JOB SUMMARY:
The Sales Support Representative (SSR) provides Sales support to the Sales team and management for Distribution, Resellers, and business end user customers.
Assists the sales organization in providing technical and product information to new or existing customers. Consults with senior sales staff members on assigned projects. Responds to daily email inquiries and orders. Provides daily sales support. Provide customer support in response to product and product inventory inquiries.
Essential duties include:
Inside Sales Responsibilities:
• Helps by supporting company products and/or services via telephone.
• Generates prospective customers through inbound and outbound calls. Maintains records of all customer calls made.

Position requires strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Employee will be responsible for providing, but not limited to:
•Generate and print Common Access Cards and Non Common Access Cards to all eligible personnel, consistent with DoD policies, procedures and RAPIDS operational guidelines
•Report lost, stolen, or re-issuance of cards
•Provide statistical data on the number of cards issued, number of cards updated, and number of cards lost, stolen or re-issued on a monthly basis
•Exercise responsibility for CAC stock and consumables; ordering, management and accountability following the prescribed Issuance Logistic Portal (IPL) acceptance procedure to include signing for, verifying card numbers in the carton, and accepting/rejecting each carton of a CAC shipment before the issuance portal can issue CACs from that carton

•Notify the appropriate authority when a purge, invalid entry or lock to a record is necessary

•Request that CAC recipients enter the PINs for their CACs
•Print the CAC
•Update the CAC as necessary to reflect any change in the Personnel Category of the CAC recipient. This automatically issues/revokes certificates as needed
•Terminate a CAC to execute revocation requests received from the LRA or other authorized sources
•Assist in the management of the recipients’ keys and certificates
•Comply with the security requirements (as described in the Security SOP for RAPIDS)
•Adds and maintains site-specific information, which is stored on the server database
•Generates reports that summarize the activities of the subordinate users, including all types of transactions and ID card types produced. Deletes report data as necessary to free up hard disk space on the server
Employee shall conform to and comply with the rules and regulations of the Department of Defense, applicable Service, and the specific Government installation, for contract personnel integrity, grooming, conduct, speech, safety, security, and parking.
Employee shall not be permitted on the Government facility when the Government determines that the personnel’s presence would be detrimental to the security of the facility or accomplishment of work, or when determined by government authority to be disruptive to the good order and discipline of the facility.

• Provide direct support services to the NRD Chain of Command by ensuring proper screening of all Warrior Challenge candidates in the Delayed Entry Program (DEP), and provide feedback to the NRC HQ Warrior Challenge Program Managers.
• Program policy requires a minimum of three PSTs with successful results to be administered to candidates prior to shipping to Recruit Training Command (RTC). The PST shall be conducted per MILPERSMAN 1220-410 (series). At least one initial test shall be administered prior to contracting a particular candidate (qualifying PST). Another test shall be administered every 45 days, while the future sailor is in the DEP. A final PST shall be administered within 14 days of the future sailor shipping to RTC (the 14-day PST).
• Every effort shall be made to ensure future sailors are afforded the opportunity to meet the testing requirements. Therefore, PST administration shall be scheduled at regularly recurring intervals throughout each month in order to allow all parties to effectively schedule the PST in advance. Furthermore, PST administration locations must be well distributed throughout the various NRDs to accommodate all geographic regions. PST scheduling and administration shall allow for flexibility in order to accommodate exceptions to the general scheduling rule
• Maintain a direct working relationship with the NRC HQ Warrior Challenge Program Managers in order to gain support of active duty SEAL/SWCC/EOD/DIVER/AIRR personnel for specific “large event” recruiting events targeting athletes. Mentors shall also work together with the NRD Warrior Challenge Coordinator (Active Military) to perform all aspects of testing. As well as maintain accurate records of travel, activity, testing, results, etc. in NRD files. The mentor will be familiar with all aspects of the job, test sites and Centers of Influence.
• Provide first hand mentorship to Warrior Challenge candidates in three critical areas: (1) increase awareness and enhanced physical standards for Warrior Challenge programs, (2) increase Warrior Challenge program knowledge for candidates, and (3) understanding of Warrior Challenge values and ethos. It is also expected that oversight of candidates be maintained even while they are at RTC by the RTC Mentor/Coordinator.
.Qualifications
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license throughout period of contract. Any conviction is grounds to end the contract with the Contractor, due to the requirement for the Contractor to maintain a valid driver’s license and responsibility to Warrior Challenge candidates and their safety at all times. An example would be a “driving under the influence” (DUI) conviction.
• Maintain a high degree of personal fitness. Contractor needs to lead by example in this area. Specifically the contractor must be able to maintain an exemplary degree of physical fitness.
• It is required that the contractor personnel be a former SEAL, SWCC, EOD, Diver, AIRR or equivalent special warfare experience who served in various leadership and operational positions in their community while on active duty. POSITION OVERVIEW
Supports new product development activities in a R&D environment by researching and developing new components/assemblies, methods, and/or processes utilizing engineering principles.
RESPONSIBILITIES

The FCC Public Safety and Homeland Security Bureau Policy and Licensing Division reviews land mobile and microwave radio applications for public safety entities such as state and local governments, police and fire departments and other groups that represent the public safety community. All public safety applications are processed in Gettysburg, PA and over the last 12 months the Gettysburg Public Safety team processed over 38,000 applications.
The Public Safety Industry Analyst will work with a team of other Industry Analysts and Engineers to review various FCC Form 601 application purposes including license renewals, administrative updates, new radio system applications and modification applications of existing radio systems. The Industry Analyst must be comfortable working with computer programs including email, word, excel and other technical software programs to verify application data.
Since FCC applications are technical and relate to public safety land mobile radio systems, any experience with working with radios or familiar with wireless technology would be helpful but training will be provided on FCC rules and forms needed to process radio applications.
Additional Industry Analyst responsibilities include responding to application inquiries, doing outreach to public safety licensees, working with other FCC Bureaus and other government agencies on coordination of application issues and providing guidance to computer developers to improve the FCC licensing process.

Responsibilities:

Summary:
Strategic Operations Analyst is part of the Strategic Operations team, responsible for informing the strategic decision-making and operations for a growing multi-specialty, multi-site medical practice.
Description:
The Strategic Operations team reports directly to Vanguard’s Officers to help provide the direction and framework for Vanguard’s strategy, make operational improvements, process and analyze key metrics, and oversee compliance programs. The Strategic Operations team will work across all areas of the practice.
This position requires and extensive knowledge of the medical practice. Therefore, selected candidates will rotate through various administrative teams for six months, with the goal of mastering each of the front-line positions. During this accelerated training period, candidates will be expected to acquire a knowledge of the practice’s Electronic Medical Records system, the Standard Operating Procedures, basics of billing and coding, and department interaction. After successful completion of this training period, candidates progress to a role on the strategic operations team and are responsible for the tasks listed below.

• Provide Confidentiality, Integrity and Availability by verifying IA controls are

approved administrative, physical, and technical safeguards are incorporated
into all new IT resources through certification and accreditation and protect IT resources
from malicious activity.
• Notify the Information System Security Manager (ISSM) and/or Program Manager (PM)
when changes occur that might affect accreditation.
• Serve as Information System Security Officer (ISSO) for all matters of security
pertaining to USAFE-AFAFRICA assigned systems as follows:
• Actively participate in configuration management pertaining to assigned systems.
• Maintain a current inventory of USAFE-AFAFRICA approved security hardware
and software of assigned systems.
• Utilize certification and accreditation system such as XACTA; develop and
maintain certification/accreditation support documentation for assigned system(s);
including but not limited to the Plan of Actions and Milestones (POA&M).
• Ensure system security documentation is prepared and maintained.
• Attend required technical (e.g., operating system, networking, security
management, system administration) and security training relative to assigned
duties.
• Evaluate the security consequences of proposed modifications to software and
hardware.
• Identify and analyze system malfunctions with a view towards security
incidents/violations.
• Report all security related incidents to the assigned ISSM and/or USAFEAFAFRICA
PMs. Initiate protective and corrective measures for all other
incidents with the approval of the ISSM or PM.
• Ensure tests of system security are performed, and results documented.
• Conduct periodic reviews to ensure compliance with system-specific
accreditation/certification support documentation package.
• Utilize ArcSight; conduct and review audits, and ensure records are maintained.
• Recommend to the ISSM and/or PM any special, significant, or unique issues,
which need to be addressed.
• Develop and oversee operational information systems security policy and
guidelines of assigned systems in support of USAFE-AFAFRICA overall IA
policy and provides security guidance to end users.
