The majority of job duties are conducted indoors, although merchandise receiving, merchandise carry-outs, or stock balancing will require leaving the store briefly. Must be able to bend, kneel, stand for long periods of time and lift 50 lbs and move 2000 lbs utilizing material handling equipment. Improper use of safety equipment and/or not following proper lifting techniques may pose of risk of injury to customers, pets, and store personnel. Minimum Requirements:
Must be 18 years of age and have, or be actively pursuing, a high school diploma or G.E.D.

This position is located in the Financial Management Branch, FFR Support Center. The Financial Management Branch is responsible for maintaining the overall financial integrity of the FFR nonappropriated (NAF) operations, encompasses approximately 1,200 activities, 18,000 employees, $750 million in annual NAF revenues and providing direction and management control of financial requirements and resources.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
This position serves as the Head of the NAF Accounting Section for the CNIC FFR Support Center located in Millington, TN with supervisory responsibility for seventeen subordinates and overall management of the production of financial reports, developing changes and modification to the Navy MWR NAF accounting system and procedures.
Manages the control, maintenance and data input/processes related to Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Treasury Offset Program (TOPS), Fixed Assets, General Ledger, Travel, NAF Purchase Card, Payroll, Military Ticket Program and Information Technology (IT) Services Fund.
Responsible for continuing appraisal, revision, improvement, or adjustment of all financial management systems within the Central Accounting Systems (Systems, Applications, Products (SAP)) and Central Payroll System (Automatic Data Processing (ADP)).
Defines requirements, formulates designs and specifications, evaluates through testing, and approves for production all components of the SAP Accounting and Information Management System (AIMS) Financial Management systems including account number structures, data input formats and documents, financial reports, procedure manuals and system plans.
Provides financial management and technical accounting advice and instruction to any user of the SAP AIMS Financial Management Systems including CNIC field personnel, Navy Audit personnel, Military and civilian chain of command personnel, CNIC headquarters personnel, and independent civilian auditors and contractors.

Duties involve the handling and preparation of materials for delivery at various locations in the WE service territories. The incumbent coordinates the packaging of materials for delivery and coordinates the site delivery of materials and equipment as requested by the business units.

QUALIFICATIONS • Graduate of Naval School Explosive Ordnance Disposal (NAVSCOLEOD)
• Possess a TS/SCI Clearance (SI-TK, G and H), access to Restricted Data (RD) and Critical Nuclear Weapons Design Information (CNWDI)
• Master Training Specialist or ten (10) years equivalent SOCOM Senior Instructor training and evaluating USN or U.S. Army EOD Technicians
• At least one of the proposed employees shall have five (5) years of EOD experience supporting the Naval Special Warfare Development Group (NSWDG). At least one of the proposed employees shall have five (5) years of EOD experience supporting the Combat Assessment Group (CAG). Any relief to these qualifications is solely at the discretion of the Government. The remaining proposed personnel require at least five (5) years of operational EOD experience in Combatting Weapons of Mass Destruction (CWMD) and/or CRF support.
• Thorough working knowledge of isotope transportation, storage, handling, practical exercise usage and accountability

Rigid Tactical is currently seeking Special Operations Forces (SOF) Intelligence Integrators to serve on a unique, multi-discipline team assisting Special Operations Forces' (SOF) operational and tactical commanders, their staffs and their subordinate units with fusing operations and intelligence information in an effective, seamless process to enhance their effectiveness against threat networks that facilitate or employ Improvised Explosive Devices (IEDs).
The Team will ensure SOF assets are kept abreast of all current and emerging JIEDDO-COIC processes, methodologies, and Tactics, Techniques & Procedures (TTP) for attacking networks that utilize IEDs.
Detailed Responsibilities:
The SOF Intelligence Integrator will assist in developing processes that focus on developing SOF Situational Understanding of threat networks and enabling DOD, IA, and IC communities of action focused on dismantling, disrupting, and defeating those networks. The Intelligence Integrator will prioritize and categorize requests for support, conduct near- and long-term analyses of device and network-centric problem sets, fusing multiple intelligence disciplines to support the application of operational capabilities in order to facilitate disruption and defeat of threat networks that employ or facilitate IEDs.
The SOF Intelligence Integrator will focus on problem sets at the tactical through operational levels while applying a thorough understanding of ISR integration and the ops/intelligence fusion process to compile, collate, analyze and evaluate all sources of information (to include unevaluated intelligence and open source data) associated with IEDs and their employment/facilitation by terrorist, insurgent, or criminal networks.
The SOF Intelligence Integrator will work closely with other members of a multi-discipline team to identify capabilities and vulnerabilities of targeted enemy organizations, identify trends, patterns and key nodes and highlighting their relationships to the targeted enemy networks. The Intelligence Integrator must possess a thorough understanding of the intelligence process to compile, collate, analyze, produce, and evaluate all-source intelligence and provide subject matter expertise. The Integrator must be able to provide guidance and mentorship to junior analysts and should be able to provide daily feedback to the team lead on product development. The Intelligence Integrator must also possess the ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing.
The SOF Intelligence Integrator must have a strong operational background and experience in shaping intelligence products that support tactical or strategic goals set forth by the supported unit commander in order to create actionable target support packages. The Intelligence Integrator should also possess an understanding of IEDs as well as the local, regional, and global networks that facilitate IED construction, design, and usage.
Successful applicants will have documented experience working with multidiscipline operations/intelligence teams and familiarity with other elements of the DoD, the interagency and coalition partners.
The SOF Intelligence Integrator must have the ability to participate in and lead meetings, conferences, and engagements to exchange information, assist in making decisions, and/or provide updates. The Intelligence Integrator must have the ability to identify and analyze problems and generate recommended solutions based upon experience working with elements of the DoD, interagency and international elements.
Experience and Education:
This position may require recurring domestic and international travel to include deploying to combat zones. The applicant may be called upon to support 24-hour watch operations.

The Operations of USSTRATCOM are highly dependent on the robust, reliable, assured C4/IT networks. This is run by the J6, which is supported by the ITCC contract awarded to CSC.

STRATCOM is growing. In 2002 they had one mission. Today there are 18 missions. The missions are Global and require: Command and Control of the Nation’s Nuclear Forces, Integration of operations in Space and Cyberspace, Global Support to Combatant Commanders world-wide and Direct survivable communications with the nation’s leaders. This dynamic command gives National Leadership a unified resource for greater understanding of specific threats around the world and the means to respond to those threats rapidly.
Admiral Cecil D. Haney is the commander, USSTRATCOM, and serves as the senior commander of unified military forces from all four branches of the military assigned to the command. The USSTRATCOM commander is the leader, steward and advocate of the nation's strategic capabilities. USSTRATCOM integrates and coordinates the necessary command and control capability to provide support with the most accurate and timely information for the President, the Secretary of Defense, other national leadership and combatant commanders.
USSTRATCOM requires a single service provider, who possesses industry standard skill levels and appropriate security clearances, to perform system engineering, integration, operational, logistical, maintenance, configuration management, system administration, and training services for their IT infrastructure.
This infrastructure includes four separate Local Area Networks (Unclassified, Secret, Top Secret, and Top Secret Extremely Sensitive Information (ESI)) comprised of over 6000 users on fixed and mobile platforms utilizing stand-alone commercial off the shelf (COTS) hardware and software. Appropriate security clearances and professional certifications required.
The new service provider must be capable of providing USSTRATCOM with robust information assurance capability through single integrated IT infrastructure services for all operations, logistics, and maintenance functions required to sustain command’s existing and future infrastructure.
Other requirements include:
• Provide system and network administration for all systems and applications located on the LANs.
• Implement system’s engineering processes consistent with industry standards and evolve the IT infrastructure to a common architecture through the technical solution process.
• Document and manage the IT infrastructure baselines, and apply configuration control processes.
• Provide testing for all components being implemented, training for all IT infrastructure as it becomes operational, and single help desk/service center capability.
• Conduct vigorous Lifecycle Cost (LCC) management and Cost As and Independent Variable (CAIV) analysis to achieve an affordable balance between cost and performance.
• Develop, maintain and use an Integrated Master Plan (IMP) and Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) to implement a cost control reporting system that integrates the IMP/IMS and provides Earned Value (EV) analysis and management for each discrete Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) element.
• Develop all IT infrastructure technical solutions and implement those that are government approved within parameters for cost, schedule and performance.
We are currently working on multiple opportunities at multiple levels in the Systems and Security Administrators and Engineers as well as Information Assurance, and NOC area on Offutt Air Force base that provide support to STRATCOM. These individuals would require a DoD clearance in order to work in these positions.

Blade Maintenance Technician
We are searching for Blade Maintenance Technicians to perform diagnosis and repair to Wind Turbines.
SUMMARY
This position requires you to apply your electro-mechanical skills and experience in determining, performing, and the inspection of maintenance and repair requirements for assigned Wind Turbines.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Perform diagnosis and repair to Wind Turbines as directed by the Site Supervisor and prepare and maintain proper documentation to support the repairs, to include parts usage and time worked;
• Perform quality control inspections on repairs and maintenance functions provided by maintenance or repair sub-contractors. Prepare timely and concise reports regarding inspections to insure proper steps are taken to remedy any deficiencies;
• Interact closely with onsite maintenance sub-contractor’s employees and provide guidance and training when applicable;
• Be proactive in regards to wind turbine counter measures or enhancements that may be needed and assist in the development of such procedure’s as required;
• Assist with new installation and commissioning of Wind Turbines at any Diamond site location on an “as needed” basis;
• Assist with cost control management of the site to include: review of sub-contractor’s daily service reports which include hours worked and parts usage. Assure proper procedures are followed by sub-contractor during troubleshooting, repairs, or counter measure installations. Assure proper procedures are followed by sub-contractor to perform regular scheduled maintenance activities. Strive to keep maintenance costs low and quality high.
• Comply with all Safety policies and procedures and report any violation to the Site Supervisor immediately;
• Assist the Site Supervisor in effectively maintaining parts inventory to include initiation or continuance of inventory stock and issuance system for spare parts and defective parts control and communication;
• Attend training courses, seminars, or “on the job” instruction as directed by the Company;
• Attend training in relation to composite materials repair: i.e. rope access, sky climber basket, FRP repair, Nondestructive testing….
• When required, utilize the skills and training acquired in relation to composite material repair at the various projects as requested.
• Travel as needed and requested to the various projects in need of Blade and/or Fiberglass repairs or for other duties as needed.
• Perform blade repair and blade retrofit activities using Power tools for grinding, sanding, drilling and cutting.
• Be able to use Composite materials such as Fiberglass, resins and adhesives for wet lay ups, Drill and Resin injection and FRP reassembly processes with proper PPE and material safety practices.
• Diagnose, identify and quantify blade damage during Blade inspection providing measurements with proper references and clear description of blade’s damages and condition.
• Protect Company confidential information by not communicating, disclosing, or using for benefit of third parties and maintain the highest degree of honesty and integrity at all times.
• And, perform such other duties as may be required from time to time by the company.

• Act as Site Safety Officer for assigned field operations and comply with all safety policies, practices and procedures reporting all unsafe activities to Management and/or Human Resources.

· Non-Traditional Data Pre-Processor (NDPP)
The objective of NDPP is to transform Space Situational Awareness (SSA) data received from sources such as commercial and foreign government satellite operators, research telescopes, and foreign government space surveillance systems to a format acceptable by current mission systems.
· Space Deconfliction System (DECON)
DECON is responsible for accomplishing the Laser Clearinghouse (LCH) mission. The LCH mission has been established to provide the mission capabilities for supporting safe and responsible laser activities consistent with national security requirements.
· Single Integrated Space Picture (SISP)
SISP furnishes warfighters with operationally relevant space planning and execution information and tools to support their missions. SISP provides at the Combatant Commander and Combined Task Force (CTF) level, strategic and tactical Near Real Time (NRT) space-related information that enhances monitoring, assessment, planning & execution.
· Space Data Server (SDS)
The SDS is designed to replicate the space data (e.g., satellite ELSETS, solar flux, and observations) residing in SPADOC and transmit it to external users in support of the SSA mission. SDS provides a conduit to transfer space data from SPADOC to CAVENet, where it is used by the ASW.
· Astrodynamic Support Workstation (ASW)
ASW provides capabilities to process Space Surveillance Network (SSN) observational data in order to accurately maintain the space catalog in the execution of the SSA mission. ASW is a suite of software hosted on CAVENet that provides the SP catalog maintenance and event processing.
· Special Perturbations Tasker (SPTasker)
The SP Tasker supports maintenance of the high-accuracy space catalog by implementing specialized tasking algorithms to supplement the SPADOC tasking processes in the execution of the SSA mission. SP Tasker is a suite of software hosted on CAVENet and uses algorithms that rely on observation starvation and marginal utility to increase tasking priority before sensor assignments are made, resulting in a better tasking distribution with fewer untasked satellites.
· CMAS Message Processor (CMP)
CMP processes Common User (CU) air and space mission data. CUs are message subscribers that can send and receive “store and forward” data in JANAP 128 format. CMP can recognize, process, and consolidate incoming CU message traffic on up to 64 ports, converting data as necessary for shipment over direct point-to-point circuits as well as through an interface with the Communications Processing System (CPS).
Required Experience, Knowledge, and/or Skills:
· Experience in analyzing system and subsystem requirements and acceptance criteria in the development of test plans, test cases and test procedures
· Experience in software systems integration processes and techniques

E&M is looking for a highly-motivated individual with a passion for aerospace. This person will work in a team environment serving as an Astrodynamics Subject Matter Expert (SME) in support of the Joint Space Operations Center (JSpOC) at Vandenberg AFB. The SSA Technical Specialist position, located at Vandenberg AFB, will maintain and adapt current software ('glueware') products, develop new solutions as issues present themselves or as directed, and act as a technical resource and interface for a set of wide-ranging technical issues. These requests and responsibilities will be shared among the various 'products' that the JSpOC maintains (Catalog Maintenance, Conjunction Assessment, Sensor Optimization, etc).
Essential Roles & Responsibilities:

Neighborhood Services/Code Enforcement Manager
You will manage, provide administrative direction, supervise, and coordinate all activities and operations of the Neighborhood Services Division, with primary responsibility for code enforcement. You will also coordinate assigned activities with other divisions, departments, and outside agencies and provide highly responsible administrative support and assistance to the Director of Planning and Community Development and the Community Development Division Manager. Typical Responsibilities:
• Develop, implement, and supervise a code enforcement program involving efficient and effective enforcement of codes related to housing, dangerous buildings, abandoned and inoperable vehicles, trash, weeds, land use code violations, including non-compliance with approved development and landscape plans, businesses operating without proper licensing, and improper or illegal signage as well as other health and safety violations
