1. Mission Rehearsal Training (MRT) Support (Hurlburt Field, FL)
JOB DESCRIPTION
Streamline Defense (http://www.streamlinedefense.com) is seeking exceptionally qualified candidates to serve as a Mission Rehearsal Training (MRT) team members supporting the 492nd SOW at Hurlburt Field, FL. These are full-time positions and are contingent upon contract award.
Responsibilities:
•Comply with Air Traffic Control (ATC) phraseology, marking and procedural guidance specific to LZ and DZ operations in FAA JO 7110.65, AFI 13-217 Drop Zone and Landing Zone Operations, and other regulations as applicable.
•Follow procedures outlined in local operating directives for ETTC. If missions are conducted outside of the ETTC area of responsibility, ensure procedures are followed in accordance with the local regulations provided, in addition to ETTC directives, if possible.
•Mark the LZ in the appropriate Airfield Marking Pattern (AMP) in compliance with AFI 13-217 or as coordinated. While electronic navigational aids (NAVAIDS) are not normally used for these LZ operations, when/if they are the contractor will be responsible for their proper operation such as frequency settings, placement, and alignment.
•Provide marshalling services for parking and movement of aircraft as the mission requires. The contractor shall perform marshalling services in accordance with AFI 11-218, Chapter 2, Aircraft Operation and Movement on the Ground.
•Ensure vehicle and/or pedestrian control measures are in place as required by ATC standards.
•Assemble, operate, and continuously monitor all radios.
•Conduct limited weather observations per AFI 13-217.
Requirements:
•Position requires a Secret clearance.
•Must have a SOF background or be familiar with special operations procedures and requirements.
•Must have experience and be proficient operating a wide range of specialized equipment, weapons and vehicles to include, but not limited to, laser pointers, UHF/VHF/FM/HF/SATCOM radios, current Global Positioning System (GPS) equipment, overt/covert lights and marking devices and pyrotechnics.
•Experience operating radios in secure mode with Communications Security (COMSEC).
•Prior experience at role-playing a Joint Terminal Attack Controller (JTAC) and Ground Force Commander (GFC), to include scheme of maneuver and radio communications.
•Proficient with applicable enemy TTPs and be able to direct less experienced personnel in their execution.
•Must have fundamental land navigation/map, compass, and GPS skills sufficient enough to read and locate using latitude and longitude and Universal Transverse Mercator (UTM)/Military Grid Reference System (MGRS) coordinates, boundaries, points of origin, point of impact, impact/strike points and other locations during all training missions.
•Must be capable of flying on military aircraft and/or traveling under Temporary Duty (TDY) orders to any location specified by the training mission.
•Must be capable of providing fast-paced/high-stress training support in austere locations using Night Vision Devices (NVDs), under inclement weather conditions, and may be required to work irregular hours.
•Must have working knowledge of the organizational interface of military, federal, state, and local agencies as applicable to all operations under this PWS and be familiar with military command and control structures.
•Must possess a valid civilian driver's license and be able to hold a valid military driver's license for the military vehicle(s) to be operated.

Responsibilities:
The C-UAS Operations Integrator interacts directly with the warfighter/requestor in order to shape request for intelligence products ensuring they meet the warfighters Counter Unmanned Aerial System requirements. The Operations Integrator actively coordinates intelligence support packages to meet unit and subordinate element operational requirements. The Operations Integrator assists in fusing the operational and intelligence information available to the supported unit, providing an operational perspective to the products including target and network analysis packages. The Operations Integrator also plays a major role in assisting the Unit identify gaps in their C-UAS capabilities and provides a linkage to the unit into the greater DoD C-UAS enterprise. The Operations integrator understands the operational employment of improvised UAS systems likely to be employed by threat organizations and is familiar with a wide range of C-UAS capabilities.
The position will require periodic travel within CONUS and up to six month deployments to OCONUS locations.
General Experience and Educational Requirements:
