The overall objective is to provide dedicated SIGINT analysis support to each TSOC, including: execution of SIGINT analytic functions, perform SIGINT analytical services, and provide SIGINT expertise to assist the government in day to day staff support functions. SIGINT analytics will involve the use of USSOCOM or TSOC provided processing and exploitation software and tools, including Intelligence Community (IC) and SOF specific processing, exploitation, and dissemination (PED) software and tools, the ESRI ArcGIS suite of software, and Google Earth and other commercial off the shelf (COTS) geospatial tools. Occasionally, the TSOC requires shift or weekend work to support mission requirements. - Draft, update, modify, deliver weekly analytical products to the TSOC government lead, including: CSE Activity Reports and SIGINT Summaries. Other analytical products will be required periodically, as directed by the TSOC government leads, to include: Informal Technical Notes and other tactical SIGINT reporting vehicles.
