QP is seeking a qualified CBRNE Instructor to travel to North Carolina approximately ten times per year to support CBRNE Training.
Qualifications:

JOB PURPOSE:
Research, gather, collate, analyze, fuse, and report ISR activity in support of the assigned mission of the supported organization. Complete training requirements and maintain currency and Mission Ready (MR) status within the guidelines of AFI 14-202 Volume1 (AF DCGS Training Program) and AFI 14-202 Volume 2 (AF DCGS Standardization and Evaluation) as applicable for their assigned crew position. Perform shift work in support of AF DCGS weapons system 24/7 operations when required.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
· Correlate and fuse information using at least two (2) Imagery Intelligence (IMINT) and Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) sources and provide tailored regionally-focused intelligence supported C-NAFs, CFACCs, COCOMs, and AF DCGS mission crews
· Generate Analysis Reports and provide regionally focused intelligence updates to support mission operations
· Support Government and military personnel in training of research methods and integration of new analyst tools
· Test, evaluate, and provide support in the integration of new technology or applications associated with gathering, analyzing, fusing, and reporting multi-source intelligence information in a network-centric environment
· Develop and provide situational awareness data, trend and pattern analyses, all-source analysis reports, briefing products and verbal and textual responses to requests for information from US, Allied and Coalition warfighters and agencies
· Produce pre-mission briefings, weekly activity reports (WARs), storyboards, current intelligence briefs and other associated products
· Conduct independent research and techniques using national intelligence databases
· Provide input in support of the Monthly Status Report (MSR) detailing accomplishments and issues in performance of task
Qualifications/Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities :
· Shall have completed a commercial, military or Government all source analysis training course or certified in a specialized intelligence career field (i.e. Imagery or Signal Analysis)
· Five (5) years’ experience in exploiting and reporting data from ISR sensors and platforms.
· Five (5) years’ experience in data mining and research analysis applications and technology
· Five (5) years’ experience with the national intelligence community reporting data bases and standards
CLEARANCE:

The Consulting Services Group, LLC, (CSG) is actively recruiting for a Task Lead for the MARSOC RASS program. Primary duty location is Camp Lejuene, NC, some TDY required both CONUS and OCONUS. This is a full time position.
The RASS program provides recruiting and administrative support to screen potential Marine applicants via the MARSOC Recruiting and Advertisement (R&A) Branch that will transition into Assessment and Selection (A&S) candidates for attendance at the A&S Program conducted at the Marine Special Operations School.
Task Lead Minimum Qualifications:
•15 years' experience in a SOF or Force Recon Organization
•3 years' experience as an Operations Chief as an E-8/E-9
•3 years' experience as a Marine Recruiter

Task Lead:
Duties and Responsibilities
•Handle the day-to-day management and administration of project tasks, developing detailed work plans and schedules, assigning staff responsibilities and supervising all staff efforts.
•Interface with Government COR and any appointed Technical Representatives (TR) to discuss concerns, and ensure total product/service satisfaction.
•Develop and issuing of OPORDS of support requirements to the Contractor Teammates to formalize delivery requirements working in conjunction with the Program Manger and Contractor contracting.
•Assign an event leader as the single POC in the field for each activity to be supported. This event leader shall be responsible for 1) resolution of field support problems, 2) adjusting priorities of support to changing requirements, 3) reporting activities and issues to the leadership within the company and the government, and work with event leaders to capture input for and the preparation of After Action Reports.
•Manage the contractor support workforce in order to match the ebb and flow of the specific skills required for the requirements as they arise per the A&S program schedule, and work directly with the COR to ensure contracted personnel and equipment support are coordinated prior to the conduct of all RASS events.

Description:
Provide direct targeting, lead development, and analytic support to US Army counterintelligence operations and investigations. Synchronize the targeting process with analytical enterprise and collection managers to develop target packages, operational concepts, and plans. Perform the full range of CI targeting, strategy development, analytical research, production of briefings, charts, written assessments, and oral presentations in support of target development, prepare and recommend operational usage of sensitive capabilities in support of the commander's priorities and objectives, and conduct internal, inter-service, and interagency coordination and de-confliction of targets and operational missions. Prepare counterespionage and counterintelligence targeting packages, summary documents, and graphical representations of data, review case file documentation and evidence, and conduct threat analysis. Provide high quality analytic products and demonstrate the ability to brief senior military and civilian leaders. This position may require the ability to travel up to 5% of the time.
Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience with conducting or providing targeting support to counterintelligence or HUMINT operations or graduate of the Fundamentals of HUMINT Targeting Course (FHTC), Joint HUMINT Analysis and Targeting Course (JHATC), Target Network Profiling Course (TNPC), or Operational HUMINT Targeting Course (OHTC)
• Experience with briefing senior military and civilian decision makers
• Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Additional Qualifications:
• Experience with Multi-media Message Manager, Tripwire Analytic Capability, i2 Analyst Notebook, Palantir, and other intelligence community resources or the aptitude to complete additional training, as required
