Job Summary
Under general supervision, serve as a communications resource to internal services departments (County Administration, Human Resources, Information Technology and Financial and Administrative Services) to assist with developing and implementing communications strategies, and delivering effective information to target audiences. Also, develop and implement appropriate metrics to evaluate the effectiveness and impact of communication strategies.
As a member of central Lake County Communications Team (under general direction from the Communications Manager), the individual will assist in developing strategies and performing activities to support the internal and external communications demands of assigned departments. Specific duties and responsibilities include: working with assigned departments on message and content development, writing and communicating information across various communication platforms (web, social media, print, video), developing and designing content for electronic and print communication channels (website, reports, brochures, fliers, speaking notes, newsletters, presentations) and managing social media platforms and postings. The individual will be responsible for leveraging LinkedIn to promote Lake County job opportunities and attract candidates. Additionally, the individual will develop and implement a communications plan to drive employee engagement and alignment to the County Board Strategic Plan, including Mission, Vision and Values. He/she will also coordinate special events and meetings.
Required Skills
The candidate must possess excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills, and considerable knowledge of print, web, social media, video, graphics, public/community relations and intergovernmental relations. He/she must possess the necessary skills to respond to requests for information in a timely and customer service-oriented manner and use discretion with sensitive or confidential information or inquiries. The candidate must possess excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to develop and maintain positive and professional relationships. He/she should maintain knowledge and awareness of innovative and useful methods of communication with a focus on technology trends including social media, and on-line tools. The candidate should understand analytics tools and strategies.
Required Experience
The candidate must demonstrate the ability to write for various communications (letters, e-newsletters, fliers, brochures, website, as well as manage social media. The candidate must demonstrate excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, including the ability to meet deadlines, respond to requests for information in a timely manner, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. He/she must have experience resolving issues using own initiative, under minimal supervision, time pressure, and in complex or sensitive situations. He/she must demonstrate the ability to present information clearly and in an interesting manner, and translate complex information into clear public messages. He/she must have experience producing quality presentations on complex topics to various audiences. Experience with internal communications/marketing is preferred. Experience using standard office equipment and computer software/programs, website content management, desktop publishing, PhotoShop and Adobe Illustrator.
In order to be successful in this role you should have a Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or Journalism and have at least two years of experience in public information, journalism, or communications, or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.

Responsible for all voting by mail ballot processing tracking and data changes as relates to elections, mail ballot request and postings according to legal deadlines, and maintaining the Voting by Mail Department calendar, ballot application processing, and part-time staff scheduling. Responsibilities include up-to-date knowledge and application of statute as it relates to mail ballot requirements and related forms, filing of documents as they relate to voters’ correspondence and the County Clerk’s office and ensuring all vote by mail processes meet or exceed legal requirements. This position requires cross-training to assist the nursing home voting coordinator with correspondence, registration, scheduling and voting materials preparation for all participating facilities. An Administrative Assistant in the elections department is responsible for maintenance of business and legal records, agreements and contracts and the analysis of legal compliance and post-election statistical data. The successful applicant will also be trained in procedures and software systems to assist election judge, voter registration and IT departments during peak levels of activity.
Becoming an Administrative Assistant in the Vote by Mail Department would allow you to respond to diverse public inquiries of a substantive nature with accuracy and in a professional manner. Being able to build working relationships with employees and the public is sure to keep you interested and continuously learning.
To be successful in this role you should have a bachelor’s degree, or an associate’s degree with 2-5 years of experience as an administrative assistant. Individuals should have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite; possess the ability to effectively problem solve and can work both individually and in a team atmosphere. Candidates must have strong communication skills in both written and verbal form, possess the ability to effectively communicate with customers, co-workers and supervisors daily, and to multitask in a fast-paced environment with strict legal deadlines.

Job Description
Joint Base Balad Medical Support establishes a clinically safe and professionally managed healthcare environment and provides primary health care in accordance with U.S. or equivalent medical standards on a 24-hour basis, 365 days of the year as part of the Base Life Support services.
SCOPE:
This position description is applicable to all Western Trained Medical Doctors (WTMD) who may be selected. The Western Trained Medical Doctor reports to the Joint Base Balad Medical Support Program Manager and is supervised by the designated site medical director and may be a:
Emergency Medicine Specialist (defined by current board certification) with a broad interest and experience in providing primary care across the range of office-based specialties including, but not limited to, GYN, dermatology, ENT, pulmonary, cardiovascular, ophthalmology, orthopedics, psychology and gastroenterology.
Family Medicine Specialist (defined by current board certified or equivalent board certification) with interests as defined above and with an interest, additional training and practice experience to include the broad range of gynecologic, medical, surgical, orthopedic, psychiatric and trauma emergency.
Internal Medicine Specialist with interests as defined above and with an interest, additional training and practice experience to include the broad range of gynecologic, medical, surgical, orthopedic, psychiatric and trauma emergencies.
The WTMD will treat patients in these settings to ensure proper injury care and disease diagnosis, treatment and recovery, request necessary tests and follow-up visits and refer patients to specialists as necessary. Some settings will require the WTMD to coordinate with local hospitals to determine local capabilities, coordinate admission, monitor and arrange final disposition. In addition, some settings will require stabilization of patient and coordination of evacuation of patient to medevac center or CONUS.
In some locations, the WTMD will have a leadership role and serve as both a Physician and Site Medical Director or Chief Medical Officer in support of a Program Manager.
The WTMD provide a U.S. standard of care for our patient care/treatment model.
This position is contingent upon contract award.
Required Skills
All Health Care Providers (HCPs) will document care delivered and follow up care required.
Maintain HIPPA certification.
Attends and participates in a variety of meetings and task force groups to improve quality and outcomes, communicate issues, obtain approvals, resolve problems and maintain specific level of knowledge pertaining to new developments, new task efforts, and new policy requirements.
Required Experience
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be a graduate of accredited US Medical School or equivalent international school.
A minimum of 5 years post residency medical practice experience in US.
Hold and maintain a current MD or DO unrestricted U.S. (State) license
Residency, or similar training, successfully completed in a US Hospital or equivalent international hospital in any one of three specialties: Family Practice, General Internal Medicine, or Emergency Medicine dependent on primary employment purpose
Have and maintain current certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS), and Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and DEA.
Must have a valid, current Driver's License from country of origin.
Must have a current Passport from your country of origin.
Shall be proficient in the ability to speak, write and communicate in English.
Shall demonstrate proficiency in the use of basic word processing programs and the CHS Medical Management System software.
All healthcare providers must have current clinical experience in direct patient care and have worked a minimum of 6 of the last 12 months in desired career field
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Must be confirmed by a medical examination to be "medically and dentally fit" in accordance CHS Medical Readiness Guidelines and Policies and/or as dictated by the Client.
No conditions that would prevent the wear of personal protective equipment; including protective mask, ballistic helmet, body armor and chemical/biological protective garments or conditions that would prevent the capability of donning, lifting or carrying of up to 70 lbs. of referenced gear while running to a bunker or protected area in the face of perceived or imminent danger.

The successful Network Engineer will oversees deployment, operations, and sustainment for the duration of the contract and interface with DISA technical SME. The Intelligence Integrator will prioritize and categorize requests for support, conduct near- and long-term analyses of device and network-centric problem sets, fusing multiple intelligence disciplines to support the application of operational capabilities in order to facilitate disruption and defeat of threat networks that employ or facilitate IEDs.
The SOF Intelligence Integrator will focus on problem sets at the tactical through operational levels while applying a thorough understanding of ISR integration and the ops/intelligence fusion process to compile, collate, analyze and evaluate all sources of information (to include unevaluated intelligence and open source data) associated with IEDs and their employment/facilitation by terrorist, insurgent, or criminal networks.
The SOF Intelligence Integrator will work closely with other members of a multi-discipline team to identify capabilities and vulnerabilities of targeted enemy organizations, identify trends, patterns and key nodes and highlighting their relationships to the targeted enemy networks. The Intelligence Integrator must possess a thorough understanding of the intelligence process to compile, collate, analyze, produce, and evaluate all-source intelligence and provide subject matter expertise. The Integrator must be able to provide guidance and mentorship to junior analysts and should be able to provide daily feedback to the team lead on product development. The Intelligence Integrator must also possess the ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing.
The SOF Intelligence Integrator must have a strong operational background and experience in shaping intelligence products that support tactical or strategic goals set forth by the supported unit commander in order to create actionable target support packages. SCOPE:
***POSITION IS LOCATED IN PRISTINA, KOSOVO***
Under direction of a Physician, performs physical examinations and health screening and provides routine medical care to NATO/KFOR military personnel at Camp Marechal de Lattre de Tassigny, Kosovo. This includes vaccinations, pharmaceuticals, first aid, immediate lifesaving measures, and triage. Performs as ambulance attendant as needed.
All services shall be provided in accordance with established standards, principles and ethics of the profession, applicable professional specialty organizations, and the high-quality standard for which CHS is recognized.
Required Skills
REQUIRED CERTIFICATION, QUALIFICATIONS, AND EXPERIENCE:
Accredited to a recognized EU/North American standard or proven equivalent national qualification.
Registered Professional Nurse or Paramedic with first level degree from an accredited Baccalaureate Nursing/Paramedic Program or equivalent acceptable within the NATO Nations, such as an accredited Diploma Program
Certificates in ECG, CPR or Basic Life Support and ACLS or equivalent emergency medical care
Minimum three (3) years of experience in continuous primary care practice
Experienced in Trauma and Emergency care
Experienced in the usage of computers and office software packages (MS Word, Excel, etc)
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Contractor shall utilize additional care providers in all medical facilities to assist with patient administration; vital signs; post-operative, intravenous, and intramuscular medications; cardiopulmonary resuscitation and resuscitative trauma care; along with other duties as determined by the primary medical providers (physicians, nurse practitioners and Physician Assistants) that do not exceed the scope of practice.
Assists with the managing of day to day activities and prioritizing tasks.
Operates personal computer to access e-mail, electronic calendars, and other basic office support software.
Complies with all applicable CHS standards and guidelines.
All Health Care Providers (HCPs) will document care delivered and follow up care required.
Attends and participates in a variety of meetings and task force groups to improve quality and outcomes, communicate issues, obtain approvals, resolve problems and maintain specific level of knowledge pertaining to new developments, new task efforts, and new policy requirements.
EMT will use and maintain common emergency equipment, such as backboards, suction devices, splints, oxygen delivery systems, and stretchers.
Maintains the highest regard for patient dignity and observe the precepts of the American Hospital Associations Bill of Rights for patients.
Other duties as assigned.

The JET Member is a Senior Operational Specialist providing direct armed consulting support to U.S. military and partner forces, serving as members of a multi-discipline team performing tasks directly related to military operations in support of the global war on terrorism and countering asymmetric threats with an emphasis on the improvised explosive device (IED).
These positions are best suited for retiring or recently separating U.S. Army Special Forces/ 75th Ranger Regiment/ SMU/ SEAL/ MARSOC/ Senior NCOs (E-8/E-9) who are broadly-gauged experts and have expertise in specialized military tactics, techniques and procedures, Counter Terrorism tactics, and other SOF skill sets typically associated with countering transnational threats to the security of the United States. SOF Warrant Officers and Field Grade Officers may also be a good fit.
The JET Member will typically deploy 1-2 times a year OCONUS for 4 months at a time, with additional sporadic CONUS pre-deployment training.
Personnel in these positions perform missions in various remote locations, typically in high threat combat environments and are often “outside the wire”. This is an armed consulting position where you will be embedded with forward deployed SOF and conventional military units in combat.
Experience and Education:
•E-8/ E-9 Special Operations experience is strongly preferred.
•Must have SF Team Sergeant Time or the equivalent rated experience.
•Recent in-theater combat experience with Special Operations Forces is required.
•Applicants must have 10+ years of SOF (combat arms) experience.
•Applicants must have 2+ years of knowledge pertaining to explosives and improvised explosive devices (IEDs).
•Successful applicants will have served in positions of progressive responsibility and able to function as a singleton or within a team setting and have the ability to effectively function at all echelons of military command from tactical to strategic.
