Job Responsibilities: Individuals will provide meteorological/oceanographic training support for the 720 Special Tactics Group. Individuals will provide courses of instruction in climatic weather, weather effects upon flight and ground operations, centralized weather products, surface and upper-level conditions, forecasting methods, analysis, and problems, identification and evaluation of weather systems, types, location, intensity, movement and development potential of weather features, preparation of special forecasts, preparation of and conducting a weather briefing, role of the weatherman/forecaster in advising commanders on mission planning and execution, operation and evaluation of weather equipment to record conditions and prepare a forecast, conduct of a weather watch, observation and recording of weather conditions, dissemination of weather forecast and condition products, solving weather problems, selection of points for weather data collection, automated operation of weather systems, and physical and weather factors impacting upon landing zones, drop zones, extraction zones, and terminal areas. Individuals will remain current and aware of COMSEC, OPSEC and COMPUSEC training and requirements. In addition, Instructor personnel will participate in technical briefings, seminars, conferences and meetings as required, provide meteorological assistance and participate in daily weather briefings, advise commanders as required, resolve technical problems associated with the production of weather forecasts, assist with the daily operation of the unit to include providing weather support as required and management of the training requirements and activities.
Minimum Requirements:
•Minimum SECRET clearance.
•Must have at least 5 years of forecasting experience.
•Knowledge of meteorology including meteorological methods, techniques, and practices, including weather observing, forecasting, communications, meteorological equipment and support procedures.
•Skill in using various computer software and various applications. Specifically, the Air Force Weather Web Service (AFWEBS), the Mark IV-B satellite terminal, Target Acquisition Weather Software (TAWS), the Joint Environmental Toolkit (JET), Gibson Ridge Radar, NEXRAD Doppler Weather Radar interpretation, and other weather programs on .mil/gov sites.
•Ability to measure meteorological phenomena with scientific equipment and instrumentation, and collect, analyze, interpret adjust, and verify atmospheric or other meteorological data to confirm and improve its accuracy and effectiveness.
•Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships using tact and diplomacy in interacting with individuals and unit representatives.
•Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing to prepare and present training products, briefings, coordinate planning efforts, and manage program activities.

Job Requirements:
•8+ years SIGINT experience with military, DoD or equivalent government agencies.
•Shall be proficient in utilizing basic Microsoft computer applications and intelligence related automation to support analytical efforts and product development.
•The analyst will have proficiencies using analytic tools and data bases including, but not limited to: ArcGIS, SKOPE SIGINT Toolkit and Google Earth.
•Shall possess strong briefing skills and be capable of effectively directing subordinate analysts in the accomplishment of intelligence products and assessments.

• No less than (5) years in collection management, all-source analysis, and desk officer/reports, two (2) years of experience in a managerial level position in support of HUMINT programs and analysis, and at least one (1) combat overseas tour with a SMU and/or SOF operating in a HUMINT analysis support function.

• Be a graduate of the Fundamental HUMINT Targeting Course (FHTC).
