4. Swim Testers/ Lifeguards/ CPR Instructors/ San Antonio, TX/ N/A
Location: Lackland AFB, San Antonio TX/ CONUS
Full Time Position
The Navy Swim Testers/Lifeguards/CPR Instructors will test selected Master-at-Arms students for Second Class Swimmers prior to detachment from MA Class A School at NTTC Lackland AFB, TX. This will require a swim tester and lifeguards. Additionally, when not conducting the swim test, these instructors will deliver CPR training as well as other non-weapons based training.
-Possess high personal standards of technical knowledge and professional competence in delivering training material.
-Possess the ability to perform in a military environment.
-Possess a familiarity with the organization and hierarchy of the U. S. Navy, military rank/grade structure.
-Possess a knowledge of Navy and military terminology, and shipboard/installation environments and configurations.
-Possess knowledge of basic and advance training techniques and of computer technology applications as they apply to instructional delivery.
Additionally, contractor instructors are expected to maintain the personal standards of technical and professional levels of competence that are at least equal to that of the Department of the Navy military personnel undergoing training. The morale and motivation of student and instructional personnel shall be maintained at a maximum level to ensure a favorable environment for learning.
Must be within military grooming standards with the exception of neatly trimmed beards.
Instructors
Duties :
Conduct student pre-test administrative screening, coordinating with the NTTC Lackland administrative and medical staff. Administer the Navy Second Class Swimmer test in accordance with Chapter 12 of CNET P1552/16 to designated students. This testing shall include (but is not limited to):
Conduct all pool-side safety checks to ensure that the pool and surrounding facilities are safe to conduct the test. Ensure all safety equipment is present and in satisfactory working condition for the administration of the swim test. At a minimum, the facility must have a telephone with posted emergency numbers, and a backup method of communication.
Perform lifeguard duties during swim testing.
Grade students in accordance with Chapter 13 of CNET P1552/16.
Completer Record of Swim Qualification (Appendix G of CNET P1552/16)
Assist the MA Class A Instructor staff in administering Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) instruction.
Assist in the delivery of MA Class A training in non-weapons modules after obtaining appropriate CUIT qualifications.
Qualifications :
Possess Navy NEC 9502/805A (Instructor) (or equivalency). Possess one (or more) of the following qualifications:
Navy NEC 9504 (Naval Aviation Water Survival Instructor); or
Navy NEC 9510 (Navy Swimming and Water Survival Instructor); or
Completion of Navy Swim Tester Course (A-012-0015) (see note below)
NOTE: Per Navy Swimming and Water Survival Instructor’s Manual (NETC P1552/15), Swim Tester Certification for Navy NEC 9504 (Naval Aviation Water Survival Instructor) as well as graduates of the Navy Swim Test Course, is current for a maximum of three years or the end of a tour, whichever comes first. Consequently, any candidate who qualifies based on either of these qualifications must attend the Navy Swim Tester Course (A-012-0015) before reporting to duty. Individuals who have earned the Navy NEC 9510 (Navy Swimming and Water Survival Instructor) are not subject to the three year qualification limitation.
Possess current certification as a lifeguard. Lifeguard certification requires one of the following:

Responsibilities
The Wexford Group International, a CACI company, is currently seeking Special Operations Forces (SOF) Operations Integrators to serve on a unique, multi-discipline team assisting Special Operations Forces' (SOF) operational and tactical commanders, their staffs and their subordinate units with fusing operations and intelligence information in an effective, seamless process to enhance their effectiveness against threat networks that facilitate or employ Improvised Explosive Devices (IEDs).
This multi-discipline team provides operations advice to SOF commanders and staff on all activities with regards to planning and synchronization of effort of our customer's support to deployed SOF elements. The team will coordinate SOF requests for support with other deployed counter-improvised explosive Device (C-IED) assets provided by our customer and partner nation elements. The Team will It will ensure SOF assets are kept abreast of all current and emerging C-IED processes, methodologies, and Tactics, Techniques& Procedures (TTP) for attacking networks that utilize IEDs.
The SOF Operations Integrator will:
Provide operations advice to SOF commanders and staff on all activities with regards to planning and synchronization of C-IED support to deployed SOF elements.

Detailed Responsibilities:
SOF Operations Integrators, in conjunction with other members of the SOF Support Team, will work with tactical and operational Special Operations Forces (SOF) elements (ODA to TSOC) to leverage cutting edge tools and processes designed to improve intelligence and operations fusion within their planning and mission execution cycles. The focus of these fusion efforts is exposure of enemy networks that employ IEDs.
The SOF Operations Integrator will serve as a direct link between our customer and deployed SOF units on all current and future initiatives.
The SOF Operations Integrator serves as the primary advisor to the deployed SOF commander and staff on all activities with regards to planning, and synchronization of effort of our customer AtN support to deployed SOF elements. The Operations Integrator applies in-depth understanding of both the supported unit's operational requirements as well as our customer's AtN capabilities in order to identify exploitable vulnerabilities of targeted enemy organizations. The SOF Operations Integrator must apply a thorough understanding of the Ops/Intel fusion process as well as subject matter expertise on SOF operations, IEDs, and our customer's capabilities.
The SOF Operations Integrator ensures all SOF requests for AtN support are fully coordinated with other customer deployed assets. The Operations Integrator advises SOF Commanders and their staffs on how to best integrate our customer's capabilities into their ongoing operations and analytical efforts.
Successful applicants must possess strong oral and writing skills, experience working with multidiscipline teams, and the ability to identify and analyze problems through the lens of their experience and subject matter expertise in order to generate executable solutions.

• This classroom instruction involves delivery of formal course curriculum in the areas of Basic First Aid, Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR), and Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC), and when appropriate, will provide certification of other personnel. ECS Medical support Instructors shall provide for daily set-up and maintenance of all provided medical training aides utilized in ECS training. ◦ In addition to the basic instructor requirements, the Medical Support Instructors shall have at least two (2) years of experience in providing military first aid or emergency room / trauma center care.

Background:

Background:

Background:
New Century US is actively recruiting for a HUMINT Targeting Officer (HTO) to support HUMINT operations for an Intelligence Community (IC) customer. HTOs will utilize classified and open source databases to produce actionable targeting packages, drive collection, and provide ongoing support to field operations. Responsibilities and Deliverables:
A) Provide detailed input to asset validation panels in support of Chief-INT, who is a voting Asset Review Board (ARB) Panel Member, to determine current and future viability of sources.
B) If called upon, represent defense HUMINT in agency, defense and national forums, and produce and give briefings as necessary.
C) Brief products produced in the above tasks at meetings, workshops, or other community venues for the purposes of intelligence sharing and best practices.
D) Edit products, if requested. The Government Technical Manager may identify need for corrective action and/or revision of products submitted. Minor corrections to format, style and language should be made within the working day. For major corrections, contract employees shall have up to three working days to make adjustments. If more time is needed, the on-site lead should coordinate with the Government Task Manager.
Minimum Qualifications:
Candidate must:
A) Hold a current TOP SECRET/SCI Level Security Clearance (Previously granted and never revoked or suspended).
B) Have at least three years of national-level HUMINT targeting experience to include strategic HUMINT targeting in direct support of operational HUMINT Collectors.
C) Have a Bachelor’s degree in Intelligence, Criminal Justice, Political Science, World/Regional History, or other history/political/intelligence or law enforcement topic is highly desired.

Background:

Collection Managers will provide on-site support to Collection Analysts and Line Analysts in submission of all source intelligence collection requirements; focusing primarily on HUMINT requirements. Responsibilities and Deliverables:
A) Format, review, quality control, and publish/release Information Intelligence Reports (IIR), ensuring that all appropriate policies and guidance are adhered to, and that information meets defined reporting thresholds. (All IIRs shall have Government approval prior to publishing.) Conduct post-publication IIR reviews and annual IIR reconciliation.
B) Maintain IIR reporting metrics to assist in the collection management mission. Utilize available intelligence tools to assist in a qualitative review of platform/ collector performance. Present collection management trends, issues, and reporting highlights regularly. IIR metrics to be included in Monthly Report.
C) Task Intelligence Community Requirements (ICRs) via HUMINT Online Tasking and Reporting (HOTR) or other tasking and reporting system, and perform HOTR troubleshooting. Advocate for and focus collection. Process, prioritize, coordinate, and task collection requirements, and maintain metrics of activity relative to requirements. Review past reporting and propose future collection capabilities on assigned topics. Produce or track collection emphasis messages (CEMs) as needed. CEM production and any intelligence reporting responding to the CEMs to be included in the Monthly Report.
D) Provide input to the integrated collection strategy, identifying pillars to focus collection against hard targets from Strategic Intelligence Plan, National Intelligence Priority Framework, National Collection HUMINT Directives, according to platform P&A. Use collection strategy to propose Operation Directives (OD). Support OD development, coordination, tasking, review and reorientation. Provide input to determine unit collection posture and propose collection posture statements and ODs for assigned units. Provide input to Integrated Collection Strategies, capability statements and other products that support operational planning. Proposed documents shall have government approval before publishing. All products listed in this paragraph to be included in the Monthly Report.
E) Serve as the collection management conduit to the field and consumers. Coordinate collection issues, priorities, requirements, topics, and concerns among HQ, customers and field elements. Participate in working groups, conferences, and meetings as required.
