• Develop and implement processes that deliver quality and timely product
• Direct the completion of new programs that achieve budget and schedule requirements
• Provide leadership, guidance, coaching, and technical support to team members
• Manage an electrical project team and interface with the customer regarding program status, reports and issues
• Develop wire harness architecture, routing, physical schematics and power distribution for electrical system requirements
• Assign and define circuit options, harness inlines and connector numbers to the system logical schematics
• Define and select fuse, wire, and terminal sizing based on application requirements
• Lead electrical system compatibility reviews and sign-off wire harness prints
• Perform design rule checks
• Integrate wire harnesses, connectors, sensors, switches, and electrical components into overall vehicle architecture
• Manage logical design data
• Identify and mitigate major electrical system failure modes and effects
Qualifications:
• The Senior Electrical Engineer will have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical Engineering degree preferred)
• Minimum 8 years of experience in vehicle electrical systems, electrical controls and wire packaging
• Minimum 8 years of experience leading an engineering team
• Experience conducting presentations and management reviews
• Experience and ability to clearly present progress reports in a timely manner
• Ability to act as a liaison with the program team, CAE analysis group, suppliers and assembly plant for all design responsible parts

POSITION DESCRIPTION
Barbaricum has an opening for an Operations Officer supporting the US Army’s Rapid Equipping Force (REF) to serve as Liaison between forward-deployed units and REF rear element located at Fort Belvoir, VA.
Responsibilities:
• Maintain awareness of U.S. Army operations and policy to facilitate REF mission, goals, and objectives.
• Coordinate activities and information with Army Staff, Major Commands, DoD agencies, and deployable units in the following U.S. Commands: Africa, Central, Pacific, Northern, European, and Southern areas of responsibility.
• Communicate requirement and project status and significant activities to REF leadership through recurring synchronization meetings, written reports, and database updates.

The Team will ensure SOF assets are kept abreast of all current and emerging JIEDDO-COIC processes, methodologies, and Tactics, Techniques & Procedures (TTP) for attacking networks that utilize IEDs.
RESPONSIBILITIES
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
The SOF Intelligence Integrator will assist in developing processes that focus on developing SOF Situational Understanding of threat networks and enabling DOD, IA, and IC communities of action focused on dismantling, disrupting, and defeating those networks. The Intelligence Integrator will prioritize and categorize requests for support, conduct near- and long-term analyses of device and network-centric problem sets, fusing multiple intelligence disciplines to support the application of operational capabilities in order to facilitate disruption and defeat of threat networks that employ or facilitate IEDs.
The SOF Intelligence Integrator will focus on problem sets at the tactical through operational levels while applying a thorough understanding of ISR integration and the ops/intelligence fusion process to compile, collate, analyze and evaluate all sources of information (to include unevaluated intelligence and open source data) associated with IEDs and their employment/facilitation by terrorist, insurgent, or criminal networks.
The SOF Intelligence Integrator will work closely with other members of a multi-discipline team to identify capabilities and vulnerabilities of targeted enemy organizations, identify trends, patterns and key nodes and highlighting their relationships to the targeted enemy networks. The Intelligence Integrator must possess a thorough understanding of the intelligence process to compile, collate, analyze, produce, and evaluate all-source intelligence and provide subject matter expertise. The Integrator must be able to provide guidance and mentorship to junior analysts and should be able to provide daily feedback to the team lead on product development. The Intelligence Integrator must also possess the ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing.
The SOF Intelligence Integrator must have a strong operational background and experience in shaping intelligence products that support tactical or strategic goals set forth by the supported unit commander in order to create actionable target support packages. The Intelligence Integrator should also possess an understanding of IEDs as well as the local, regional, and global networks that facilitate IED construction, design, and usage.

The SOF Intelligence Integrator must have the ability to participate in and lead meetings, conferences, and engagements to exchange information, assist in making decisions, and/or provide updates. The Intelligence Integrator must have the ability to identify and analyze problems and generate recommended solutions based upon experience working with elements of the DoD, interagency and international elements.
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:
REQUIRED:
This position may require recurring domestic and international travel to include deploying to combat zones.

The SOF Intelligence Integrator should have the ability to perform tasks and provide training to support the client in the uses and capabilities of the following web-based intelligence tools, software, and databases: Multimedia Message Manager (M3), Tripwire Analytic Capability (TAC), NCTC Online, Terrorism Identities Datamart Environment (TIDE), ICReach SIGINT database, Cultweave SIGINT database, PROTON SIGINT database, Skope SIGINT analytical toolkit, Analyst Notebook /Palantir link analysis software, ArcGIS spatial analysis software, Google Earth spatial analysis software, and Microsoft productivity software and applications as needed.
The SOF Intelligence Integrator should have familiarity with the following methodologies: F3EAD, CALEB/IWA, Social Network Analysis and CARVER.
PREFERRED:
· Documented experience developing or maintaining a Common Intelligence Picture (CIP).
· Experience providing direct analytical support to HUMINT operations.

Recommends and implements improvements in the financial management of funds.
Develops long range financial, phasing, execution, and spending plans.
Conducts specialized studies in such areas as the use of obligated funds to meet current and future needs, manpower utilization, document control, and office automation.
Conducts detailed financial forecast reviews and other related studies designed to improve the effectiveness of management support functions.
Assists Headquarters (HQ) Program Managers and Navy-wide CYP Directors with financial goals, phasing plans, budgets, Program Objective Memorandum (POM) initiatives, and unfunded requirements.
Develops strategies for ensuring funding appropriations are in accordance with FFR management standards.
Reviews unfunded requests and takes appropriate action.
Recommends updates to Enterprise Modeling System (EMS) through review of the activities programs, such as evaluating cost per child and impact of changes to standards.
Coordinates the acquisitions of a wide variety of administrative functions including space, records, mail, property management, communications, travel transportation, procurement of supplies, and equipment.
Liaisons with staff and/or supporting functional offices (e.g., personnel, comptroller, office functions, procurement) to provide adequate and timely services.

Knowledge of FFR's programming and budgetary policies to compile, analyze, report and take corrective action pertaining to funding and budget preparation execution.
Knowledge of the different types of funds (e.g., NAF, APF), and their applicability to FFR's budget and programs.
Knowledge of and skill in applying analytical and evaluative principles and methods in the collection, consolidation and review of data used in support of FFR activities.
Knowledge of automated financial, project management and office automation tools including SAP and Microsoft Office.
Ability to use systems to analyze data and prepare findings and reports.
Ability to prepare and present briefs, presentations, factual reports, budgets, etc.
Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing.
TRAVEL REQUIRED Occasional travel of less than 10% may be required.
