Job Responsibilities: The HUMINT Analyst Subject Matter Expert will

each phase of targeting. The HUMINT Analyst Subject Matter Expert shall
have firsthand experience targeting networks or individuals within
networks and identifying vulnerabilities for exploitation and have a
thorough understanding of the F3EA targeting methodology.
Job Requirements: The position of HUMINT Analyst Subject Matter Expert
shall possess the following qualifications:
-Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in HUMINT related operations.
-No less than five (5) years of experience in collection management,
all-source analysis, and desk officer/reports, two (2) years of
experience in a managerial level position in support of HUMINT
programs and analysis, and at least one (1) combat overseas tour
with a Special Missions Unit (SMU) and/or Special Operations Forces

Inforsphere Management System (ISM/Wise), Harmony, Skope, Counter
IED Operations Integration Center (COIC), Proton, Think Analyze

6. Cyber Security and Infrastructure Support Engineer (TS/SCI) MacDill, FL
This opportunity will serve as the Senior CND Security Engineering and Infrastructure support engineer. Primary responsibility will be in the planning, design/development, integration/test, installation/configuration and operations/maintenance of defensive cyber operations capabilities. This includes, but is not limited to, the Assured Compliance Assessment Solution (ACAS), McAfee ePolicy Orchestrator (commonly referred to as Host Based Security System (HBSS)), and Network Based Intrusion Detection and Prevention Systems (NIDPS).
Plan, design/develop, integrate, install, configure, test, and document cyber security technologies designed to improve Network Assurance and Computer Network Defense security posture and Situational Awareness.
Architect, develop and maintain functions and technical capabilities to include, but

Qualifications:

-BA/BS in CS, IT, lA or related area of study; Master's preferred. Without a degree, 15+ years of relevant professional experience in those fields. Must also have and be able to reflect 8+ years

-CISSP certification

Responsibilities
SE2S is seeking an intelligence analyst position will assist our client at Ft Belvoir as part of a team to develop and produce analytic and operational products in support of the client’s personnel recovery operational support mission. The analyst will be responsible for creating and delivering professional presentations, reports, and products on current task status to customers, program managers, and senior staff. The position requires extensive use of database technologies and data structure techniques to enter, store, and retrieve data. The individual may work alone and in teams to develop analytic or operational intelligence products in support of personnel recovery.
The analyst's responsibilities, as part of a team, include but are not limited to:
- advocating and assisting the client with cyber panning matters;
- locating and monitoring the development of new information sources;
- developing and strengthening substantive ties with other government organizations and regularly interfacing with the Intelligence Community and Combatant Commands through telephonic and electronic means, as well as travel;
- engaging in multidisciplinary, collection planning activities;
- coordinating and independently conducting research for specific intelligence requirements in preparation of studies on assigned subjects;

Qualifications
Candidates must possess the following knowledge, skills, and abilities:
- Bachelor’s degree plus 10-15 years of experience in progressively more responsible positions or 20 years’ experience without a degree.
- Experience associated with the intelligence analysis related mission areas.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- Skills in the management, organization, and presentation of collected data.

Job Description
Lake County is seeking an individual with experience in utility (water/sewer) billing and
customer service for our Public Works Department. The general function of the position
within the organization is to provide moderately complex work related to utility billing.
The position is under close supervision and will be responsible for handling cash from
utility payments, balancing cash and check transactions and submitting bank deposits,
as well as preparing bi-monthly billing for approximately 26,000 water and sewer
customers. The candidate will also answer correspondence (written, email and
telephone), providing information to customers regarding their utility bills and other
service related issues. This position works Monday through Friday, part time hours to be
determined.
Required Skills
To perform this job successfully the applicant must have knowledge of modern clerical
accounting practices and technology, be proficient in the operation of office equipment,
computer and software including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), and 10-key data entry.
Experience using a Utility Billing Customer Information System (CIS) is desired.

Position Specifics: Candidate must have detailed knowledge of Navy or DoD medical and dental programs.
Responsibilities: Provide specialized medical logistics support services and guidance to assist Manager in the following:
• Conducting medical material inventory management.
• Building/packing Medical and Dental Kits, shipping, receiving, and conducting inventories.
• Retrograde and/or reconstitution of medical/dental assets for reuse.
• Provide for the packing and kitting services of medical/dental assets to specified configurations.
Provides support to the logistics function preparing logistics documentation to establish the range and depth of spares, tools, test equipment and related manuals to be deployed and stocked. Determines maintenance and repair materials required for deployment. Modifies maintenance records such as repair standards for more complex equipment or components. Develops requisitions for and manages records of equipment, components, repair parts and related manuals; tracks logistics materials and parts for proper allocation of storage facilities; reviews configuration changes to evaluate impact on logistics deployment; documents equipment, component and parts conditions; and identifies logistic support documentation to be included such as drawings, technical manuals, and maintenance requirement cards to support life-cycle of product.
Basic Qualifications
High School and 2 years additional education or 2 years relevant experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Must be able to work in a shipboard environment. Must be able to lift, carry, transport heavy equipment and climb ladders.

Position Specifics:
The selected candidate must have prior operational and maintenance experience on an SSN/SSBN/SSGN in the areas of Auxiliaries, Weapons or Distributive Systems equipment. (Either mechanical or electrical systems)
* Experience with Navy Work Authorization Forms and Tag Outs using eSOMS is required for this position.
This position requires a CONFIDENTIAL level security clearance.
Develops and modifies the execution of Navy Work Authorization Forms (WAFs) and work/safety procedures including safety tag-out documents supporting efficient work execution. Obtains and maintains all necessary training and qualifications for work control and tag-out processes on assigned ship's systems. May authorize issuance of WAFs, Work Permits, and safety tag-outs for the assigned ship systems and other assigned areas. Reviews engineering packages including drawings to develop work permits and production schedules. Develops integrated tag-outs and work strategies. Position is responsible for the adequacy and accuracy of safety tag-outs protecting personnel from injury and equipment from damage. Position is representative responsible for setting of system and plant conditions (system drained, depressurized, and deenergized) for the company on WAFs protecting personnel from injury and equipment from damage. May determines changes required of WAFs, Work Permits, and safety tag outs to support construction, overhaul, and test evolutions and emergent issues. Ensure changes are accomplished in a timely manner to support ship schedule requirements. May provide technical direction of work control activities performed by others. Aids in the scheduling of WAFs, Work Permits, and safety tag outs to support significant events. Provides on-site resolution of WAFs, Work Permits, and safety tag out related problems and technical issues encountered to prevent delays and ensure the integrity, safe work and testing, and operation of responsible ship's systems. Conducts on-site evaluation (ship checks) of ship's systems to determine the scope and nature of proposed work, and for proper planning. May direct some ship's system operations required for setting appropriate conditions to affect safe work boundaries. May provide technical direction to production trades and test activities to ensure personnel, environment and equipment safety. May work with higher level positions supporting shipboard area/system work and test schedules and requirements.
Physical Requirements:
Job performance requires adequate visual acuity and manual dexterity for meeting the requirements of the job. A waterfront office work environment is normally encountered.
Basic Qualifications
0 Years with Bachelors; An additional 4 years of specialized experience to include education, training and experience gained through relevant US Navy service or shipbuilding, plus experience executing ships' production efforts in an industrial environment with a HS diploma may be substituted for the Bachelor's degree requirement for this job. A candidate should be familiar with the operation and testing of non-nuclear ship's systems and related systems, interfaces with nuclear systems, etc., acquired through related shipbuilding or naval training and experience including a thorough knowledge of the Joint Fleet Maintenance Manual and the Tag Out Users Manual. A candidate must have effective communications and presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
A strong background in depot level construction, overhaul and testing on submarines is preferred.
Work experience with public or private shipyard Work Control processes is highly desirable.
Assignments aboard multiple classes of submarines is highly desired.
