Conduct technical research in support of JFO to identify and validate training performance issues contained within the Joint Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) 11. Assimilate current directives concerning new systems, doctrine, technical information and procedures and recommending changes in course content or course materials for maximum responsiveness of the training. 12. Recommend development and implementation of upgrades on current scenarios and development of new scenarios to maintain relevancy of simulator training for both CAS and ground based fire support modules Qualifications: • All instructors must meet and maintain qualification and recertification requirements within their particular discipline IAW governing directives. (M) · JFO and TACP instructors must complete JFO certification within 60 days of contract award (M) · JFO and TACP instructors must have USMC Formal School Instructor Course certification or Service equivalent with proof of certification. (M) · JTAC instructors must complete JFO course of instruction within 60 days of contract award (M) · Curriculum Development Course or equivalent within 5 years’ or satisfactorily complete the course within four months of contract award date.
