JOB DESCRIPTION: Installer – Capital Equipment
Summary
Under the general direction of the Installation Project Manager, provide complete equipment installation in accordance with plans and specifications including scheduling, delivery, installation, check-out, and final inspection of equipment.
Essential Job Functions
1. Collaborate with Installation Project Manager to schedule product installation in coordination with equipment delivery, customer availability, and construction schedules.
2. Prior to installation, verify rough-in dimensions and utilities are adequate to meet equipment specifications. Ensure doorways, elevators, and hallways are sufficient to allow equipment transport to installation site.
3. Verify that equipment delivered to the customer matches the order. If the order does not match, contact Installation Project Manager for direction.
4. Perform installation of products, including, but not limited to: uncrating; assembling; setting or lifting product into place; leveling; connecting utilities; and testing unit.
5. Must be capable of independent work. Complete service documentation electronically.
6. Test unit with live utilities and initiate a basic cycle to verify the integrity of the installation work performed.
7. Provide daily email updates to keep all parties informed and ensure timely in-service, hand off to local technicians, and customer satisfaction.
8. Ensure Customer satisfaction through post-installation activities to include disposal of all associated packing and shipping crate material, ensuring equipment is wiped down and fingerprints are removed, and addressing any questions/issues before leaving the site.
9. Maintains courteous and professional demeanor when working with customers, contractors, management, and fellow employees. Utilize customer protocols when entering and exiting facilities and abide by all company and Customer Health & Safety protocols and procedures.
10. Maintain tools. Submit an annual inventory to assigned manager.

Training
An intensive 6-week (two 3-week sessions) training program is held at a new training center in Mentor, OH. Before you go into OH for the training, you will spend at least 30 days in the field working with a Senior Service Representative. This initial exposure to the business will give you a better understanding of your client’s needs and a greater appreciation of the training provided.
All promotions come from within the company. In the Service Division, everyone starts at the Response Technician level. There are levels of progression within the Technician role, as well as opportunities to be promoted to District and Regional Manager.
COMPENSATION: Total compensation includes base salary, overtime pay and commission opportunities on leads for new equipment and supplies. First year earnings as a total package will probably be in the $55-60K+ range (does not include the car & expense benefits). This consists of a base salary of $48-54K (depending on your experience level and the location) + an incentive potential of $2000-4000K + 3% discretionary annual bonus, and at least another $5-7K in overtime pay (depending on territory).
On top of your salary and other incentives, a car is provided with full coverage. The company provides a Dodge Caravan, which can be used as your personal vehicle. The company pays for auto insurance for you and your spouse, as well as all gas and maintenance costs. The employee pays a nominal amount ($25-30/wk) to satisfy IRS rulings regarding company-supplied vehicles.

Overview:

Position Overview Responsible for managing the shift crew to meet the required production goal. Former SOF Officer, Senior Non-Commissioned Officer, or Warrant Officer (desired) with at least 3 years of recent SOF experience relevant to current operations (required).
Well versed in JSOTF operations, SOF doctrine and TTPs (required).

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for assisting in the administrative processing of all phases of the construction project process, from inception to successful completion of diverse construction projects. This position manages documentation and administrative requirements to support multiple Project Managers and work with other team members; oversees the development and maintenance project files and records, ensuring project activities are adequately documented, well maintained and organized.
This position supports Project Managers in the management of multiple projects, maintains command details, timeliness and processes; compiles data for project validation assessments; assists in the preparation of request for proposals and change orders; reviews invoices; maintains project files and logs; processes and distributes project submittals.
Responsible for initiating drafts of formal correspondence, reports, trip reports, meeting minutes, memoranda, and messages concerning facility projects, comment reviews, recommendations, planning issues, facilities criteria, basis for design and other related design topics/profiles using Navy correspondence procedures and instructions provided in the CNI Action Officer Course.
Performs general office administration tasks such as sort and distribute mail on a priority basis, distribution of documents as directed by the Project Manager, coordinates meetings, filing, and other duties, as required. Reviews technical planning documents, project documentation and project status reports.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The position provides procurement assistance to program managers, technical and financial specialists, co-workers, requestors, and vendors to include reviewing purchase requests for supplies and services under $5K to ensure accuracy and completeness of the requests, verifying funds availability, and checking required and mandatory sources of supply. The position will determine whether to order using the purchase card, an existing contract, or an open market purchase order; prepare purchase orders and delivery orders for approval and signature by the Contracting Officer, retrieve data, and compile information for various procurement reports. The position is responsible for records and directive management, filing, mailings, and preparation of correspondence.
The position provides assistance to the NAF Purchase Card Program, which may include responsibility for the day-to-day maintenance of the Purchase Card on-line system, assisting in the administration of the automated program by ensuring transactions are in compliance with Standard Operating Policy, and by tracking transactions to identify and investigate suspicious charges, split purchases, or other incorrect information. The position also conducts daily reviews, initiates correspondence to all levels of program participants to clarify inconsistencies and request missing information when noted within the automated bank system, periodically send queries to the field, consolidate responses for reporting purposes, review and reconcile various card issues and billings, refer problem areas and recurring inconsistencies to the Purchase Card Program Manager (Team Leader) for resolution, correspond with vendors to resolve payment issues, maintain files, and assist with scheduling, coordinating, and conducting purchase card training.

This Correctional Support Licensed Trades Supervisor III (CSLTS III), is the Master Plumber for the Limon Correctional Facility (LCF). Responsibilities include but are not limited to: providing supervision of assigned staff; ensuring the safe and compliant repair and maintenance of facility plumbing equipment/systems; ensuring the safety and security of the public, staff and offenders. This position promotes the Colorado Department of Corrections Mission, Vision and Value Statement with integrity and commitment.
This position is the Master of Record for the facility, utilizing Master license to secure permits from the State Plumbing Board and serving as liaison with the State Plumbing Inspector. Within its area of responsibility, position procures all required registrations, certifications and permit and inspects work progress, processes and quality to ensure strict compliance.
Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
· Ensuring safe, secure, compliant, modernized and upgraded operations of plumbing systems and and supporting peripheral equipment throughout the facility;
· Participating in large scale capital improvement projects, reviewing plans and coordinating with contractors, Physical Plant Manager, Custody/Control and other facility supervisors to ensure efficiency, security and safety;
· Monitoring expenditures, generating reports and ensuring efficient use of resources in accordance with fiscal rules;
· Participating in the development of security policies and enforcing these policies by personally participating in searching, escorting, transporting, inspecting and physically restraining offenders as needed;
· Supervising assigned staff, assigning tasks, creating work schedules, monitoring time, approving leave requests and completing payroll documentation;
· Participating in hiring process, ensuring accurate position descriptions, monitoring staff work practices, skills and abilities and implementing mandatory Performance Management Program (PMP);
· Coaching and mentoring assigned staff, promoting retention by focusing on professionalism, teamwork, individual and unit accountability, clear communication of goals and expectations and efficient and effective operations;
· Training employees in the CDOC policy and methods of supervision, agency Administrative Regulations, facility Operational Memoranda, Posted Operational Rules and Post Orders and ensuring completion of mandatory annual training;
· Resolving informal grievances
This position may participate in the Duty Officer rotation; is subject to facility call back or working additional hours/shifts to maintain safety and security; may be required to supervise additional staff in the absence of another supervisor, work outside during inclement weather, in high, tight or confined spaces and/or in close proximity to industrial equipment.
Minimum Qualifications, Substitutions, Conditions of Employment & Appeal Rights
License - Active Master Plumber License issued by the Colorado State Plumbing Board.
Experience - Six years of employment as a plumber, performing predictive, preventive and corrective maintenance on residential or commercial facilities. At least one of the six years must include supervisory experience in a correctional setting, making decisions that affected the pay, status and tenure of subordinate staff.
Required Competencies:
· Proficiency in the preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance of plumbing systems and their supporting peripheral equipment;
· Proficiency in supervision of personnel, operations and maintenance;
· Ability to effectively respond to emergencies and make sound decisions;
· Ability to read blueprints, conduct relevant research and create an estimate of time, material, labor and cost for projects;
· Ability to plan and ensure effective implementation of best methods and strategies to accomplish safe, compliant operations at optimal efficiency
· Sense of pride in work and a strong desire to effectively communicate with and supervise staff and offenders in a highly regulated environment while coordinating with other shops and trades and ensuring uninterrupted operations in assigned areas of responsibility;
· Strong work ethic, integrity and dependability
· Computer literacy and ability to navigate electronic work order programs;
· Willingness and ability to use physical force to control a situation;
· Ability to maintain security, visually observe and monitor offender whereabouts and maintain an accurate count in work sites and assigned areas.
