Position Purpose
The Product Management Associate in the Own Brands business supports the Product Management teams. The responsibilities of this position primarily include supporting the unit through making recommendations based on in-depth analysis as well as assisting in managing the Own Brands business to deliver annual sales growth and gain targets.
Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Category Analysis Includes identifying driving factors behind trends (in own brands, competing brands, and rest of market), recommending opportunities for assortment gains, and analyzing base business to discover and resolve issues early on.
* Supporting Product Management in managing all aspects related to achieving its performance goals. Includes business reviews, making new item presentations, managing timelines for new product development and leading any other day-to-day priorities.
* Reporting and Analytics behind new item metrics determining feasibility of a new item within a category, estimating annual volume, and providing cost and retail targets.
* Forecasting and Reviewing business unit performance every period and reforecast for the balance of year. Developing the plan for the next fiscal year
* Category & Product Optimization - Taking part in all relevant category reviews and providing analysis to support Own Brands (pricing, assortment, schematics, promotion, etc.)
* Inventory Management - Monitoring new item ramp up and estimating run out time of discontinued items. Working with cross functional teams such as Sourcing, Procurement, and Product Development to assure timelines and alignment.
* Product Management teams as well as cross functional teams for Product Development, Regulatory, Sourcing, Package Design and Finance.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree preferred in Business Marketing, Economics, or Finance.
* 1 or more years of related experience
* 1+ year in a CPG marketing or analysis role preferred
* Strong analytical potential: statistical models and category management analytics
* PC skills in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access).
* Ability to analyze large amounts of data and identify key trends/results and present to management.

Bigger picture, this person is someone who helps us conceptually think of derivatives and is the one who would weigh in on using derivatives to provide a particular solution. He/she will be acting as a primary contact for actuarial and walking through issues with them on how the derivatives work, what type of exposure they create, etc.
If someone comes from interest rate side or equity side we could talk but really looking for someone who has done both. If they have filled a leadership or management role in the past, that would definitely be helpful. This is a very technical skill set in terms of trading for Interest Rates and Equity. They need to know how derivatives solve problems within an organization and would prefer someone who has done this in an insurance environment.

Responsibilities
The AIA shall have a clear understanding of the MARSOC organization, structure, and mission in order to perform AIA advising, assisting and coordination functions across all aspects of airborne insertion within this task order, and all other duties, responsibilities, and actions necessary to support AIA activities. • Provide instruction on advance freefall for individual and collective tasks in a wind tunnel or during an airborne operation;
• Coordinate with the MRR S-3 Operations Center key personnel (Operations Officer, Operations Chief and Training Officer) on airborne related issues;
• Make announced visits and inspections during unit airborne training;
• Be willing to fly on fixed or rotary wing aircraft/air movement (MILAIR/Contracted)
• Participate in required meetings;
• Enforce doctrine, unit SOPs and establish attainable/relevant standards based on the conditions set;
