1. Chemical/Biological Instructor Technician - Fort Belvoir, VA - TS/SCI
K2 Group has a new requirement for a Chemical/Biological (C/B) Instructor Technician and we ask that you please post this requirement to your network. Job Description:
C/B Instructor Technician personnel serve as SMEs on the TTPs, SOPs, and POIs of the TSGs and communicate and train both military and civilian personnel on these plans and procedures. The individual shall serve as an expert in the use of the C/B TSG search equipment, analytical equipment, communications systems, C/B surveillance equipment, and other mission-essential gear. The individual is required to operate specialized equipment on land, sea, and air either during contingency operations, training, and/or exercises. The C/B Instructor Technicians provide training to military and/or civilian personnel on the setup and operation of C/B search gear and communications equipment and directly support search operations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Become an SME on all TSG C/B TTPs, SOPs, and POIs and be able to communicate these plans and procedures to the TSG Team within 90 days of award of this contract.
• Become an SME on all C/B TSG search gear and communications equipment and provide training to military and/or civilian personnel on the setup and operation of this TSG search gear and communications equipment
• Update C/B TTPs, SOPs, and POIs, as required.
• Maintain proficiency on all C/B mission-essential equipment.
• Serve as a SME on all C/B TSG search equipment.
• Support military and/or civilian personnel during WMD search operations, up to and including tactical actions during the conduct of real-world operations.
• Must be able to travel on very short notice and to work non-standard hours.
Required Skills/Qualifications:
• Experience as a hazardous materials (HAZMAT) Technician.
• Military instructor experience. No less than 2 years’ experience as an instructor at a training command or in an operational unit’s training department, to include development and delivery of training curriculum.
• Experienced in air operations.
• Have a fundamental understanding of small boat operations to include small boat, coxswain qualified, or civilian equivalent.
• Experienced with practical application of CBRN-related skills, to include operating in contaminated environment and employment of CBRN PPE.
• Physically capable of working extended periods in SCBA and fully-encapsulating Personal Protective Equipment for up to eight (8) hours or more per day.
• Contractor operator shall have recent experience in C-WMD and/or CBRN operations in support of SOF-related contingencies. Experience with Crisis Response Forces or Special Mission Units (desired).
• Advanced Non-Commissioned Officer Course or service equivalent.
• Knowledge of Gas-Chromatograph Mass Spectroscopy, Photoionization detectors, Fourier Transform Infrared Spectrometry, RAMAN Spectrometry, Polymerase Chain Reaction, and sample collection and management. Experience in the use of these technologies in a real-world operational or training environment is highly desired.
• Knowledge and experience in principles of Research, Development, Testing & Evaluation of chemical and biological sensors, detectors, and field confirmatory equipment (desired).
Additional Requirements:
• All personnel shall be physically and mentally qualified for deployment and performance of duties, to include tactical operations in austere, hostile environments.
• Annually, all TSG members must complete an Army Physical Fitness Test and score 270 or above for each individual’s specific age group, complete 10 pull-ups, and pass a Combat Water Survival Test (CWST).

The Firearms & Armorer Training Mentor (Subject Matter Expert) will be responsible for mentoring and advising local training staff on the leading practices currently accepted in regards to law enforcement firearms training and armoring activities. These activities support the Department of State efforts for development and training of the Palestinian Authority civil defense capabilities.
This position is based in West Bank with required travel to Jordan.
Key Responsibilities:
•Mentor, advise and assist local training staff and the client to establish the necessary operating policies and procedures and staff of experts to plan, direct, and coordinate the activities required, but not limited to, developing and implementing a firearms training program.
•Develop, mentor and advise training curriculum for armoring activities and safe and efficient storage requirements.

Key Requirements:

Summary: The Advisor Support Specialist performs important sustainment functions in support of the counter corruption targeting division.

In general, we are looking for 10+ years of EXPERIENCE in marine electronics that is directly relevant to ships.
A specific knowledge of radar M&R is preferred, as well as a broad-based knowledge of the installation, troubleshooting, maintenance and repair of communications, navigation and control systems.

ECS Federal is seeking an embedded Publically Available Information Analyst and Training Assistant to assist the Ft Bragg-based customer in maintaining a knowledge management program related to Publicly Available Information datasets, investigative research methods, and industry tools associated with the collection and manipulation of these data sets. The Contractor will be asked to establish best practices, instruct junior analysts, and contribute to curriculum improvements. Provide weekly activities summaries, prepare After Action Reports for any collaborative training courses, and assist with basic network configuration. Also conduct classroom/hardware setup, and conduct other technical training requirements.
Location of the work is Fort Bragg, NC with a four month deployment.
The candidate will need a TS/SCI clearance.
Required Skills:
• Bachelor's degree preferred, with four years relevant work experience required; without a degree, eight years of relevant work experience required.
• Military experience as an operations or intelligence analyst.
· Experience with open source data and/or tools.
• Must be a US Citizen and must have a Top Secret security clearance
· Experience with DoD intel tools
Desired Skills:
• Additional experience as a curriculum developer, trainer, or IT analyst desired.
· Some computer science or networking courses or experience

Responsibilities:
The Law Enforcement Professional Advisor advises the Counter Corruption Targeting organization on Customs and Border Protection (CBP) tactics, techniques, and procedures advises and assists targeting coordination efforts at the federal government level to counter corruption that affects Afghanistan.
Provides subject matter expertise to the Counter Corruption Targeting organization. Demonstrates expert knowledge in US CBP tactics, techniques, and procedures.
Advises and assists targeting coordination efforts relative to federal government level approaches to counter corruption internally and externally to Afghanistan.
Experience and Educational Requirements:
· Must possess a current TS/SCI clearance.
· Must complete required personal weapons qualification prior to deployment.
· 10+ years of Law Enforcement experience.
· Proficient in CBP tactics, techniques, and procedures.
· One year of experience with DoD and/or Interagency task forces.
· Must be medically deployable.
· Knowledge and experience dealing with counter-corruption, counter-narcotics, or threat finance.
· Must be a SME at Customs and Border Protection.
· Experience as a Law Enforcement Professional (LEP) Advisor member of an Embedded Training Team or Police Mentor Team in Afghanistan.
