Position Description:
Financial Consultants are responsible and accountable for building productive relationships with Fidelity's Mass Affluent investor base with greater than $250K in investable assets. In building their "books," our representatives will be working with existing Fidelity clients and with incoming leads to establish these long-standing relationships. It is expected that they will serve between 400 and 500 clients when they reach full capacity. Their primary role will be to serve our clients by offering them a single point of contact for all of their investment, planning, and guidance needs. This includes working directly with clients on their retirement, non-retirement, brokerage and cash management accounts.

JOB SUMMARY:
Position is accountable for supervising hourly personnel in all phases of machine and mold repair, maintenance, installation and rebuilds. Responsible for all related design and specification activities.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Support Employee Benefit (EB) producer and Account Executive, if applicable, by serving the larger and more complex clients, to be knowledgeable in EB coverages, carrier guidelines, underwriting, and legislative changes, to maintain relationships with clients and carrier representatives and to assist in suggesting new lines of coverage for existing clients.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.
1. Build and maintain key client and carrier relationships, by phone, e-mail and in person.
2. Assist assigned clients and EB staff with service questions related to administration, billing, claims issues and problem solving, upon request.
3. Continually seek cross-sell opportunities and suggest new lines of coverage.
4. Work with EB producer, and/or Account Executive, to monitor and manage the renewal process for assigned clients. Coordinate meeting with client and/or producer to present the renewal and supporting documents to gain acceptance of the renewal or commitment to go to market for alternative options.
5. Prepare marketing information or provide required information to a marketing person. Once marketing options have been prepared, the producer/Account Executive/Account Manager presents the options to the client.
6. Schedule and conduct associate meetings in coordination with Account Executive or producer, and complete the implementation process.
7. Enroll clients in EB communication tools. Demonstrate use of the tool with client. Introduce resources to new clients and existing clients at renewal. At least monthly, remind clients of a new or updated Resource Net document.
8. Assist clients with compliance (e.g. HIPAA, COBRA, FMLA, ERISA and legislative), as requested.
9. Conduct quarterly account management visits with assigned clients.
10. Review claims reports monthly and deliver reports to clients on monthly or quarterly basis, as required.
11. Deliver, review and submit COBRA administration forms, as necessary.
12. Coordinate and facilitate preparation and delivery of benefit booklets and/or benefit statements and any other fulfillment items with assistance of EB agency staff.
13. Assist assigned clients by helping plan and execute health fair, seminars, webinars and "lunch 'n learns", as requested.
14. Provide administrative support on other tasks such as assigned special projects and development of new ideas/services, as requested.
15. Become proficient in the EB Agency Management System, specifically to update policies that are written or renewed, log activities to document client meetings, carrier follow up, service issues, establish follow-up date and daily manage follow up in EB Agency Management System. Also, understand how to use the system to acquire information to assist clients.
16. Attend seminars, classes and carrier meetings to keep abreast of new products available for clients and acquire expertise in legislative changes, as opportunities occur.

GENERAL PURPOSE:

The class of Electric Troubleshooter is distinguished from Electric Lineman in that this position works independently with Lineman, or others, as assigned. The Electric Troubleshooter is necessary to troubleshoot electric distribution systems as well as the ability to maintain substation grounds, facilities and records, in addition to knowledge of rules, regulations and safety practices. This position extensively interacts with the general public and customers under various conditions and is expected to perform in a most courteous and professional manner even under adverse conditions. This position is on a rotational supervisory standby duty (one week periods) for after-hours call back work to include weekends and holidays.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Reports to and receives general supervision from the General Foreman or assigned designee. Exercises supervision and training of Electric Lineman as assigned.
• First line troubleshooting of electric system and substations.
• Diagnoses, locates, and clears trouble on primary and secondary overhead and underground lines.
• Creates and participates in switching operations of the system and obtains loading data for system studies.
• Maintains substation records, facilities and grounds to include fence repair and weed control as needed.
• Runs new services from poles, transformers or service boxes to customer facilities; connects and disconnects services, troubleshoots and tests individual customer services.
• Installs underground service conduits.
• Performs many of the above functions on energized systems utilizing appropriate tools and techniques.
• Maintains tools and equipment in a clean and workable condition.
• Inspects overhead and underground systems for conformance to the NESC, and other applicable rules and regulations.
• Performs a wide variety of record keeping tasks, such as service orders; material records, temporary service records, substation reads, etc.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 4 year trade apprenticeship and/or 4 to 6 years work experience in a similar or related position, required
• 5 years of substation experience working with relays, OCR’s, OCB’s, SF-6 Switches, Substation Switches and Substation Transformers, preferred.
• 2 years’ experience supervising employees, required

Summary of Responsibilities:
The JA conducts all-source intelligence analysis to identify insurgent and IED networks, which include leaders, facilitators, financiers, cell members and bomb makers to identify potential targets for possible lethal and non-lethal action.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
-The JA produces intelligence assessments for formal production and release to the Intelligence Community (IC) and other consumers.
-Coordinates with other NGIC offices, IC organizations and theater intelligence resources to gather additional information and share analytic conclusions.
-Coordinate with other CITP teams, including WTI, the Direct Support SIGINT Element (DSSE), and NGA GEOINT support to produce assessments and targeting products.
-Develop regional network assessments of IED and insurgent networks.

-Prepare and present intelligence briefings and presentations.
-Evaluate information reporting and sources.
-Answer Requests for Information (RFI).
-Develop Source Directed Requirements (SDR) Populate and Maintain CITP databases, production trackers and files.
-Upon successful pre-deployment evaluation, is capable of deploying to low-risk assignments in the theaters of operation.
-The JA is capable of deployment throughout theater of operation to conduct counterinsurgent and IED network analysis.
Qualifications:
-Knowledgeable of the Intelligence Cycle, Collection Management Cycle, Targeting Cycle and intelligence analytic techniques including trend and pattern analysis, geospatial analysis, link analysis and network or social network analysis.
-The Contractor shall be experienced with data processing systems such as DCGS-A, CIDNE, and SIPRNET and JWICS search engines.

-Be proficient at using basic computer applications and intelligence related automation to support analytical efforts and product development; possess strong research, writing and editing skills; and be capable of managing teams of analysts in support of tactical, strategic and special operations forces conducting counter insurgent/IED targeting.
-Understand intelligence requirements for both lethal and non-lethal targeting.
-MOS 31D, 311D, 35F, 350F, 35D, 18F, 180A, or DoD joint service equivalent, or civilian 0132, 1811.
-Desired: Background in counter-terrorism, counter insurgency, or counter IED analysis and experience as an intelligence or targeting analyst in Afghanistan.

The DHS Science & Technology Division requires recurring SME /Static Code Reviewer services for a number of its systems based on each system's status within the security assessment and authorization cycle, authority to operate status, and estimated risk profile. In general terms, all systems are subject to security assessment and authorization activities, and as a result of those activities risk are uncovered, but the exploitability of those risks must be evaluated and understood. The SME/Static Code Reviewer will analyze systems for potential vulnerabilities that may result from improper system configuration, hardware or software flaws, or operational weaknesses. Any security issues that are found will be presented to the system owner with an assessment of their impact and a recommendation for mitigation or technical solution. S&T requires static code analysis of applications and systems that are deployed and in development. In general, S&T performs automated and manual source code review of applications and tools before they are operationally deployed; review looks for weaknesses in poor development practices and weak application configuration settings. The selected individual shall perform static code analysis on software developed in-house and by contracted developers and work with the developers throughout the development lifecycle to ensure compliance with secure software development best practices and DHS standards. 49. Visual Information Specialist position open at Tualatin River National Wildlife Refuge – OR; WA
The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS) is hiring a Visual Information Specialist to help implement the Service's Urban Wildlife Conservation Program in the Portland, OR/Vancouver, WA metropolitan area. The responsibilities of this position will include planning, designing, and implementing a wide array of visual communication products that are designed to reach urban audiences in a contemporary, innovative and relevant manner. The work will incorporate existing, new and emerging communications techniques and technologies; will focus on the work of the Service and natural resources; and will be designed and implemented in well thought-out products that complement current Service and partner efforts. This position located at Tualatin River National Wildlife Refuge, but serves a geographic area that includes Ridgefield National Wildlife Refuge Complex.
