Job Description:
Conduct both an Operational View and System View (Applications/ Tools/ Networks/ etc.) Survey of the J2-JIOCs, DIA [intelligence Production Centers, and assist Government Program Manager to develop appropriate [JIOC] Architecture documentation. Follow-up the survey with interviews and attendance in meeting and working groups to facilitate leadership to better understand and document the organization's processes, requirements, and issues.
Use the National and Combatant Command IT Architecture documentation results from the Survey to create or update legacy systems architecture artifacts using the DODAF Context Model to document the work processes and associated systems/ IT of National and Combatant Commands IT, which results with a current ("As- Is") National and Combatant Command IT systems architecture

Research, collaborate, and develop proposed Objective ("To- Be") Architectures with associated solution/ mitigation strategies/ plans synchronized with the IC's Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) system and the Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System (JCIDS). Where future solutions developments require, develop appropriate capability "needs statements"/ Capabilities Develop Documents (CDDs) and support the Commander's Integrated Priority List process.

Overview:
Mayvin® is currently seeking experienced applicants for an All-Source Intelligence Analyst. Will function as a part of an Afghanistan-based intelligence analytical team of military and/or DoD civilian analysts in support of the customer's analytical requirements. This position is a Temporary Full-time role with an estimated deployment of 12 months. Prior to the one year deployment, a five week mandatory CONUS training period is required.
Current Top Secret/SCI clearance is required.
Responsibilities:
· Will assists with the analysis and production of various intelligence products specifically focused on Threat Awareness, Force Protection, Indications and Warnings, C-IED, COIN, and targeting in Afghanistan, while supplying analytical support for senior military leaders in the AOR.
· All-Source analysts are responsible for attending meetings and conducting comprehensive research on complex topics independently, or as part of a larger analytical effort, focusing on current events and long-term trends that could impact the supported unit’s mission
· All-Source analysts are responsible for researching, developing, presenting, and publishing all-source intelligence products at the tactical and operational level.
Education:
· Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Clearance:
· Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Current Top Secret/SCI clearance is required.
Experience:
· Minimum of four (4) years of analytical experience within the DoD or equivalent government agencies is required
· Experience in C-IED, CT, South West Asia regional issues, or political/military analysis preferred.
· Applicants must be proficient in the use of basic intelligence computer applications and intelligence-related automation, including MS Office Product Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word) to support analytical efforts and product development.

SCOPE:

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Specifies examination protocols appropriate to job hazards and in compliance with applicable laws and standards.
Recommends needed facilities, equipment, medications, and staff to ensure safe and adequate occupational health medical services for PIADC employees.
Reviews all medical records generated as a result of Occupational Health operations and provides written opinions regarding medical suitability requirements.
Serves on the Facility Medical Review Board as part of PIADC’s Personnel Reliability Program.
Assists PIADC leadership with maintaining an annual occupational health assessment and surveillance program for all PIADC staff based on a systematic job hazard analysis.
Conducts occupational health medical examinations or tests required by employee annual health risk assessment.
Reviews results of annual medical surveillance's with employees and document conclusions regarding medical suitability for performing job functions in accordance with OSHA and OHP requirements.

Assists in the evaluation of short-term conditions that may impact one’s ability for medical suitability when exiting containment area.

Required Skills
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
Board Certified in Occupational Health.
Current (not revoked, suspended, or lapsed in registration) License in the state of New York.

The Intelligence Integrator will focus on problem sets at the tactical through strategic levels while applying a thorough understanding of unclassified data sources and social media exploitation as well as the ops/intelligence fusion process to compile, collate, analyze and evaluate all sources of intelligence and information associated with UAV systems and their employment/facilitation by terrorist, insurgent, or criminal networks.
The Intelligence Integrator will work closely with other members of a multi-discipline team to identify capabilities and vulnerabilities of targeted enemy organizations and decipher and identify trends, patterns and key nodes highlighting their relationships to the targeted enemy networks. The Intelligence Integrator should understand the intelligence process to compile, collate, analyze, produce, and evaluate all-source intelligence as well as provide open source, language and cultural subject matter expertise. The Integrator must be able to provide guidance and mentorship to other analysts and should be able to provide daily feedback to the team lead on product development. Requirement:

3. Instruct and evaluate student on use of JFO and/or JTAC tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTP) under simulated and classroom conditions; classroom, field and conference discussion, demonstration and practical application training
4. Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness throughout course of instruction; administration of written and practical exercise based examinations; and
5. Remediate instruction, including individual training sessions to create situations requiring the student to perform techniques in areas of weakness to ensure the attainment of instructional objectives.
6. Operate Joint Close Air Support Executive Steering Committee (JCAS ESC) approved simulation equipment including, but not limited to, the Deployable Virtual Training

8. Provide technical support in the sustainment of course curricula through POI and Scenario Management to include:
a. Updating the separate JFO and TACP POIs (including mission scenarios) following Government approved changes resulting from doctrinal reviews, Course Content and Review Boards (CCRBs), and Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs),
b. attend and participate in an annual Course Content Review Board (CCRB),
c. review and revise, upon Government approval, JFO and TACP POIs identified in the Course Description Matrix. This shall include the Master Lesson Files (MLF) and all other MCISD/SATE required products, including simulation revisions/updates,
d. develop simulation mission scenarios in compliance with JFO POI.
9. Research training source material to ensure currency, adequacy, and accuracy of established course documents
10. Conduct technical research in support of JFO to identify and validate training performance issues contained within the Joint Memorandum of Agreement (MOA)
11. Assimilate current directives concerning new systems, doctrine, technical information and procedures and recommending changes in course content or course materials for maximum responsiveness of the training.
12. Recommend development and implementation of upgrades on current scenarios and development of new scenarios to maintain relevancy of simulator training for both CAS and ground based fire support modules

Purpose of the job:
Serve as Medic on-board aircraft operating under FAA Part 135 flight rules on a government contract in OCONUS Operations, providing passenger/cargo transport as well as casualty evacuation and aerial delivery support of the government client in an austere environment.
Incumbent will be responsible for providing medical treatment to patients on the ground and in flight as assigned by the company and the government customer.
List of Duties:
1. Medical personnel shall provide critical care NREMT-Paramedic level care determined necessary for life support during Casualty Evacuation (CASEVAC) aircraft missions.
2. Medical personnel will document all patient care provided during each CASEVAC mission on standard company forms
3. Medical personnel will maintain/oversee/manage and keep secure all medical equipment, medical supplies and controlled substances. Additionally, medical personnel will make all required reports as required by the contract and the supervising physician
4. Medical personnel will supervise and assist with proper loading and unloading of patients and medical equipment on and off the aircraft
5. Medical personnel will communicate critical patient data to aircraft crew members, ground support personnel, regional management/dispatch and supervising physician as necessary.

VATC has a requirement to fill JFO instructor, TACP instructor, and JTAC instructor positions for the USMC TECOM Joint Fires Observer Course (JFO) and Tactical Air Control Party (TACP) Course. Requirement:
-provide academic and simulator instruction to USMC TECOM Joint Fires Observer (JFO) Course and select joint Service personnel with training in: 1. 3. Instruct and evaluate student on use of JFO and/or JTAC tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTP) under simulated and classroom conditions; classroom, field and conference discussion, demonstration and practical application training
4. Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness throughout course of instruction; administration of written and practical exercise based examinations; and
5. Remediate instruction, including individual training sessions to create situations requiring the student to perform techniques in areas of weakness to ensure the attainment of instructional objectives.
6. Operate Joint Close Air Support Executive Steering Committee (JCAS ESC) approved simulation equipment including, but not limited to, the Deployable Virtual Training
Equipment-Combined Arms (DVTE-CAN) systems, the Multi-purpose Supporting Arms Trainer (MSAT), the Supporting Arms Virtual Trainer (SAVT), associated gear/equipment or future JCAS ESC approved equipment.
7. Conduct After Instruction Report (AIR) and in accordance with (IAW) the Marine Corps Instructional Systems Design/Systems Approach to Training and Education (MCISD/SATE) Handbook
8. Provide technical support in the sustainment of course curricula through POI and Scenario Management to include:
a. Updating the separate JFO and TACP POIs (including mission scenarios) following Government approved changes resulting from doctrinal reviews, Course Content and Review Boards (CCRBs), and Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs),
b. attend and participate in an annual Course Content Review Board (CCRB),
c. review and revise, upon Government approval, JFO and TACP POIs identified in the Course Description Matrix. This shall include the Master Lesson Files (MLF) and all other MCISD/SATE required products, including simulation revisions/updates,
d. develop simulation mission scenarios in compliance with JFO POI.
9. Research training source material to ensure currency, adequacy, and accuracy of established course documents
10. Conduct technical research in support of JFO to identify and validate training performance issues contained within the Joint Memorandum of Agreement (MOA)
11. Assimilate current directives concerning new systems, doctrine, technical information and procedures and recommending changes in course content or course materials for maximum responsiveness of the training.
12. Recommend development and implementation of upgrades on current scenarios and development of new scenarios to maintain relevancy of simulator training for both CAS and ground based fire support modules
Qualifications:
• All instructors must meet and maintain qualification and recertification requirements within their particular discipline IAW governing directives. (M)
· JFO and TACP instructors must complete JFO certification within 60 days of contract award (M)
· JFO and TACP instructors must have USMC Formal School Instructor Course certification or Service equivalent with proof of certification. (M)
· JTAC instructors must complete JFO course of instruction within 60 days of contract award (M)

Procedures for providing timely and accurate targeting information to a qualified Joint Terminal Attack Controller (JTAC) for type 2 and 3 Close Air Support (CAS) Terminal Attack Controls; and 3. Conducting Terminal Guidance Operations (TGO). The Tactical Air Control Party (TACP) Course trains and certifies officer and enlisted joint and coalition personnel in the basic procedures of terminal attack control establishing a foundation for follow on individual JTAC proficiency and collective training in the operating forces.
Detailed Requirements:
1. Provide instructional services to include platform, field instruction and simulation exercises that replicate live training events or scenarios in accordance with JFO or TACP Programs of Instruction (POI).
2. Apply methodology and content of approved master lesson files and current procedures to attain the instructional objectives.
3. Instruct and evaluate student on use of JFO and/or JTAC tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTP) under simulated and classroom conditions; classroom, field and conference discussion, demonstration and practical application training
4. Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness throughout course of instruction; administration of written and practical exercise based examinations; and
5. Remediate instruction, including individual training sessions to create situations requiring the student to perform techniques in areas of weakness to ensure the attainment of instructional objectives.
6. Operate Joint Close Air Support Executive Steering Committee (JCAS ESC) approved simulation equipment including, but not limited to, the Deployable Virtual Training
Equipment-Combined Arms (DVTE-CAN) systems, the Multi-purpose Supporting Arms Trainer (MSAT), the Supporting Arms Virtual Trainer (SAVT), associated gear/equipment or future JCAS ESC approved equipment.
7. Conduct After Instruction Report (AIR) and in accordance with (IAW) the Marine Corps Instructional Systems Design/Systems Approach to Training and Education (MCISD/SATE) Handbook
8. Provide technical support in the sustainment of course curricula through POI and Scenario Management to include:
a. Updating the separate JFO and TACP POIs (including mission scenarios) following Government approved changes resulting from doctrinal reviews, Course Content and Review Boards (CCRBs), and Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs),
b. attend and participate in an annual Course Content Review Board (CCRB),
c. review and revise, upon Government approval, JFO and TACP POIs identified in the Course Description Matrix. This shall include the Master Lesson Files (MLF) and all other MCISD/SATE required products, including simulation revisions/updates,
d. develop simulation mission scenarios in compliance with JFO POI.
9. Research training source material to ensure currency, adequacy, and accuracy of established course documents
10. Conduct technical research in support of JFO to identify and validate training performance issues contained within the Joint Memorandum of Agreement (MOA)
11. Assimilate current directives concerning new systems, doctrine, technical information and procedures and recommending changes in course content or course materials for maximum responsiveness of the training.
12. Recommend development and implementation of upgrades on current scenarios and development of new scenarios to maintain relevancy of simulator training for both CAS and ground based fire support modules
Qualifications:
• All instructors must meet and maintain qualification and recertification requirements within their particular discipline IAW governing directives. (M)
· JFO and TACP instructors must complete JFO certification within 60 days of contract award (M)
· JFO and TACP instructors must have USMC Formal School Instructor Course certification or Service equivalent with proof of certification. (M)
· JTAC instructors must complete JFO course of instruction within 60 days of contract award (M)
· Curriculum Development Course or equivalent within 5 years’ or satisfactorily complete the course within four months of contract award date.
