Camber is seeking a Mobility (Tactical Airlift/Aerial Refueling SME to perform White Force (role play) functions during execution of exercises and training events. The Candidate should be proficient in the use of Theater Battle Management Core Systems (TBMCS) to generate some of these products. The selected candidate is expected to have in-depth knowledge of United States Air Force (USAF) planning cycles/processes as well as the specific employment of fighters and the general employment of USAF weapons systems to include but not limited to Close Air Support (CAS), Air-to-Air, Aerial Refueling, Electronic Warfare, C4ISR, Airlift – combat delivery, Cyber, Combat Search and Rescue, Dynamic Targeting, and Special Operations mission sets. Experience/Qualifications:

Previous Mission Commander and USAF Weapons School graduate qualification desired. Waiver of individual experience/qualification requirements will be addressed by the customer on a case-by-case basis.
Desired Familiarity with the following:
Candidate should be familiar with USAF aircrew and distributed training requirements, methodology and procedures. The SMEs must have familiarity with USAF and Joint policy and doctrine as well as experience with the planning and execution of joint, combined, allied, and other partner nation’s operations and exercises. The Candidate shall develop courses based on the inputs of subject matter experts from all organizations involved (USEUCOM, USAFRICOM, USAFE-AFAFRICA, NATO, and EIAMDC). Camber is seeking a Joint and Allied LVC Integrator to support the operational and technical aspects of USAFE-AFAFRICA LVC theater integration. The Candidate shall coordinate technical planning and engineering, and provide realistic simulation support for training exercises and mission rehearsals within USEUCOM and USAFRICOM, as well as the theaters’ Component Commands using JNTC Capabilities and LVC for USEUCOM, USAFRICOM, COCOM Components, NATO and Allies. Description
Camber is seeking a rated fighter pilot with Close Air Support (CAS) experience. The Contractor shall provide operational fighter pilot support including but not limited to: developing realistic and relevant Tactics, Techniques and Procedures (TTPs) for virtual fighter simulators in support of tactical and operational level training events, coordinate with WPC planners to incorporate simulators into relevant exercises and training events, assist other planners in meeting area of responsibility (AOR) mission requirements during events, operate Instructor Operating Station (IOS) and coordinate with engineers and technicians for maintenance, optimization, and upgrades to fighter and JTAC simulators. Communicate directly via radio with a live JTAC or Joint Forward Observer in the field or in a training environment, using current brevity code verbiage, while conducting a simulated attack or providing Non-Traditional Intelligence, Reconnaissance and Surveillance (NTISR) using on-board targeting pod. Additionally, the Contractor will be expected to control and perform duties as blue air/red air with constructive models including but not limited to MACE and NGTS. Support includes event preparation, mission briefing and debriefing with exercise participants, identification of lessons learned and compiling After Action Reports (AARs). Contractor must maintain configuration management of training devices as well as loading, operating and troubleshooting the supporting models. Duties include Information Assurance responsibilities and Contractor must possess and maintain required ISSO cybersecurity qualifications. Other duties as assigned.
Required Experience:
Rated USAF Aircrew with recent operational CAS experience within five years, minimum of 200 hours of Instructor or Evaluator experience, or have recent experience providing like training support (based on applicable weapon system and mission set). USAF Weapons School graduate qualification desired. Duties include Information Assurance responsibilities and Contractor must acquire required ISSO cybersecurity qualifications within six months of hire. Waiver of individual experience/qualification requirements will be addressed by WPC on a case-by-case basis.
Desired Experience:
Contractor should be familiar with USAF aircrew, JTAC and distributed training requirements, methodology and procedures. The SMEs must have familiarity with USAF and Joint policy and doctrine as well as experience with the planning and execution of joint, combined, allied, and other partner nation’s operations and exercises. Contractor should be familiar with AFH 36-2235, Information for Designers of Instructional Systems, Volumes 1-13, AFMAN 36-2234, Instructional System Development, and AFMAN 36-2236, Guidebook for AF Instructors.

Description
Camber Corporation is seeking a fighter pilot SME toperform White Force (role play) functions during execution of exercises and training events. These functions include, but are not limited to, exercise director, Air and Space Operations Center (AOC), Combat Operations Division, and Combat Plans Division. Additionally, the Contractor will be expected to control and perform duties as blue air/red air with constructive models including, but not limited to, Modern Air Combat Environment (MACE) and Next Generation Threat System (NGTS). The Contractor will be expected to lead mass briefs and debriefs with the exercise audience and small team briefs and debriefs for tactical level training events. The Contractor shall develop scenarios for exercise-sponsored events. These events will primarily be Tier 3 & 4 operational/tactical level training. They will include large force exercise events integrating joint, combined, allied, and other partner nations’ forces in an air, land, sea, space, and cyberspace battlefield, as well as smaller scenarios integrating specific capabilities. In addition to developing scenarios, the Contractor will be responsible for generating the mission materials related to the scenario. These include but are not limited to: Air Tasking Order (ATO), Airspace Control Order (ACO), communication plans, Special Instructions (SPINs), blue and red orders of battle, red air plans, and mission cards. The Contractor should be proficient in the use of Theater Battle Management Core Systems (TBMCS) to generate some of these products. The selected candidate is expected to have in-depth knowledge of United States Air Force (USAF) planning cycles/processes as well as the specific employment of fighters and the general employment of USAF weapons systems to include but not limited to Close Air Support (CAS), Air-to-Air, Aerial Refueling, Electronic Warfare, C4ISR, Airlift – combat delivery, Cyber, Combat Search and Rescue, Dynamic Targeting, and Special Operations mission sets. Other duties as assigned.
Experience/Qualifications:
