Summary / Scope of Work
The S4/PBO Logistics Trainer position is for the ASSF Afghanistan Contract and will train the Afghan National Army (ANA) soldiers in the required discipline. The primary goal of the ASSF program is to train and directly enable the ANA Commandos (CDO) to perform their duties independently.

Job Functions and Responsibilities
•Advise the KDK Commander on logistics matters that affect the accomplishment of the KDKs missions, execute ANA Field Forces Logistic policies
•Monitor critical classes of supply support, local procurement; allocates facilities and logistics resources available to the KDK
•Monitor transportation movement requirements within the KDK
•Assess logistics capabilities and limitations of the KDK
•Conduct battlefield resupply
•Maintain Class VII Property Book management and oversight for the KDK; coordinate maintenance and recovery operations
•Assist the KDK surgeon in developing Medical Logistics requirements
•Coordinate with the KDK Cultural and Religious Chief for the retrograde and return of remains
•Identify logistics requirements for contracting and request contracts
•Responsible for oversight management and execution of material accountability at the KDK level IAW Decree 4.0, 1.9.k
•Complete updates on all applicable Decree’s regulations, manuals and other directives related to logistics functions; ensure assigned unit has most current copy available or on order
•Complete all applicable MoD forms listed in each logistical Decree
•Distinguish between material groups and classes of supply IAW Decree 4.0,3.1
•Interact regularly with U.S. and ANA military personnel
•Train the trainer; monitor trainer progress
•Evaluate ANA student progress, coordinate with local site manager accordingly
•Execute curriculum based on circumstances, make decisions as needed
The Trainer shall implement and operate programs, practices and procedures for developing optimal utilization of personnel; design and administer programs to train all levels of personnel; develop tests and visual aids; coordinate class arrangements; conduct training classes and develop criteria for evaluating effectiveness of training activities. The incumbent must keep abreast of training and development research, learning theory, motivation theory and new materials, methods and techniques; develop programs and practices to identify developmental needs, including preparing personnel for more responsible positions and increasing their effectiveness in their current assignments.
Minimum Requirements

Bachelor’s degree and 4 years of related work experience desired or 8 years of equivalent U.S. Military experience.
Travel Requirements
This position is located in Kandahar, Afghanistan and requires the employee to deploy and live on forward operating bases operated by Afghan National Army under austere conditions without regular U.S. PX and Commissary facilities. Travel within the country and possible relocation (based upon the needs of the U.S. Government) to any location in Afghanistan is required.

Tridant Solutions is seeking a Physical Therapist/Injury Manager (PT/IM), Certified Athletic Trainer (CTA), or Strength and Conditioning Specialist (SCS) to support PHA weekends (one weekend/month) for the Hawaii National Guard, Kapolei HI.
Perform initial physical assessment in order to recognize the structural pathology and severity of acute injury. Perform Individual Physical and Mental Performance Assessments. In coordination with unit leadership, the Physical Therapist shall identify and select a series of physical and mental assessments that shall efficiently assess each Soldier while not requiring an undue amount of time. The PT shall establish a schedule that provides all available Soldiers the opportunity to be assessed.
Must possess:
•Minimum of two years of experience in providing Physical Therapist/Injury Manager (PT/IM), Athletic Trainer (Certified) (ATC) or Strength and Conditioning Specialist (SCS) services in a supervised setting;
•Possess a minimum of an Associate’s Degree in a Physical Therapist/Injury Manager (PT/IM), Athletic Trainer (Certified) (ATC) or Strength and Conditioning Specialist (SCS) field.

Knowledge of military culture and issues (e.g., combat-related stress, family separation, reunion and reintegration and other stressors which may promote poor nutritional choices) and experience intervening with military personnel is also preferred.

Must possess:
•A minimum of two years of experience in providing nutritional/wellness services in a supervised setting;
•experience conducting nutritional evaluations;
•an understanding of available systems of care;
•and experience collaborating with service agencies to integrate resources, plan, and deliver comprehensive services.
Experience conducting fitness for duty evaluation is preferred. Experience and Education:
Successful applicants will have at least 5 years of relevant ISR

Senior Level requirement: Masters degree and 10 years of

Minimum Criteria:
• At least 2 years in recruiting where you are aggressively chasing passive candidates or 2 years sales experience in an HR related industry (payroll services, background check companies or HR Consulting firms or similar)
• Agency recruiting experience preferred but not required.
• Internal drive and discipline. I can give you the tools but you have to want to pick them up and use them over and over again.
• Strong computer skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• A love of talking to people on the phone. You will make at least 40 calls per day. This is a combination of recruiting and sales calls.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer relation skills.
• Effective time-management and organizational skills.
• Understand the operations of a health care facility including: budgeting process, state survey process, department roles and responsibilities, resident profiles, levels of care, and the decision-making process
• Self-motivated with demonstrated initiative.
• Demonstrated high energy and a drive for results.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to be flexible with schedule to meet the demands of customers.
• Local travel up to 75%. Occasional overnight travel may be required.
• Valid, unexpired driver’s license with a good driving record required
