1. Sr. Biological Scientist DTRA (Ft. Belvoir, VA) (Secret)
Avanti Placements is seeking a qualified professional Sr. Biological Scientist with expertise in toxicology or medicinal chemistry and industrial experience in drug development for the Advisory and Analysis Services (A&AS) contract with the Defense Threat Reduction Agency. This work is located in Ft. Belvoir, VA.
The selected candidate will work within a multidisciplinary team providing scientific analysis and program assistance on current and emerging applications addressing concerns in the area of therapeutic medical countermeasure development for chemical warfare threats. The scientist, acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) will be involved in review and evaluation of research proposals, the initiation, design, development, execution, and implementation of scientific research projects in the biological sciences, and preparation of briefings for internal and external audiences of varying levels of scientific expertise. The selectee will also assist with coordinating interdepartmental activities and research efforts. Experience with drug formulation and PK/toxicology are highly desired. A good understanding of statistics and modeling, particularly in the context of evaluating proposals, publications and progress reports would be helpful. There is a strong preference for experience relating to industrial R&D of therapeutics or methods and strategies.
Required Qualifications:
•Active/current Secret Clearance required.
•Doctorate and 9+ years of experience in toxicology preferred, but outstanding candidates with a Master of Science and 12+ years of recent, relevant experience are encouraged to apply. Desirable disciplines include but are not limited to microbiology, biochemistry, pharmaceutical chemistry, immunology, epidemiology, physiology, and drug development.
•Familiarity with portfolio management is required.

POSITION DESCRIPTION
Barbaricum seeks Operational Advisors for AWG to provide support to the Army and Joint Force Commanders to enhance Soldier survivability, combat effectiveness, and defeat current and emerging threats. These individuals will provide operational advice or assistance to DoD organizations globally in support of Unified Land Operations.
Responsibilities: Conduct Pre-Deployment Advisory Support (PDAS) to supported organization, assisting in planning, execution and AAR of training conducted at home station Analyze the intelligence, operational TTPs, training, and materiel solution interrelationships to articulate an overarching strategy to combat irregular warfare. Analyses are constantly on going in order to provide updates in each area to ensure the strategy and JCOP remain relevant. Anticipate and prioritize follow-on force training requirements for Pre-Deployment Advisory Support (PDASS). Initiate coordination to deploying unit senior leaders (General/Flag Officer level) for visits PDAS. Initiate coordination and prepare correspondence to redeploying unit senior leaders (General/Flag Officer level) for post operation debriefings from the Task Unit (TU). Facilitate new and emerging asymmetric threat TTP dissemination. Assist DA Staff Link to FORSCOM/TRADOC to tie together training solutions within a larger tactical/operational environment. Assist command group in developing training programs for AWG Soldiers and members of the U.S. Armed Forces. Interact with the concepts integration cell and intelligence exploitation cell in order to operate as a "red cell" team to develop counter asymmetric TTPs before the threats are realized. Provide updates in each area to ensure the strategy and JCOP remain relevant.
QUALIFICATIONS •Top Secret Clearance w/ SCI Eligibility
•11+ years of relevant experience with either the U.S. military or other federal government agency(ies) that demonstrates the ability to meet the duties described above.
•Demonstrated experience should include over twenty (20) years of relevant experience in land warfare component combat arms organizations (preferred) but MUST have a minimum of six (6) years of relevant experience with U.S. Special Operations Forces or U.S. Special Mission Units.
•Expertise in terrorist, guerrilla and other asymmetric operations in order to advise the AWG on planning, training and equipping with experience in red force planning and special operations forces.
•Demonstrated knowledge of current operations and emerging military organizations, capabilities, and doctrine is desired.
•Demonstrated experience should also illustrate the ability to analyze current combat operations in order to identify causes of pre-deployment training gaps; possession of interpersonal skills and tactical expertise to communicate with U.S. Army and U.S. Marine Corps MACOM and unit level senior leaders preparing their organizations for deployment; and the ability to change and adapt established methods in order to meet new unit requirements.
•Demonstrated experience should illustrate ability to work independently (versus merely following established processes) and in small groups while possessing excellent oral and written skills, interpersonal skills, and communication skills in to engage audiences ranging from junior enlisted Soldiers to General/Flag Officers.
•Demonstrate ability to anticipate requirements and obstacles, adapt quickly, follow through, and make corrections or create alternatives when needed to meet new circumstances or situations.
•Demonstrate competency at developing new ideas and insights while continuous learning about the area of expertise.
•Multi-discipline qualifications should include organizational level conventional and unconventional war fighting tactics, operations, and training.
•Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
•Must maintain physical fitness and be able to pass the APFT on a no-notice or semiannual basis.

AF-PAK All-Source Intelligence Analyst
Location: National Capital Region
Mission Essential is currently seeking All Source Intelligence Analysts to support the Afghanistan theater of operations and Pakistan analytical and production effort. Areas of focus will include but are not limited to: AF/PAK Military Leadership, Security and Stability, AF/PAK Military Capabilities, AF/PAK Political Military, AF/PAK Insurgency and Militancy and AF/PAK Tribal and Socio-Cultural Dynamics, Powerbroker and Narco-Trafficker Influence. Personnel shall be responsible for following defense strategy, diplomacy and/or international security engagements. Analysts will be responsible for monitoring existing and developing Afghanistan Theater of Operations and Pakistan olitical/military issues, and producing intelligence products to meet planned or tasked production requirements. Products will support senior U.S. policymakers, the Joint Staff, the Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD), and Combatant Commands for Africa, Europe and the Central regions. Analysts will contribute to sustaining baseline assessments on area of focus, while working across the Defense Intelligence Enterprise with combatant commands to develop a second phase analytic capacity. The successful candidate will work with collection managers to establish persistent analyst collector interaction to develop refined collection nominations to improve the efficacy of overt collection balanced against a scarcity of resources.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The primary goal of this program is to provide subject matter expertise and training support to assist Combined Security Transition Command Afghanistan (CSTC-A) and NATO Special Operations Component Command-Afghanistan (NSOCC-A) through Special Operations Task Force-Afghanistan (SOTF-A) and Afghan National Army Special Operations Command-Special Operations Advisory Group (ANASOC-SOAG), in the execution of their mission. Summary of Responsibilities:

•Draft SOFLE personnel sourcing messages and coordinating SOFLE team member administrative needs.
•Coordinate SOFLE training schedules with the Force Synchronization representatives of Headquarters United States Marine Corps (HQMC), Marine Corps Forces (MARFORS), Marine Expeditionary Forces (MEF’s), Marine Expeditionary Units (MEU’s), and USSOCOM.
•Send and receive official messages (e.g., Automated Message Handling System, Logbook).
•Draft and present briefings referencing all duties and responsibilities regarding ARG/MEU-SOFLE.
•Maintain SOFLE-related information on the USSOCOM SOF Portal.
•Coordinate and communicate (via email, phone, VTC, conferences, workshops, etc.) with the appropriate agencies (e.g., Components, Services, Staff, COCOMs, Multi-National Partners) to ensure ARG/MEU-SOFLE requirements are met and inputs are sent/received.

REQUIREMENTS
•Master’s Degree with Fifteen (15) Years' combined Joint, SOF, Interagency experience working joint military operations to include Marine Special Operations conducted in a joint, combined, and interagency environment.
•Successfully graduated from a Joint Professional Military Education course, Intermediate Development Course or a Senior Professional Military Education Course
•Three (3) Years’ experience working with USSOCOM, subordinate organizations, DOD, and knowledge of each military U.S. military service’s roles and missions

The Pike Hotshots are seeking highly qualified applicants for the position of Senior Firefighter. Individuals interested in this position should be team players, highly motivated, self-disciplined, hardworking and in top physical condition. Incumbent will serve as an experienced firefighter on an Interagency Hotshot Crew performing duties associated with wildland fire suppression, prescribed fire operations, fuels management and other project work as assigned.
As a Hotshot Crewmember the incumbent participates in all phases of fire suppression activities including initial attack and extended attack, fireline construction, hose lay construction, firing operations and mop-up. When, not on wildland fire assignment the incumbent will actively participate in daily crew
physical training sessions involving runs of 3-9 miles in length, calisthenics and weight lifting. The incumbent must pass the Work Capacity Test (pack test) at the arduous level as a condition of hire.
Individuals applying for this position need to meet the minimum red card standards for the position as outlined in the Standards for Interagency Hotshot Crew Operations which are Advanced Firefighter/ Squad Boss (FFT1). Incumbent must meet the Interagency Fire Program Management (IFPM) qualifications standards for Senior Firefighter, which are Firefighter Type I (FFT1) and completion of S-290. Incumbent must possess a valid state driver’s license in order to operate a Crew Carrier Vehicle.
Pikes Peak Ranger District Fire Program
The Pikes Peak Ranger District office is located in Colorado Springs but has suppression resources stationed in the towns of Woodland Park and Monument.
The Monument Fire Center is home to the Pike Hotshots and Monument Helitack Crew.
The District has an active fire program. The unique climate, diverse vegetation, rugged terrain and overall visitor use generally make each fire season a challenge. The District averages about 25-30 statistical fires per year, during a season that generally runs from April through October, although we respond to fires year-round.
The climate for this area is moderate. All four seasons are distinct, yet fairly mild and uncomfortable extremes in the summer or winter are very rare.
The District has employees with a diverse range of skills and talents which result in a highly productive and enabled work force.
The Pikes Peak Ranger District is one of three Pike National Forest Districts. The Pikes Peak District works closely with both the South Park and South Platte Ranger Districts.
Duty Station Specifics
PIKE & SAN ISABEL NATIONAL FORESTS AND CIMARRON/COMANCHE NATIONAL GRASSLANDS. The Pike & San Isabel National Forests and Cimarron & Comanche National Grasslands are in southern Colorado. These Forests and Grasslands have eight Ranger Districts. The Forest Ranger Districts are: Leadville, Salida, San Carlos, Pikes Peak, South Park, and South Platte Ranger Districts. Grassland Ranger Districts consist of the: Comanche and Cimarron Ranger Districts. The Forest Supervisor’s Office is located in Pueblo, Colorado.
The Forest and Grasslands have a complexity of resources including range, timber, wildlife, water, wilderness areas, developed and dispersed recreation, and ski areas.
The Pikes Peak Ranger District is located in the Pike National Forest, and is situated at the base of Pikes Peak otherwise known as “America’s Mountain.” The physical location of the Pikes Peak District offers many opportunities for partnership ventures with the BLM, Colorado State Parks, and the State Division of Wildlife.

Roush has an immediate need for an experienced, self-motivated Staff Architect to join our team! This position is located at our Livonia, MI facility.
Responsibilities
• Staff Architect will be responsible for all corporate planning, design and specification control of all construction projects
• Assist with development of the facilities design aesthetic for the Corporation
• Spearhead the design with the preparation of clear, complete and accurate working drawings developed from rough preliminary sketches which meet the customer scope expectations along with support staff
• Staff Architect will be responsible for inspection of facilities to affirm if current conditions will support project specific requirements and meet code compliances
• Manage historical and electronic files to sustain complete “as built” in-use building drawings
• Responsible for field measuring to ensure current and proposed plans are accurate
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree from at least a four-year accredited college and 8 years related experience trained in Architectural firm; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Must hold a current architectural license in the State of Michigan; held for a minimum of 5 years
• Resume that includes in the last three (3) years to have designed, drawn and submitted stamped contract documents for permit for industrial or commercial projects
• Staff Architect must be proficient in the use AutoCAD program to develop construction contract drawings
• Skilled in construction cost estimating for non-residential construction projects
• Familiar with IBC, ADA, NFPA and NEC codes
• Staff Architect must have experience with field measuring to ensure accuracy of plans
• To know AutoCAD software as the department support for error resolution, annual CAD clean-up & on-going updates

In this role you will take ownership to effectively manage specific projects/tasks to completion within a budget and timeframe. The Assistant Facilities Project Coordinator will outline specifications for work to be performed onsite, send them out for pricing and coordinate installation. Qualifications
• Associates’ degree in Project Management or in a Construction related field with 4 years’ experience in project coordination, including cost-estimating, project timing and interfacing with the customer and contractors – OR – Bachelor’s degree in Project Management or in a Construction related field with up to 2 years’ experience in project coordination, including cost-estimating, project timing and interfacing with the customer and contractors within a corporate/industrial setting
• Assistant Facilities Project Coordinator must have a clean driving record, and ability to travel to local Roush facilities
• Must be skilled in construction cost estimating for non-residential construction projects
• Strength in on-site contractor coordination for construction processes and problem solving
• Must be familiar with IBC, ADA, NFPA and NEC codes
• Strong understanding of construction terms, scheduling and planning concepts
• Assistant Facilities Project Coordinator must have the ability to read and interpret construction documents such as plans and specifications

Identifying, acquire and manage logistical support to include real estate, transportation assets, warehousing, and all other facets of providing support and management of remote work sites. Execute plans and directions in support of client operations. Supervise logistical operations and personnel through periodic logistics assessments. Zenith Winds is seeking a Technical Surveillance & Countermeasures Subject Matter Experts (TSCM SME) to establish a team of locally trained TSCM operators. The TSCM SME shall support corporate TSCM inspections and training OCONUS on a part-time or full-time basis.
The position of Technical Surveillance & Technical Surveillance Countermeasures Subject Matter Expert shall possess the following qualifications:
•A minimum of ten to fifteen years of experience in the conduct of technical surveillance and countermeasures inspections with at least five 5 years as supervisor or team lead.
•Be a graduate of the Interagency Training Center (ITC) TSCM Fundamentals course or equivalent training.
•Extensive knowledge in investigations, electronics, security evaluation, and construction.
•Expert knowledge of electronic fundamental, avionics, vehicle telematics, telephone systems, alarm systems operations and information systems operation and maintenance.
•Ability to research and evaluate facility construction, physical security measures, intrusion detection systems, and provide protective and preventive technical advice and assistance for the protection of classified information.
•Manages a team of technicians that conduct technical surveillance and countermeasures inspections to ensure clandestine devices have not been introduced into secure areas
•Acts as the TSCM Subject matter expert for domestic facilities and provides advice and assistance on matters concerning physical security, technical counter-surveillance and risk management.
•Must possess a comprehensive knowledge of secure voice/data systems, radio frequency (RF) transmission systems and communication infrastructures; have an understanding of requirements and a working knowledge of Standards.
•Review plans for documents and access control, transmission of sensitive information and materials and related information controls and safeguards. Provide advice, counsel and or instructions to staff members on current technical threats and countermeasure capabilities.
•Conducts technical surveillance and countermeasures inspections in the capacity of team leader or team member to ensure the facilities are free from hostile technical penetration
•Determines the scope of each TSCM inspection; plans and implements TSCM logistical operations for equipment for each inspection; identifies and recommends resolution to security issues pertaining to technical security standards; drafts report that details the TSCM activities.
•Knowledge with installation and fabrication of audio/video equipment and familiarity with surveillance systems.
•Sufficient interpersonal skills and ability to write/speak clearly so as to accurately brief TSCM-related matters at all levels of management.
•Must be able to pass all pre-employment requirements including background and security screens.
•Majority of the work is OCONUS
