Quality Assurance best practices.
Technical experience must include managing projects that involved code maintenance, data migration, management of data libraries, and development of Java Enterprise Edition (J2EE) applications.
A working knowledge of Java and Oracle 11, application development methodologies, and data migration and reporting tools is required.
Ability to:
Synthesize project information and establish the appropriate scope of a project.
Apply strong project management skills and methodologies.
Provide solid customer service, interpersonal, communication, and team building skills.
Execute forward-thinking leadership skills in the efforts to meeting customer needs.
Ability to meeting aggressive deadlines

Required Experience

This position serves as the School Liaison Officer (SLO) on Navy installations in designated Navy Child and Youth Programs (CYP). Responsibilities

Academic Specialist will aid instructors in the usage of the computers and software. They will also identify defective equipment, identify lost or stolen equipment, and maintain accountability for hardware, software, and materials as identified in individual task order.
Academic Specialist will prepare a monthly report on enrollments, attendance, learner progress, inventories, and scheduling using word processing, database or other applicable programs.
Academic Specialist will maintain learner records and profile cards as required or requested ensuring both are up-to-date. Provides the COR with learner enrollment and attendance documents and completion certificates. Notify the COR within 24 hours of all learner, logistical, or instructor problems negatively impacting instruction.
Academic Specialist will provide to each class leader the Learners Questionnaire/Critiques regarding the performance of the Contractor language instructors. These documents will be delivered directly to the COR by each Class leader.
Academic Specialist will assist in inputting data into a spreadsheet or database designed for tracking LREC instruction and proficiency. Such data will be provided by the CLPM and/or COR.
Provide support with such administrative functions as inspecting, maintaining, and installing all unit language instructional automated data processing and audio visual equipment (this includes loading software and drivers, set-up, connectivity, and installation), copying, typing, duplication of classroom materials (audio, audio-visual, paper, and training/job aids), classroom setup and tear-down, arranging for supplies, training aid support, and other tasks of this nature.

Detailed Responsibilities:
The SOF Intelligence Integrator will assist in developing processes that focus on developing SOF Situational Understanding of threat networks and enabling DOD, IA, and IC communities of action focused on dismantling, disrupting, and defeating those networks. The Intelligence Integrator will prioritize and categorize requests for support, conduct near- and long-term analyses of device and network-centric problem sets, fusing multiple intelligence disciplines to support the application of operational capabilities in order to facilitate disruption and defeat of threat networks that employ or facilitate IEDs.
The SOF Intelligence Integrator will focus on problem sets at the tactical through operational levels while applying a thorough understanding of ISR integration and the ops/intelligence fusion process to compile, collate, analyze and evaluate all sources of information (to include unevaluated intelligence and open source data) associated with IEDs and their employment/facilitation by terrorist, insurgent, or criminal networks.
The SOF Intelligence Integrator will work closely with other members of a multi-discipline team to identify capabilities and vulnerabilities of targeted enemy organizations, identify trends, patterns and key nodes and highlighting their relationships to the targeted enemy networks. The Intelligence Integrator must possess a thorough understanding of the intelligence process to compile, collate, analyze, produce, and evaluate all-source intelligence and provide subject matter expertise. The Integrator must be able to provide guidance and mentorship to junior analysts and should be able to provide daily feedback to the team lead on product development. The Intelligence Integrator must also possess the ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing.
The SOF Intelligence Integrator must have a strong operational background and experience in shaping intelligence products that support tactical or strategic goals set forth by the supported unit commander in order to create actionable target support packages. The Intelligence Integrator should also possess an understanding of IEDs as well as the local, regional, and global networks that facilitate IED construction, design, and usage.
Successful applicants will have documented experience working with multidiscipline operations/intelligence teams and familiarity with other elements of the DoD, the interagency and coalition partners.
The SOF Intelligence Integrator must have the ability to participate in and lead meetings, conferences, and engagements to exchange information, assist in making decisions, and/or provide updates. The Intelligence Integrator must have the ability to identify and analyze problems and generate recommended solutions based upon experience working with elements of the DoD, interagency and international elements.
This position may require recurring domestic and international travel to include deploying to combat zones.

Responsibilities:
• The Business Process Directorate Property and Records Management Task Lead shall be the primary point of contact for the DARPA BPD Director for all matters pertaining to accountability of DARPA property and equipment. Responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to:
1. Assisting the Government with using the Defense Property Accountability System (DPAS) including DPAS modules for property accountability, maintenance, utilization and warehouse management.
2. Maintaining an accurate inventory of the Government assets and conducting physical inventories annually.
3. Supporting the Government Accountable Property Officer (APO) for DPAS administration of training and access requirements.
• Managing the disposal of DARPA assets. Must be shall be familiar with the methodology, administrative requirements, Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) appointment setting, and transportation planning for the disposal of excess or broken/worn out DARPA assets and other material. Coordinate with the DARPA Accountable Property Officer (APO) for all excess property disposals and maintain records on disposal items.
Minimum Tangible Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of relevant experience, to include at least two years of logistics/property management experience.
• Experience providing property management support to a DoD program or organization.
• Experience using PBUSE and DPAS.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a TS clearance with SCI eligibility

PMS397C Overview:
PMS 397 oversees the design, construction, and delivery of the OHIO Replacement. PMS397C is the lead for construction activities for the OHIO Replacement and coordination with the UK SUCCESSOR programme for activities required enabling construction of the Common Missile Compartment (CMC) by UK Industry.
Purpose of Position/Major Duties:
The Construction Program Analyst reports to the OHIO Replacement Construction Manager (PMS397C) and performs the following duties:
1. Leads the effort to document, track and adjudicate construction Deviations, Vendor Information Requests and Engineering Reports provided by the Shipbuilder during the construction of the OHIO Replacement Program. This effort will require liaison with the NAVSEA 05 Technical Warrant Holders and other stakeholders, including the UK, Strategic Systems Program (SSP) and Naval Reactors as required, ensuring timely resolution and tracking of disposition.
2. Facilitates and assists in liaison with UK Ministry of Defence and UK shipbuilders in the execution of coordinating activities overseen by the joint US/UK Design Build Integrated Management Team (DBIMT). Additionally, coordinates with the various Program Integration Teams and Working Groups to develop, status and execute their Forward Action Plans in support of the overall goals of the DBIMT.
3. Work with the technical and financial groups within the Program Office to analyze and arbitrate emergent material and Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) issues. This involves the identification of potential solutions and an evaluation of technical, cost, and schedule implications of each viable solution. Evaluates production delivery status of selected systems and equipment based on reviews of production status reports, and assesses the technical, schedule, and cost risk to the program.
4. Conduct detailed analysis of shipbuilder’s construction planning. These include evaluation of required resources, facilities and build spans to identify potential conflicts areas and manufacturing risk areas.
Knowledge Required by the Position:
1. Familiarity with processes to accept non-conformances on current Navy Shipbuilding Programs
2. Familiarity with current Submarine Construction Processes
3. Knowledge of Submarine Safety (SUBSAFE) Requirements Manual (NAVSEA 0924-062-0010)
4. Knowledge of NAVY shipboard systems and DOD acquisition programs
5. Knowledge of the NAVY correspondence manual, English grammar and NAVSEA letter writing practices.

Travel to Electric Boat and other stakeholder locations two times a month, or as required (approximately 25% travel).
