Senior Systems Engineer to support USSOCOM in the research, development and acquisition of the Distributed Common Ground/Surface System-SOF (DCGS-SOF). DCGS-SOF is a broad set of end-to-end fixed site command, control, communications, computers and intelligence (C4I) and mobile/tactical tasking, processing, exploitation and dissemination (TPED) capabilities for SOF-collected ISR data. DCGS-SOF is System of Systems integrated across the SOF information environment and with DoD DCGS. It is focused on developing solutions that will satisfy both current and future special operations-peculiar capability gaps and provide essential organic net-centric, collaborative and distributed ISR TPED capabilities for SOF. DCGS-SOF will enable SOF to take full advantage of all available strategic, theater and tactical ISR data and exploitation support systems. It is being developed and implemented as part of the DoD DCGS family of systems and evolving joint network-centric enterprise. DoD DCGS is the processing and exploitation component of the ISR enterprise. Key to this capability is the mandated DCGS integration backbone, which provides a common standard technical infrastructure to enable required joint integration and interoperability across the DoD.
As a Senior Systems Engineer, you will perform the following tasks:
•Assessing and resolving issues related to system design, system architecture conceptualization, computer software development, data analysis, report preparations and presentations, and implementation planning.
•Provide technical advice, assistance and lead coordination with PoR DI2E & DCGS Enterprise efforts, support coordination of DI2E and DCGS Information Backbone (DIB) development.
•Provide technical and Program Management assistance and advice to the PM, DPM and Assistant Program Manager(s).
•Represent DCGS equities and provide systems engineering and program management advice and assistance.

* Design and implement solution for moving applications from on-prem to Cloud. Maintain applications and infrastructure @ Cloud and implement monitoring solution. Develop technical content, such as white papers and reference architectures, that can be used by our customers to assist them in deploying secure cloud-based solution. Work with Internal Business unit to convey cloud computing security and risk management best practice. Assess security-related knowledge across AWS sales and solutions architecture teams and develop plans to address gaps
* Utilizes system engineering concepts and techniques to evaluate the completeness and correctness of the domain solution portfolio. Ensures systems and interfaces are well-defined and exhibit desired architectural behaviors. Prepares architecture documents and technical papers documenting and advocating the decisions affecting the architecture of multiple systems. Advises on product strategy for the domain solution portfolio. Investigates new technologies and product opportunities that could be used to generate competitive advantage. Creates technology roadmaps for the domain solution portfolio. Identifies business and technology trends and evaluates their impact on the domain solution portfolio.
* Monitors the implementation of architecture throughout the domain and provides technical mentoring, guidance and clarification to other architects and technical implementation resources.
* Provides effective communication to business and technical community on behalf of the domain.
* Leads the definition of architecture principles, guidelines, patterns, and standards.

Education/Experience:
* Technical degree in a related field of study and typically 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Knowledge and Skills:
* Advanced degree or equivalent; 10+ years of experience in Infrastructure (sysadmin, database, network, cloud).
* World-class technical skills and experience designing and implementing IT infrastructure solutions, involving automation and cloud technologies.
* Extensive knowledge of the Cloud market and the key vendor offerings (AWS and/or Azure certifications highly desirable)
* Working knowledge of ITIL and Agile
* Ability to work as part of a geographically dispersed team

Who we are looking for:
The Tax Manager will manage daily tax operations, including tax compliance and reporting. The Tax Manager will be responsible for overall compliance activities, recommending internal controls and process improvements, maintaining knowledge of changing tax laws and regulations, and other cross functional accounting responsibilities where appropriate. We are looking for a dynamic self-starter who has interests in expanding their skillset beyond tax and can become a leader in the broader finance and accounting function of the organization. Responsibilities:
* Prepare and coordinate filing of corporate income tax returns with various federal, state and local jurisdictions.
* Accurate preparation of federal and state income tax estimates on a quarterly and annual basis.
* Facilitating all aspects of tax compliance, in cooperation with the Corporate Controller and Progrexion's outside tax advisors and CPAs.
* Plan and prepare for potential international expansion.
