2. Software Security Analyst (Kirtland AFB, NM) (Top Secret)
Description: Camber is seeking a Software Security Analyst for the U.S. Air Force Operational Training Infrastructure (OTI) Software Evaluation Review and Testing (SERT) Lab. The Authorizing Official (AO) for the U.S. Air Force OTI requires the SERT lab to provide static and dynamic analysis of various software applications within its accreditation boundary. Static code analysis will inspect program code for all possible run-time behaviors and seek out coding flaws, back doors, and potentially malicious code. Dynamic software analysis will monitor system memory, functional behavior, response time, and overall performance of the system while the program is being executed in a secure environment similar to the Modeling, Simulation, Live, Virtual, and Constructive training environments.
Requirements: Using existing OTI authorization documents, create an inventory of all software that requires assessment from the OTI AO. The format and fields of the inventory will be specified by the OTI Security Control Assessor (SCA). The inventory should be updated monthly and is a deliverable. Develop and publish an OTI Approved Products List (APL) on a government provided SharePoint Site. This list will contain all software that has been approved by the OTI SCA. Develop and publish the procedures and methodologies for assessing OTI software. Perform Static Code Analysis on OTI source code and prepare a standardized report to the OTI AO and associated program offices detailing any vulnerabilities found. Consult programs on secure coding practices and advocate for security to be included in the software development life cycle (SDLC). At the request of an OTI Program Management Office, perform static code analysis to assist in the System Engineering Technical Review Process.
o Must meet DoD 8570.01-M IAM Level III Certification or above: CISM, CISSP (or Associate) or GSLC

3. Information Assurance Systems Engineer (Kirtland AFB, NM) (Top Secret)
Description: Camber is seeking an Information Assurance Systems Engineer to support the Air Combat Command Joint Ground Force Office (ACC/A3J) at Kirtland AFB, NM. The selected candidate will develop policies, artifacts and implement security controls in accordance with the Department of Defense Risk Management Framework (DoDRMF) implementation of the NIST Risk Management Framework (RMF) NIST SP 800-53r4. The engineer will provide cybersecurity support for Joint Terminal Attack Controller (JTAC)-Tactical Air Control Party (TACP)/Operational Simulation Suite (J-T/OSS) and the Air Support Operations Center (ASOC) Operational Simulation Suite (AOSS). Responsibilities
K2 Solutions is currently seeking Role Player Personnel to
support an ongoing requirement for the TSA Office of Training
and Development (OTD) at the following locations: TSATC, Federal
Aviation Administration (FAA), William J. Hughes Technical

"live" a role through the use of inflexible scenarios and on an

Responsibilities
The Defense Services Capture Manager/Technical Writer
administrates the Business Development Pipeline in Microsoft
Access and supports Program and Project Managers with a proposal
schedule, outline, capabilities matrix, and significant writing
support.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the PMs in managing and directing all proposal
efforts and personnel.
- Ensure the following is maintained from proposal
development to submission: inter-volume compatibility intra-
and inter-volume nomenclature nomenclature and verbiage is
consistent with the customer's.
- Assist in analyzing the RFP requirements against the
proposal outline to ensure both compliance and responsiveness to
the customer's issues and needs prior to providing outline to
PMs.
- Produce initial volume outlines with RFP and PWS
crosswalk and coordinate with PMs for outline edits and initial
writing assignments by section.
- Direct writing/editing/rewriting efforts as needed and
guided by the PMs.
- Coordinate figure development with Multi Media
Specialist to meet PM's intent.
- Build compliance matrices and complete before Red Team
reviews.
- Ensure that appropriate Red Team comments are
incorporated into the final proposal
- Coordinate with the PM and Contracts Manager for
proposal submission for new opportunities.
- Adhere to the different processes for writing
requirements on new versus active contracts.
- Provide majority of non-technical writing support to all
proposals.
- Apply due diligence to complete all compliance,
formatting, and nomenclature requirements with each document
version distribution.
- Ensure all tasks of a given writing/editing/rewriting
session are complete and correct before providing to Executives,
the PM, or Subject Matter Experts for review.
- Other reasonable and normal duties associated with the
Capture Manager/Technical Writer position, as directed through
the appropriate lines of authority.
Experience and Education:
Qualifications:
- Bachelors in English or Business from an accredited
University. Official transcripts must be supplied prior to
hiring.
- 3-5 years' experience as a technical writer, proposal
manager, or capture manager for a cleared defense contractor in
a role writing competitive proposals with a $10 million value or
more.
- Must have a proposal win rate no lower than 25%.
- Must possess a Secret clearance in JPAS or be eligible
to obtain one upon hiring.
- Must possess dynamic and critical thinking skills.
- Must be able to take full direction from Program and
Project Managers.
- Must be able to work quickly and successfully in an
independent manner.
- Must understand the appropriate writing tone and content
to win DoD proposals.
- Must be able to support PMs in multiple departments with
different processes and proposal requirements.
- Must have attention to detail without losing sight of
the overall picture.
- Must be able to operate within the corporate proposal
development process.
- Must be able to prioritize writing tasks according to
