Responsibilities
• Test Vehicle Coordinator will manage a specialized vehicle test program for our customer that is focused on new vehicle quality, following an entire testing process for a select number of vehicles

Job Description:
This position is the Contract Division Manager for the Department of State’s (DoS) Monitoring and Incident Response Division, MIRD. MIRD provides threat driven, leading edge cyber Incident Response and 24x7 cybersecurity monitoring for DoS and Foreign Affairs community members as well as Red Team penetration testing and vulnerability analysis services for the Department. The position requires an enthusiastic leader that can engage their team of 60 diverse, bright, energetic staff to stay one step ahead of our adversaries. The Division Manager must have a background in threat analysis and possess knowledge of relevant threats and common adversaries. In addition the Division Manager must be familiar with threat emulation, penetration testing and vulnerability assessment. The Division Manager must have the political acumen and the confidence to reach out and work with other agencies and industry stakeholders, to share threat information and work together to advance one another’s capabilities.
Responsibilities
Directing all aspects of the 24x7 cybersecurity monitoring and incident response SOC and the Red Team penetration testing, threat emulation and vulnerability assessment services team.
•Interface and coordinate with Government leads with key focus on effective, efficient, and compliant contractor support.
•Maintain active liaison with DoS organizations, external cybersecurity incident response organizations, such as the GFIRST, U.S. CERT, and other government agencies to resolve incidents and coordinate on situational awareness.
•Execute proper staffing administration, providing appropriate, qualified, and sufficient contractor resources to meet specified requirements.
•Establish work duties and schedules, and addresses work discrepancies.
•Supervise and communicates program policies, purposes, and goals to subordinates.
•Formulate and enforces work standards.
Qualifications
Education
•A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, Telecommunications, or other related technical discipline. Master’s degree preferred
Certification

General Experience
•10 years of experience in network technology, management or operation with increasing responsibilities.
Specialized Experience

: Techline Trauma Training is currently seeking qualified candidates for no more than 5 domestic (CONUS) tactical medical instructors. Primary need is for the NE region (PA/NJ/NY/MD/DE), but other locales will be considered. This is a per diem/part time contracted instructor position.
Requirements:
- Current medical certification (EMT, Paramedic, RN or Physician)OR current military service in a medical field OR recent experience (< 2 since separation) from a military medical field.
- 10 years of experience in field (Military, Medicine, EMS, Police etc) Willing to work with exceptional candidates with military medical experience less than 10yrs.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Logistics Plans Analyst Trainer/Mentor shall TAAM ANASOC and subordinate organizations on the formulation of the Afghan budget development process (PPBE), logistical requirement documents, development of planning and
logistics analysis and assessment tools, procurement of logistical solutions in support of operational requirements, and the integration of vertical and horizontal budgetary stakeholders.
• The Logistics Plans Analyst Trainer/Mentor will provide resource-focused presentations, assessments, reports, and other products as required to U.S. military leadership in support of ANASOC.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Shall have a background in U.S. military resource management and PPBE process, served in the grade of O4 or higher, and have 2 years of experience in resource management and PPBE process at the Division or higher level.
• Shall possess the skills to communicate effectively in both, written and verbal format. Shall be proficient with Microsoft applications such as PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
• Applicants must be able to pass CENTCOM medical, dental and other CRC-related deployment requirements at an approved CRC. Job Summary:
Cubic | NEK Services Inc., is currently accepting resumes for the position of Intelligence Script Writer/Scenario Planner providing assistance to the Naval Special Warfare Group TWO (TRIDENT Series Exercise Program) with in depth scenario development and exercises designed to evaluate and certify the abilities of Special Warfare SEAL teams and Intelligence support to Naval Special Warfare Commands. This is a pre-award effort and position will be contingent upon contract award.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
• Provide and Prepare intelligence reports that support AFRICOM, EUCOM, SOUTHCOM, and CENTCOM lines of effort for the exercise control group in order to identify and refine current and priority intelligence requirements.
• Prepare story lines and themes consistent with the overall exercise scenario and training objectives, including those that provide a plausible environment in which MSEL injects drive the participants during exercise execution to meet the training objectives.
• Support the Lead Script Writer with intelligence support during the development and execution of the exercise program Support he Lead Script Writer with the appropriate intelligence support within the Joint Event Life Cycle (JELC).
• Support the Lead Script Writer with intelligence support during the development and execution of the exercise program

• Track training audience response and, when necessary, conduct dynamic scripting to return the storyline to its original course.
• Identify and script additional events to enhance the overall scenario. Provide scenario development information, including but not limited to, Road-to-Crisis, Scenario Overview briefing, Scene Setter Briefing.
• Develop, prepare, staff, and publish administrative / exercise documents and reports.
• Develop and refine exercise intelligence scenarios using current/evolving doctrine and training audience feedback.
• Conduct research on current world situation and analysis of training manuals, lessons learned, and tactics, techniques, & procedures (TTPs) to prepare training objectives for the exercise program.
• Other tasks and activities as deemed necessary by the NSW JNTC Exercise (Trident) planning cell leadership to include: ◦ Full spectrum exercise design and development.
◦ Tailored scenario construction.
◦ Synchronize scenario (operational objectives, intelligence, and synthetic geography).
◦ Synchronize scenario to integrate multiple and disparate units and organization.
◦ Plan and coordinate battle functions and effects to support operations.

◦ Operational Injects (with branch and sequel developments).
◦ Battle Rhythm planning and implementation modules.
◦ Proficient with Exercise Control Group (ECG) management tools such as SharePoint, mIRC, Palantir and Ringtail among others.
• Participate in a After Action Reviews: ◦ AAR’s aid in achieving a clear and mutual understanding of all requirements, and identify and resolve any potential issues.
Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience:
• Possess More than five years’ experience in SOF or Joint Special Operations plans, operations, training or exercise positions at JSOTF, SOJTF, JSOC or TSOC level.
• Must possess and maintain an active DoD TS/SCI security clearance.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Must possess and maintain a valid U.S. passport.
• Must possess and maintain a valid U.S. issued driver’s license.
• Experience in exercise and scenario design.
• Significant analytical, planning, organizational coordination, negotiation and directing skills to ensure requirements are satisfied.
• Demonstrated understanding of Joint SOF Operational and Strategic Operations.
• Strong familiarity with the Exercise Joint Event Life Cycle (JELC) and demonstrated experience with the Joint Training System;

• Comprehensive and complete understanding of USSOCOM, its components, TSOCs, and Geographical Combatant Commands.

• Provide call intake for all FocusPoint clients.
• Provide administrative, logistical, communication and operational support to Security and Medical personnel who are operationally deployed.
• Ensure the MyTrac system is logged on and functioning always.
• Monitor and respond to all MyTrac events and alerts.
• Input and update CAP information received daily into designated data platform(s);
• Utilize designated data platform(s) to verify CAP Membership and Coverage.
• Each off-going shift shall complete a verbal brief and handover of duties to the oncoming shift. The handover process should provide the oncoming shift with an understanding of tasks assigned to the CRC, FPI Operations which are ongoing, and any significant events which have occurred during the shift or matters which should be brought to the attention of the oncoming shift.
• Monitor all telephone lines in the CRC;

Required Experience
QUALIFICATIONS
Possess a baccalaureate degree in Nursing
Have a minimum of one year of experience working in risk management, patient safety, or quality improvement programs to include experience in the clinical setting or direct care environment within the last three years
Possess a current unrestricted licensee to practice as a registered nurse (or higher) in the state of California
Familiar with the MS office suite and ability to create reports, spreadsheets, and presentations using these tools

Detailed Responsibilities:
SOF Operations Integrators, in conjunction with other members of the SOF Support Team, will work with tactical and operational Special Operations Forces (SOF) elements (ODA to TSOC) to leverage cutting edge tools and processes designed to improve intelligence and operations fusion within their planning and mission execution cycles. The focus of these fusion efforts is exposure of enemy networks that employ IEDs.
The SOF Operations Integrator will serve as a direct link between our customer and deployed SOF units on all current and future initiatives.
The SOF Operations Integrator serves as the primary advisor to the deployed SOF commander and staff on all activities with regards to planning, and synchronization of effort of our customer AtN support to deployed SOF elements. The Operations Integrator applies in-depth understanding of both the supported unit's operational requirements as well as our customer's AtN capabilities in order to identify exploitable vulnerabilities of targeted enemy organizations. · Evaluate current status of potential information system threats from casual intrusion to intrusions meant to permanently or irreparably degrade system performance of protection.
· Interpret and analyze processing anomalies in major complex engineering systems and take corrective action.

· Utilize National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) 800 series special publications in the development of new system artifacts to ensure compliance with new RMF requirements and to interpret requirements as necessary to ensure system compliance or provide operational justification when deemed necessary
· Evaluate all COTS products (hardware and software) to ensure they meet current information assurance standards and that security patches released by OEMs are installed and verified.
· Develop, review, and refine Continuity of Operations (COOP) package documentation and related artifacts. · Perform validation of systems, including development of criteria and procedures.
· Develops, reviews, and approves plans, schedules, and other technical documentation.
· Comply with RMF, DoD Directive (DoDD) 8500.01E, DoD Instruction (DoDI) 8500.2, DoDI 8500.01, and DoDI 8510.01 and other IA/Cybersecurity guidance and directives as applicable.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related Engineering discipline and 5+ years of experience.
- A minimum of 5 yrs work experience, with experience on DoD or AF acquisition programs desirable.
