1. Antiterrorism Analyst (2 Positions) Vicksburg, MS & Dallas, TX
Fulltime position for immediate hire
Responsibilities:
SE2S is seeking two Antiterrorism (AT) Analysts responsible for supporting the development of AT plans and CONOPS, vulnerability assessments, trend analysis, mission analysis, and validation of requirements based on assessments for the US Army Corps of Engineers. The positions are located in Vicksburg, MS and Dallas, TX (one position in each location); both positions will be an integral part of the Government Facilities Critical Infrastructure Team.
Additional responsibilities include the support of various AT special events, AT exercise planning and execution, and conducting leadership AT education and awareness training. The positions will require the applicants to have excellent written and verbal skills and to be able to work and contribute as a member of the AT Program Team.
Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
· Develops, implements and supports the operations of client AT programs.
· Completes research tasks in support of operational AT projects/tasks.
· Coordinates with Federal, State, Tribal, Regional, Local, Service, and/or Non-Government Organizations (NGOs) in support of clients.
· Writes and conducts report development of AT-related threats, vulnerabilities, consequence, and/or mitigation, response capability assessments and plans.
· Develops and/or reviews readiness evaluation tasks, conditions, standards, measures, and/or criteria.
· Supports the development and/or execution of AT training, exercise, and/or readiness evaluation tasks.
· Work within an AT team to identify and respond to client needs.
Qualifications
Candidates must possess the following knowledge, skills, and abilities:
· Bachelor's degree in antiterrorism studies, security management, engineering, mathematics or related field and 3 to 5 years of experience or more than 10 years experience if no degree supporting in an Antiterrorism, physical security or protection operations related field.
· Antiterrorism (AT) Level II Certified
· Strong writing, speaking, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to professionally interface with clients.
· Must be willing to travel inside the United States and foreign travel overseas and in North America up to 15%.
· Must be a US citizen with a DoD SECRET or similar security clearance.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
The following qualifications are desired, but not required to be considered for this position:
· Masters degree
· Antiterrorism (AT) Level III Certified or higher.
· DoD TOP SECRET security clearance or higher.
· Previous experience with the US Army Corps of Engineers.

System Directorate Advisor
Background:
The personnel of the DCOM-A G2 Intelligence Training and Advisory Group (INTAG) are responsible for developing, enabling and advising the Assistant Ministry of Defense Intelligence (AMoD-I), General Staff Intelligence (GSG2) Staff, National Military Intelligence Center (NMIC), and elements of the National Military Command Center (NMCC) in intelligence operations, policy, doctrine, planning, programming, management, staff supervision, process and intelligence oversight in support. All contract INTAG personnel will maintain a deliberate focus on Intelligence Institution Building and Critical Functions using DOTMLPF and associated methodologies or an alternative provided by the military or government contract leads. The contractor shall oversee, advise, and enable AMoD-I and GSG2 Staff intelligence operations, doctrine, training, and employment of Military Intelligence Capabilities and Procedures.
Responsibilities and Deliverables:
Assist AMoD-I and GSG2 to:
A) Establish, modernize, increase and enhance MI communications system capabilities and plans which are Open and secure voice and network communication, Data basing, User interface, and Information dissemination.
B) Conduct liaison activities to facilitate communication interoperability with coalition partners
C) Develop and implement communications training POIs and doctrine, network and voice, for all MI personnel
D) Review communications sites and systems for mission readiness and provide recommendations to MoD Intelligence, GSG2, and INTAG
E) Develop a sustainment program for communications equipment, encryption practices, and procedures
F) Establish and implement MoD INFOSEC policies within MoD Intelligence and GSG2
Train assist, and advise the technical management of National Information Management System across the contract.
Required Qualifications:
A) An overall understanding of IT Infrastructure including a strong background in the following areas:
1. Knowledgeable of Database Management in order to oversee National Information Management System (NIMS) and the overall centralized repository concept
2. LINUX Administration with 3 to 5 years’ experience in setup and maintaining Centos 6, Thunderbird, Pigeon, and VPN
3. Understanding of HF radios with a data package
4. A firm grasp of Network Architecture in order to undertake and perform site surveys as required
B) Recent strategic or operational experience in MoD or Afghan General Staff environments, strategic intelligence agencies, inter-agency strategic operations preferably in Afghanistan or Iraq training international forces, as a Senior Level Government, Military Officer, Senior NCO or contractor assigned to like positions.
C) Documented experience in one of the following disciplines/duties: Strategic Intelligence-Operations / -Fusion, CI, Targets, Imagery/Terrain, Collections, Requests for Information Mgt, SIGINT, GEOINT, OSINT, Targeting, Intelligence Analyst/Watch Officer, Communications (Intelligence Systems and Technical Support), CCIRM, Analysis and Production, multi-echelon intelligence fusion, intelligence business operations, individual agency / directorate functions, building intelligence institutions and Program Management.
D) Practical Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
E) Experience in professional development & training and working with Middle Eastern or Central Asian cultures, is desired.
F) Candidate must meet all physical, medical and other requirements for overseas deployment in accordance with current DoD regulations. Candidate must possess a fitness level appropriate to performing work in a field environment and current medical exam completed within the past 12 months. Candidate must have been tested and present proof of a negative HIV test result performed within six months of deployment. Dental and medical readiness must be up to date and candidate must maintain a current US Passport.
G) Candidate must hold a current SECRET Level Security Clearance (Previously granted and never revoked or suspended). If chosen, Candidate must remain armed in accordance with New Century Policies throughout the duration of employment in country.

5. Special Operations Forces (SOF) Intelligence Integrator - Reston, VA
K2 Solutions Inc. is currently seeking Special Operations Forces (SOF) Intelligence Integrators to serve on a unique, multi-discipline team assisting Special Operations Forces' (SOF) operational and tactical commanders, their staffs and their subordinate units with fusing operations and intelligence information in an effective, seamless process to enhance their effectiveness against threat networks that facilitate or employ Improvised Explosive Devices (IEDs).
The Team will ensure SOF assets are kept abreast of all current and emerging JIEDDO-COIC processes, methodologies, and Tactics, Techniques & Procedures (TTP) for attacking networks that utilize IEDs.
Detailed Responsibilities:
The SOF Intelligence Integrator will assist in developing processes that focus on developing SOF Situational Understanding of threat networks and enabling DOD, IA, and IC communities of action focused on dismantling, disrupting, and defeating those networks. The Intelligence Integrator will prioritize and categorize requests for support, conduct near- and long-term analyses of device and network-centric problem sets, fusing multiple intelligence disciplines to support the application of operational capabilities in order to facilitate disruption and defeat of threat networks that employ or facilitate IEDs.
The SOF Intelligence Integrator will focus on problem sets at the tactical through operational levels while applying a thorough understanding of ISR integration and the ops/intelligence fusion process to compile, collate, analyze and evaluate all sources of information (to include unevaluated intelligence and open source data) associated with IEDs and their employment/facilitation by terrorist, insurgent, or criminal networks.
The SOF Intelligence Integrator will work closely with other members of a multi-discipline team to identify capabilities and vulnerabilities of targeted enemy organizations, identify trends, patterns and key nodes and highlighting their relationships to the targeted enemy networks. The Intelligence Integrator must possess a thorough understanding of the intelligence process to compile, collate, analyze, produce, and evaluate all-source intelligence and provide subject matter expertise. The Integrator must be able to provide guidance and mentorship to junior analysts and should be able to provide daily feedback to the team lead on product development. The Intelligence Integrator must also possess the ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing.
The SOF Intelligence Integrator must have a strong operational background and experience in shaping intelligence products that support tactical or strategic goals set forth by the supported unit commander in order to create actionable target support packages. The Intelligence Integrator should also possess an understanding of IEDs as well as the local, regional, and global networks that facilitate IED construction, design, and usage.
Successful applicants will have documented experience working with multidiscipline operations/intelligence teams and familiarity with other elements of the DoD, the interagency and coalition partners.
The SOF Intelligence Integrator must have the ability to participate in and lead meetings, conferences, and engagements to exchange information, assist in making decisions, and/or provide updates. The Intelligence Integrator must have the ability to identify and analyze problems and generate recommended solutions based upon experience working with elements of the DoD, interagency and international elements.
Experience and Education:
This position may require recurring domestic and international travel to include deploying to combat zones.
The applicant may be called upon to support 24-hour watch operations.

Summary of Responsibilities:
The Maritime Program specialist (MPS) will provide overall coordination of Maritime training (including the setting up of training events, providing instruction and Diving Supervision). Qualifications:

· Physically capable of climbing on, off and around boats, trucks and other rolling stock.

Background:
This position supports the Afghan National Army (ANA). ◦Coordination and deconfliction of Counter Intelligence (CI) and HUMINT requirements, sources, and collection strategies with MIRO CI Officers.
◦Mission management of all subordinate Military Intelligence Provincial Offices (MIPOs).
◦Analysis and quality control of HUMINT reporting from subordinate MIPOs.
◦Preparation and submission of HUMINT reporting to the Combined Collection and Reporting Center.
◦Ensure the effectiveness and accountability of the Intelligence Operations Funds process in conjunction with relevant elements of the GSG2 and AMoD-I.
◦Assist in the strategic intelligence fusion of multi-echelon collection activities, reporting and dissemination processes.
Minimum Qualifications:
Military Education level 4 required (Intermediate Level Education/Command and General Staff College or service equivalent).
•Recent strategic or operational experience in Ministry of Defense or Afghan General Staff environments, strategic intelligence agencies, interagency strategic operations, preferably in Afghanistan or Iraq training international forces.
•Division-level G2X or service equivalent experience as field grade officer required.
•Experience in professional development & training and working with Middle Eastern or Central Asian cultures, is desired.
•Practical knowledge of Microsoft Suite Applications
Candidate must meet all physical, medical and other requirements for overseas deployment in accordance with current Department of Defense regulations. Experience with the Navy SAPR program preferred. Must have the ability and skill to provide effective trainings and briefings; have the knowledge and skill in developing program management plans and adhering to them. Ability to maintain accurate statistical framework for program data collection and reports. Must have the ability to understand, be sensitive to, and have empathy for victims; must have the ability to develop trusting helping relationships and to work effectively with individuals and families from diverse racial, ethnic, religious and socioeconomic backgrounds. Must have the analytical ability to intervene in crisis situations, using sound professional judgment, ethical practice and common sense. The position will provide instructional and program design expertise for the analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation (ADDIE) approach for all NCCA (National Center for Creditability Assessment) creditability assessment education and training. All designs shall adhere to the standards set by the Council on Occupational Education, as well as, school house instructional design policies and procedures. This position will be start June 2016.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Collaborate with faculty and staff on instruction design and learning objectives.
· Asist in the development and updates of instructional strategies, course materials, assessment technologies, appropriate integration of instructional technologies and best practices, and maintaining relevancy as defined by the Government.
· Design and produce learning materials in a variety of formats including print, graphics, and multi-media hardware/software to support NCCA’s instruction mission using Instructional System Development methodology.
· Develop Points of Instruction (POI) for Psychophysiological Detection of Deception (PDD), Continuing Education, and Computer Based Learning courses
· Serve as a subject matter expert for the analysis, design, development, creation and implementation of NCCA training.
· Work with instructors to ensure presentation of material conforms to lesson plans.
· Create, monitor and update NCCA Programs of Instruction by collaborating with the NCCA Chief of Instruction.
· Develop and coordinate multi-media for courses (graphics, animation, photos, audio, and video).
· Develop training aids.
· Create prototypes.
· Facilitate a pilot offering.
· Integrate e-learning courseware into LMS.
· Create, summarize and interpret end of course evaluations and post-training surveys.
· Develop and evaluate appropriate student assessment instruments (test design).
· Research and make recommendations on educational best practices, instructional resources, instructional technologies and multi-media hardware/software to support NCCA’s instruction mission using Instructional System Development methodology.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
· Active TS/SCI w/Poly (submit to polygraph) clearance required.
· Familiar with content measurement and evaluation techniques to include course evaluations, Learning Measurement and Analyst, test design, e-learning tools, polling and needs assessment data integration.
· Ability to develop curriculum including experience utilizing curriculum management programs.
· Demonstrated ability to standardize training material.
· Project Management experience is a plus.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
· Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in writing technologies, instructional design or training methodologies or equivalent experience.
· 5+ years of experience working with DoD training programs.
· 5+ years of experience with instructional design principles, writing correct objectives and structuring content.
