Responsibilities
• Design and release assigned systems working within an integrated project team, led by a senior engineer.
• The Mechanical Engineer will perform structural, dynamic, and kinematic analysis, as appropriate, in support of project specific requirements.
• Responsible for planning, estimating, scheduling, conducting and coordinating the technical aspects of engineering projects.
• Provide timely, clear, concise communication to management, customers, partners, and team members about work status and impacts to project.

Qualifications

· Analyze all-source intelligence addressing a broad range of issues, focusing on insurgent
capabilities and actions, political and cultural climates, tribal and social networks, and other
issues as required
· Monitor and analyze threat intelligence, reviewing this information for credibility urgency, and
specific target information
· Produce concise written and oral intelligence reports for use by Embassy management and DS

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
· Must be a US citizen

7. USSOCOM J24 - Cryptologic Support Element SIGINT Analyst (Tampa, Miami, Hawaii)(TS/SCI w/Poly)
Weatherford Group has a requirement, based on contract award to provide TSOCs with contractor support personnel to execute SIGINT programs. The overall objective is to provide dedicated SIGINT analysis support to each TSOC, including: execution of SIGINT analytic functions, perform SIGINT analytical services, and provide SIGINT expertise to assist the government in day to day staff support functions. SIGINT analytics will involve the use of USSOCOM or TSOC provided processing and exploitation software and tools, including Intelligence Community (IC) and SOF specific processing, exploitation, and dissemination (PED) software and tools, the ESRI ArcGIS suite of software, and Google Earth and other commercial off the shelf (COTS) geospatial tools.

HQ USSOCOM (supporting SOCAF) - 2 positions
SOCCENT - 1 position
SOCPAC - 1 position
SOCSOUTH - 2 positions
Tasks include:
- Draft documents IAW government-provided IC and/or USSOCOM document templates and standards.
- Assist the government with developing and reviewing program related documentation, to include outlining the SIGINT mission and authority requirements, Concepts of Operations (CONOPs), Initial Capability Documents (ICDs), Capability Development Documents (CDDs), Capability Production Documents (CPDs), Combat Mission Need Statements (CMNS), and Joint Urgent Operational Need Statements (JUONS).
- Conduct research and analysis on TSOC-designated targets in support of TSOC CSE mission priorities. The research and analysis will support the development of serialized SIGINT reports at various classification levels per IC and TSOC standards. Any findings shall reflect United States Signals Intelligence Directives (USSID) standard reporting formats and directives for serialized and informal reports.
- Develop products utilizing detailed analyses and related expert knowledge in traffic analysis techniques and applications for personal communications systems and/or computer network based research. Such products may also be based on social network analysis (SNA), global network analysis (GNA), geospatial metadata analysis (GMA), geo-location analysis, Digital Network Analysis, and other new analysis techniques as they emerge.
- Utilize database applications to extract, exploit, and manipulate SIGINT data. Additionally, the contractor shall populate, maintain, and update databases and webpages.
- Support reviews and assessments of current intelligence tools, processes, techniques, and procedures and provide an analysis and recommendation as directed.
- Support the CSE Government Lead in responding to requests for information.
- Draft and coordinate SIGINT requirements for the government lead at the supported TSOCs and assist with providing technical guidance related to SIGINT activities to other TSOC staff or tactical SOF elements.
- Draft, update, modify and review TSOC CSE activity reports and SIGINT Summaries.
- Prepare inputs for the TSOC CSE government lead for the monthly USSOCOM SIGINT video-teleconference.
- Attend local technical, management, and analytical meetings with the appropriate global combatant command (GCC) staff and/or the theater National Cryptologic Representative (NCR).
- Attend SIGINT related technical, management, design reviews for exploitation programs and furnish after action reports.
- Support high priority, unpredicted, and/or time sensitive TSOC requirements. Occasionally, the TSOC requires shift or weekend work to support mission requirements.
- Draft, update, modify, deliver weekly analytical products to the TSOC government lead, including: CSE Activity Reports and SIGINT Summaries. Other analytical products will be required periodically, as directed by the TSOC government leads, to include: Informal Technical Notes and other tactical SIGINT reporting vehicles. Reports will be formatted IAW government provided templates.
- Provide after action reports (AAR) and/or debriefs summarizing the purpose of meetings, design reviews, meeting attendees, discussion topics, and results. AARs will be required after the turnover of each supporting SOF SIGINT team, apportioned general purpose force collection team, or contracted intelligence, surveillance, reconnaissance (ISR) platform, which normally occurs every 90 - 120 days. Reports will be formatted IAW government provided templates.
Required Skills/Qualifications
- 8 years of Government experience as a SIGINT analyst directly working in SIGINT activities and operations. The experience must include analysis, reporting, and writing intelligence products

Candidates are not required to relocate and can live anywhere in the continental United States.

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:
-Recent in-theater experience with a Combat arms unit is required.
-Multiple tours at various operational levels that include a mix of direct combat, operational planning, training development and Ops-Intel fusion is preferred.
-Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' experience of Operation Iraqi Freedom or Afghanistan in support of Operation Enduring Freedom.
-Time deployed to either location as a member of the military (vice contractor) is preferred.
-Successful applicants will have direct counterinsurgency operational experience in positions from team member through SF BN/Group (SOF) or Company through Division/MEF level (Conventional).
-Applicants must demonstrate exceptional written and oral communication skills.

•Analyze and identify potential plans for operations and actions on or effects against financial support networks that are associated with and/or facilitating terrorist networks. Primary focus is on financial support to terrorist activities, including terrorist nexus with narcotic, criminal, and other threat activities.
•Analyze, identify, and assist in planning operations and actions on specific links and nodes of threat financial activities from a strategic/global perspective. Assist in coordinating intelligence and operational activities with GCC, other DoD and USG agencies, and Partner Nations
•Monitor and provide CTF-related advice on finance-oriented assessments to support DoD and/or Law Enforcement development of case files, evidentiary material, designation packages, to include actionable intelligence on finance-specific entities as identified by the CTF and CNT communities
•Analyze counterterrorism, CN, criminal/investigative, financial, information operation, and force protection requirements to understand patterns and disseminate lessons learned
•Using Financial Intelligence (FININT) methodology, assist in analyzing illicit financial networks and identify vulnerabilities.
•Provide additional network mapping capability that includes financial network infrastructure analysis information and supporting documentation on established targets;
•Provide CTF analytical support to the COCOM Staff to support exercises, contingency and crisis response situations.
•Provide CTF intelligence analytical support analyzing and assisting in the creation of legal pleadings to be filed by the United States Government
Requirements:
•Active TS/SCI Security Clearance

•Minimum of five (5) years of experience in the required area of expertise – equivalent to a journeyman level of skill in order to disrupt and degrade the national security threats posed by drug trafficking, piracy, transnational organized crime, and threat finance networks reasonably related to illicit drug trafficking activities

Responsibilities
Seeking highly motivated Multi-Discipline/All Source Intelligence Analysts to provide intelligence and forensic expertise as a member of an OCONUS deployed team and CONUS reach-back support.
Provide exploitation and asymmetric threat analysis including the identification, development, and integration of countermeasure technologies. Provide multi-intelligence analysis and fusion in support of counter-IED efforts and operations executed by committed war fighting units, integrating existing national-level products and databases to provide an enhanced level of information support. Conduct multi-layered, multi-intelligence analysis to define patterns of IED network activity in order to narrow the search space to conduct CIED operations. Provide intelligence targeting support products and "reach-back" support to forward-deployed elements as required.
Positions will require periodic travel to CONUS and six month deployments to OCONUS locations.
