Job Summary: Work as part of the GATR program management team by assisting in the management of government programs of record. The position requires someone capable of coordinating activities on assigned projects such as planning, scheduling, action item tracking and report writing; monitoring work for compliance to contract requirements (CDRLS); and ensuring effective communication and coordination on assigned projects between multiple engineering disciplines and other departments.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Participate in planning, tracking, analysis, and reporting of select programs
• Operate as liaison between program management and other GATR divisions related to ongoing programs of record
• Utilize Gantt, PERT, milestone charts, and other project management techniques to gauge progress and facilitate focus and intervention in critical areas
• Prepare project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends, recommending action
• Track action items from program meetings
• Prepare written and verbal reports to management to identify cost and schedule variances
• Aid in concept development and proposal writing
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
• Full command of Microsoft Office Suite (Microsoft Project, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook)
• Capable of interacting with program managers, division managers, senior management, and other key functional/support organizations.
• Strong writing skills
• Strong visual presentation skills
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills and ability to balance and prioritize work
• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
Credentials and Experience

Community and Public Health Provider
As a Community and Public Health Provider (an at-will position) for the CSFD (Colorado Springs Fire Department), you will assist citizens with ongoing medical concerns while treating them professionally and compassionately.
Typical Responsibilities
• Provide injury and illness prevention information, wellness and community health education, and immunization assistance
• Educate patients on the appropriate use of the 9-1-1 system
• Provide chronic disease management; provide patient-centered non-emergent care
• Treat acute healthcare issues and advise on follow-up care with the goal of reducing patient hospital re-admission and emergency department use; encourage the patient to engage in their health care
• Assist with mobility issues
• Provide assistance in determining social service needs; instruct the patient on the use of community resources
• Provide point-of-care testing
• Administer patient care in a manner that is consistent with department protocols and physicians orders
• Conduct post-hospital release follow-up care, including monitoring medications, changing dressings, and checking vital signs; work with patient’s healthcare team to coordinate care

Duties

- Use various testing, social engineering, and penetration testing approaches for vulnerability identification, enumeration, and purposeful exploitation to determine the value and effectiveness of a network, system, or application's security configuration.
- Participate in and/or present project kick-off and close-out presentations and findings.
- Participate in mission meetings, document requirements, and produce a mission Rules of Engagement Plan.
- Conduct mission review meetings and maintain activity log.
- Develop Red Team Reports (RTRs) that summarize missions, findings, and results.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Manages the control, maintenance and data input/processes related to Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Treasury Offset Program (TOPS), Fixed Assets, General Ledger, Travel, NAF Purchase Card, Payroll, Military Ticket Program and Information Technology (IT) Services Fund.

• Implement a continuing plan for training and development for all personnel from supported units for grooming and allowances reviews.

• Present AVCAL and SHORCAL briefings on the allowance determination process to senior personnel within and outside of the command (e.g. individual site Supply Officers, Aircraft Intermediate Maintenance Officers, Carrier Air Wing Maintenance Officers).
• Ensure Individual Material Readiness Lists (IMRL) are properly updated prior to AVCAL and SHORCAL conferences to make certain accurate repair parts and quantities are stocked to support maintenance efforts.
• WSPD Coordinator tasked with obtaining and maintaining Weapons System Planning Documents (WSPDs) of all aircraft Type/Model/Series and Airborne Avionics Systems supported by each command.
• Review WSPD changes that require supply action to update AVCAL and SHORCAL of applicable units.
• Monitor the Interim Supply Support (ISS) process to ensure proper support of new aircraft weapons systems/ground support equipment (GSE) is provided as part of the AVCAL and SHORCAL requirements.
• Provide technical support and quality assurance validation during the entire Reconciliation and Management Team (RAMAT) process.
