Analyst shall have an understanding and knowledge in the field of marine navigation, including underway navigation, experience with Electronic Chart Display and Information Systems (ECDIS) systems, and geographic information system (GIS) software.
The cartographic analyst will support the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency’s Maritime Safety Office. The analyst must be knowledgeable on how to acquire, analyze, compile, and disseminate maritime safety information and intelligence to populate and update nautical databases to support the List of Lights (LoL) publications. Work includes referencing source material to update publications, updating and/or writing new entries, submitting work through the QA/QC process, and meeting deadlines. Responsibilities
• Test Vehicle Coordinator will manage a specialized vehicle test program for our customer that is focused on new vehicle quality, following an entire testing process for a select number of vehicles
• Demonstrate leadership and responsibility to deliver results
• Ensure vehicles fully meet customer program requirements
• Document, validate and track test issues for a select number of vehicles
• Interact with customer product and quality teams on issue resolution, communication, documentation and final validation
• Work closely with engineers, technicians, mechanics and test drivers to execute efficient test plan
• Routinely participate and lead issue resolution discussion with peers and upper management
Qualifications
• Minimum Associate’s degree in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering/Technology (or equivalent) with at least 2 years of relevant automotive experience (can include co-op or internship) -OR- 4+ years of automotive experience to include research and development
• Test Vehicle Coordinator must have demonstrated experience and working knowledge of automobiles and/or quality

Responsibilities
• Overseeing all phases of the customer’s deliverable from quoting to final delivery with quality documentation.
• Review drawings and CAD data with the appropriate supporting groups (cost estimating, purchasing, quality, fabrication leads, etc.) to prepare quotes and identify manufacturing feasibility issues and or risks.
• Understand customer’s quality requirements and ensure this information is cascaded thru the various supporting groups (purchasing, quality, outsources, etc.).
• Create and maintain manufacturing BOMs for components and assemblies throughout the duration of customer’s project or order.
• Track the progress of the deliverables throughout the various manufacturing phases in order to forecast a completion date to compare with order due date.
• Provide the customer a weekly progress report for deliverables.
• Participate in weekly customer Product Development Team (PDT) or launch readiness meetings as required to communicate issues, concerns, and order status.
• Develop, maintain, and review issues list with customer to mitigate risks or resolve issues that will impact scope, cost, and timing.
• Provide direction and information required to the purchasing team to procure vendor quotes and assist with vendor selection.
• Ensure BOMs and routers are released in PeopleSoft system on time to meet delivery due date.
• Adhere to the document control process for managing customer changes and releases.
• Determine manufacturing variances and look for ways to optimize throughput and reduce costs.
• Involvement in manufacturing feasibiity design reviews to help identify cost saving opportunities or identify risks and issues before the design is finalized.
• Ensure programs launch on time and meet deliverables.
• Monitor timing, quality, technical and financial risks and issues on assigned projects. Mitigate risks or resolve issues where possible.
• Elevate and focus management attention when there is not timely resolution.
• Remain flexible to changing responsibilities and workload adjustments.
• Act as a customer advocate when conferring with other departments and provide direction on program requirements and priorities within the Roush organization.
• Provide leadership, guidance, coaching and technical support to team members.
Qualifications

Background:
The personnel of the DCOM-A G2 Intelligence Training and Advisory Group (INTAG) are responsible for developing, enabling and advising the Assistant Ministry of Defense Intelligence (AMoD-I), General Staff Intelligence (GSG2) Staff, National Military Intelligence Center (NMIC), and elements of the National Military Command Center (NMCC) in intelligence operations, policy, doctrine, planning, programming, management, staff supervision, process and intelligence oversight in support. Description
Lake County Information Technology is seeking an experienced IT Service Technician to join
the Service & Support Team.
The IT Service Technician is the first point of contact for troubleshooting all computer related
hardware and software issues for the County. This is a level 2 position.
The successful candidate will be experienced in working with end users to analyze, diagnose
and resolve issues both in person and remotely. They will be responsible for providing first
and second level technical support, which may range from straightforward to more
complicated technical issues, including the following:
• Monitor, acknowledge, research and resolve user questions and inquiries via phone,

Escalate to other IT resolver groups when appropriate.

• Communicate and document all customer contact and troubleshooting. Follow-up
with users as needed to keep informed.
• Share knowledge within the team by creating and maintaining knowledge articles
within the Service Desk tool.
• Update the hardware database and verify workstations with each customer contact.
• Create and administer user accounts, passwords and privileges/rights and process
terminations.
• Participate in a rotating weekly on-call schedule to provide 24/7 support.
• Assist other IT technical staff as needed.
• Provide initial triage and support for all County non-emergency StarCom portable
radios. If hardware issue is detected, tech will create a ticket with Motorola and ship for
service. All County radios returned from Motorola will be shipped to Service and
Support for reprogramming/encryption prior to being re-deployed.
• Participate in Major Incident Management process as front line. Follow documented
procedure to:
o Verify issue and gather information
o Contact primary support to apprise of issue and ask if ticket should be
escalated to P1 status and engage MIM.
o Send IT Alerts and Notifications as requested.
o Join Veoci room to monitor and assist as requested.
o Ensure that all incidents are timestamped with outage details for reporting.
• Provide support for voice services including phone requests, moves, updates and
RightFax support that is within scope.
• Provide admin support for Microsoft Office 365, within scope. Open tickets directly
with Microsoft to troubleshoot user account issues.
• Attend monthly County Board meetings to assist members and staff with any
technology issues as requested.
Work is performed in a customer service unit where teamwork and customer relations are
paramount, creating a positive customer support experience and building strong
relationships within the various departments of the County as well as within the Service and
Support team.
Required Skills
To be successful in this position, the candidate must demonstrate considerable knowledge of
personal computer systems, peripherals and software as well as have a strong
understanding of ITIL Framework. Candidate will have a proven track record of assisting
users using all available resources including researching, troubleshooting and documenting
all steps taken to either resolve or escalate the issue.
Exceptional customer service skills and professional demeanor are a must. Candidate must
be energetic, responsible, self-motivated and able to work in a Team environment under
minimal supervision.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft based operating systems with emphasis on Windows 7 and
10 as well as O365, Office client 2016, Active Directory and SCCM (software push and
reporting). Other software knowledge includes mainframe, OnBase, Oracle, Hyperion, VPN
and Citrix VDI. Experience with IP Phone systems, call centers and voice management as

Responsibilities
The Operations Integrator interacts directly with the warfighter/requestor and the customer during the development of intelligence products that respond to requests. The Operations Integrator actively coordinates the support packages provided to meet unit and subordinate element operational requirements. The Operations Integrator assists in fusing the operational and intelligence information available to the supported unit, providing an operational perspective to the products including target and network analysis packages. The Operations Integrator also plays a major role in assisting unit elements in the formulation and integration of the request throughout the operational planning cycle.
Position will require periodic travel within CONUS and six month deployments to OCONUS locations.
Experience and Education:
Required:
Be deployable to the required theater of operations.
Senior Level requirement: Masters degree and 10 years of relevant experience, or a bachelor's degree and 18 years of relevant experience, or 22 years of relevant work experience.

The successful candidate will apply his or her experience with and knowledge of wide variety of applications, operating systems, protocols, and equipment to perform the following tasks:
· Install, configure, and maintain end-user workstation hardware, software, and peripherals

· Ensure limited user access and access permissions on computer systems are imposed and maintained
· Provide technical and product support, and assist customers with setup (email, browsers, printers, files, etc.)

· DoD 8570.01-M IAT-II certification (e.g. Security+ or better)
· Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in the configuration and installation of new PCs, installation of needed peripherals and software, and physical attachment of PC to network.
Desired Skills
· Knowledge of Windows 7, 10, DNS, WINS, Active Directory and Exchange, and Microsoft Office Suite products is essential.
