POSITION SUMMARY:
This position uses some subject-matter knowledge and judgment to complete assignments consisting of numerous steps that vary in nature and sequence. The General Clerk III selects from alternative methods and refers problems not solvable by adapting or interpreting substantive guides, manuals, or procedures. Typical duties include: assisting in a variety of administrative matters; maintaining a wide variety of financial or other records (stored both manually and electronically); verifying statistical reports for accuracy and completeness; compiling information and handling and adjusting complaints.
The General Clerk III may also direct lower level clerks. Positions above level IV are excluded. Such positions (which may include supervisory responsibility over lower level clerks) require workers to use a thorough knowledge of an office’s work and routine to: 1) choose among widely varying methods and procedures to process complex transactions; and 2) select or devise steps necessary to complete assignments. MAJOR JOB ACTIVITIES:
• Responsible for office operations and customer support under the Privately Owned Vehicle Storage Yard. Provide customer service and assist soldier with the receipt and issue of Privately Owned Vehicles (POV) while in support of authorized deployment operations. Reports to Transportation Manager on scheduling of turn-ins / issues while maintaining vehicle records and keys.
• Conducts briefings on all POV storage entitlements. Creates and maintains scheduled appointments for POV turn-ins and issues.
• Conducts a joint inventory with Soldier or authorized agent during turn-ins and issues of POV.
• Conduct monthly, semi-annual and annual inventory of all POVs.
• Maintain accurate consolidated files, POV Keys and documentation IAW with ARIMS. Maintain all office records and statistical data for monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual reports and reviews.
• Inputs and generates POV CDRL data.
• Functionally operate all automated desk top software applicable to the position and tasks. Researches and provides electronic statistical data bases for the Transportation Manager.

Position Summary:
The Heavy Equipment Mechanic analyzes malfunctions and repairs, rebuilds and maintains power equipment, such as cranes, power shovels, scrapers, paving machines, motor graders, trench-digging machines, conveyors, bulldozers, dredges, pumps, compressors and pneumatic tools. This worker operates and inspects machines or equipment to diagnose defects, dismantles and reassembles equipment, using hoists and hand tools, examines parts for damage or excessive wear, using micrometers and gauges, replaces defective engines and subassemblies, such as transmissions, and tests overhauled equipment to insure operating efficiency. The mechanic welds broken parts and structural members, may direct workers engaged in cleaning parts and assisting with assembly and disassembly of equipment, and may repair, adjust and maintain mining machinery, such as stripping and loading shovels, drilling and cutting machines, and continuous mining machines.
MAJOR JOB ACTIVITES:
1. Performs the full range of overhaul, repair and service of the STRYKER combat tactical vehicle, Ensures quality of work and required tools and materials are to be used.
2. Ensures work is complete and conforms to standards and requirements IAW technical manuals, ETM’S, and local SOPs.
3. Heavy Equipment Mechanic analyzes malfunctions, conduct repairs and services to Fully Mission Capable (FMC).
4. Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and understand electrical, hydraulic schematics, and use scanners on commercial vehicle fleets.
5. Performs initial, in-process and final inspections of work orders.

EQUIPMENT DIRECTLY USED:
Diagnostic and test equipment; multi-meters, scanner, test set, material handling equipment, hand tools, test stands, and special tools will be provided.

Quiet Professionals, LLC (www.QuietProfessionalsLLC.com) seeks exceptionally qualified individuals to serve as HUMINT Operations Integrators- Subject Matter Experts to support a USSOCOM contract in North Carolina (30% deployed). Employees on this contract will be responsible for providing intelligence analysis as part of a Special Operations Forces (SOF) analytical team. Employees must maintain global readiness and be available to deploy on a no-notice basis to hazardous duty/combat zones. Deployments may be to a theater of operations with permissive, uncertain, or hostile environments while living in austere conditions for extended periods. The HUMINT Operations Integrator- Subject Matter Expert will have advanced targeting skills and a comprehensive understanding of the operational cycle as well as the data, tools, and techniques used for each phase of targeting. The HUMINT Operations Integrator Subject Matter Expert shall have firsthand experience targeting networks or individuals within networks and identifying vulnerabilities for exploitation and have a thorough understanding of the F3EAD targeting methodology.
The best candidate will be a HUMINT SME with prior assignments to a SMU, or that directly supported SMU missions.
Job Requirements:
•10+ years of experience performing HUMINT related operations and a strong SOF background.
•5+ years of experience working in Collection Management, All-source analysis, and Desk Officer/Reports.
•2+ years of experience in a managerial level position in support of HUMINT programs and analysis.
•1+ combat overseas tour(s) with a SMU and/or SOF operating in a HUMINT analysis support function.
•Satisfactorily completed the Strategic Debriefing Course (SDC).
•The SME shall possess sufficient interpersonal skills and ability to write/speak clearly so as to accurately brief HUMINT-related matters at all levels of the supported Chain of Command.
•Possess expert-level skill sets in HUMINT Online Tasking and Reporting (HOTR) and Global Controlled Operations Management System (GCOMS).
•Academic background and/or other equivalent formal training and experience, for example, as a minimum an Associates of Arts Degree from an accredited university or college with primary studies in Middle East and/or North Africa regional culture/sociology, OR multiple combat support deployments to CENTCOM or AFRICOM with attending pre-deployment familiarization training.
•Expert knowledge and understanding of HUMINT theory, doctrine, rules, regulations, directives, systems, concepts, methodologies and relevant skills related to HUMINT operations and the ability to integrate HUMINT intelligence analysis and/or products, collections and/or operations, counterintelligence, or threats to ensure the overall soundness and efficacy of HUMINT TTPs, products and the execution of assigned missions.

GIS Analyst (OCONUS GUANTANAMO BAY, CUBA) SECRET CLEARANCE REQUIRED
DSA currently holds a contract with the Navy providing GIS Services and Solutions, and currently has an opportunity available on contract in Cuba. The position is for a GIS Analyst in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba.
This GIS Analyst will provide technical GIS support, and assist in coordination and management of the various regional projects, datasets, and programs for the Naval Facilities Engineering Command Southeast (NAVFAC SE) GeoReadiness Center (GRC). The Analyst will manage a single authoritative source of geospatial information within the Navy Region Southeast area of responsibility. Analyst will act as the single point of contact for all Geographic Information and Services GI&S related issues in the Installation and Environment realm for the installation within SE Commander Navy Installation Command (CNIC) Region. The analyst would utilize Geographic Information System techniques to provide a better understanding of certain variables in a given geographic location, use varying analysis methods to arrive at results, and provide recommendations for appropriate business strategies in response to GIS analysis. Candidate will provide maps and data sets to clients to supplement analysis. Applicant must have a basic understanding of CAD/GIS conversion and other file formats. Analyst must be capable of performing a variety of tasks.
Minimum knowledge, skill and abilities:
Detailed oriented with an eye towards quality and strong communication skills are required.
Experience with GIS data and CAD data integration.
Ability to work without company supervision.
Must be a US citizen
You Must have a Secret Clearance.
Must have had or possess a current Common Access Card (CAC) "Smart " ID card for active-duty military personnel, Selected Reserve, DoD civilian employees, and eligible contractor personnel.
Must be willing and able to travel.
