1. DIRECTOR OF COMPLIANCE - Reston, VA
Responsible for assuring compliance of regional unit operations in the fields of Quality/Food Safety, Environment, Health and Safety (QEH&S). Actively lead improvements and implement risk mitigation solutions within all regional operating units. Manage regulatory and internal requirement changes for immediate and flawless adaptation in operations. This individual will work collaboratively across all sites within the region to drive the companies compliance strategy and plans to achieve world-class/zero incident QEH&S performance.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
• Provide leadership, development and succession planning for regional and operating unit QEH&S team members through exemplary teaching and coaching.
• Support the development of QEH&S goals, objectives and targets at the regional and unit levels.
• Liaise with support functions such as HR, Legal, Customer Service, etc. to evaluate and reduce potential risks.
• Provide operating unit technical support in the areas of quality, food safety, occupational safety and health, chemical safety, waste management, waste water and storm water pollution prevention, air quality and environmental annual reporting.
• Prepare proposals and reports for senior leadership.
• Ensure adherence to departmental budgets.
• Liaise with regional customers, trade unions, business and industry groups to identify emerging trends and issues.
• Implement special projects related to company business objectives related to the QEH&S.
• Assess and ensure compliance with local, state and federal food safety, environmental, health and safety regulations.
• Work with units to maintain compliance with QEH&S standards.
• Maintain an Environmental Compliance Calendar for all units.
• Work with regulatory agencies and environmental consulting firms to achieve goals and ensure permits are in place.
• Support unit operations training in QEH&S.
• Drive waste minimization, reduction and recycling process through the identification of opportunities and targets. Support operating unit program implementation.
• Support operating units in determination of quality defects, accident and injury root causes, corrective and preventive actions.
• Monitor, measure and communicate safety trends, targets and impacts through the use of QEH&S scorecards.
• Evaluate and continuously improve company risk prevention process effectiveness (BMS, CCPs, PRIDE and ramp SQUAD).
• Work with operational leadership to optimize deployment of QEH&S processes.
• Ensure regulatory reporting responsibilities of business units are met.
• Administer corporate QEH&S policies and procedures and make improvement recommendations.
• In conjunction with HR, identify and support implementation of CSR, health and wellness initiatives.
• Travel will be up to 50%
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Health and Safety, Quality Management or related field. Masters in Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Health, Quality Management or Occupational Safety preferred.
Work Experience:
• 7–10 years industrial experience in quality, environmental, health and safety.
• Airline and/or food industry experience preferred
• A proven track record of successful results
• Proven experience in development and implementation of quality, environmental, health and safety processes
• Proven teamwork experience in a fast-paced environment
Technical Skills: (Certification, Licenses and Registration)
• Extensive experience with Microsoft Office applications

2. KENNEL TECHNICIAN - San Rafael, CA
A Canine Welfare/Neonatal Technician provides care to dogs that are being kenneled at our facilities for reasons other than formal training. Requiring solid teamwork and communication skills, this work entails feeding, bathing and medicating dogs; maintaining a clean kennel and enriched environment and adhering to strict biosecurity protocols; assisting with breeding and whelping; providing care to newborn puppies, as well as some data entry and reception duties related to dogs coming into or leaving our kennel facilities. The Neonatal Department is staffed 24/7.
KENNEL TECH POSITION ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Provide basic care of kenneled dogs and puppies independently, including: weighing, preparing and feeding a variety of diets, bathing, and medicating dogs; reporting behavioral changes, as well as walking dogs or transporting them by van to other locations. Uphold stringent cleaning standards in individual kennels, play yards and kennel complex facilities.
Adhere to proper procedures regarding biosecurity when entering restricted kennels or dealing with sick or quarantined dogs.
Observe, record and communicate pertinent information verbally, electronically and in hard copy to a variety of constituents. Keep precise records relating to medications administered and prescribed, conditions under observation, and care given to the dogs and puppies in the kennel.
Assist with whelps under supervision of senior staff, learning how to perform an ultrasound, take an x-ray, and administer injections. Provide basic and specialized care to neonates while under the supervision of a senior staff member. Tasks may include weighing puppies, assist nursing, bottle and tube feeding and physical therapy. Carry out treatment plans and cross-over cleaning process in whelping kennel independently.
Use positive reinforcement techniques to elicit and maintain quiet behavior of dogs in kennels and support training path of each dog.

5. SIGINT ANALYST (Afghanistan) (TS/SCI)

Overview
Bluehawk, LLC. is seeking an SIGINT Analyst that will function as a part of an Afghanistan-based intelligence analytical team of military and/or DoD civilian analysts in support of the customer's analytical requirements.
This position has an estimated deployment of 12 months. Prior to the one-year deployment, there is a mandatory 10-week CONUS training, medical and orientation period in McLean, VA.
Responsibilities
SIGINT analysts are responsible for researching, developing, presenting, and publishing SIGINT products at the tactical and operational level related to insurgent activities and threats to local/regional stability as part of an overall analytical team.
SIGINT Analysts conduct analysis of raw and fused signals intelligence data of insurgent threat activities, and is responsible for SIGINT analysis related to insurgent threats, mission planning, target development, damage assessments, and counter-terrorism in the AOR and Afghanistan in general.
Analysts are also responsible for attending meetings and conducting comprehensive research on complex topics independently, or as a part of a larger analytical effort, focusing on current events and long-term trends that could impact the supported unit’s mission.
Qualifications
Experience/Knowledge/Skills/Education
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or equivalent SIGINT intelligence analysis experience
Training in SIGINT analysis with a minimum of 4 years SIGINT experience within the DoD or equivalent government agencies is required. Operational-level experience preferred.
Knowledge of Army/Joint SIGINT procedures, data processing systems, and associated SIGINT databases/search engines is required.
Proficiency in utilizing basic computer applications, mIRC, Jabber Chat, or other intelligence-related automation in support of analytic efforts and product development is required. Strong research and writing skills are required.
Requires former 1N, 35S/P/N, 35B, 352N/P/Q/R/S, 18F, or equivalent.
Required Security, Certification, Licenses and/or Registration
TS/SCI Clearance with the ability to obtain a CI Poly.

Qualifications
KNOWLEDGE/ SKILLS/ABILITIES/EDUCATION:
Demonstrated MS Word, Power Point, database entry and graphic design principles skills.
Knowledge and experience with digital cartography, image processing, computer technology, geographical information systems (GIS), geospatial production techniques, remote sensing, and photogrammetry.
Knowledge and experience with ArcGIS, ArcSDE, ArcView, ArcIMS, ArcTools, the Integrated Exploitation Capability (IEC) system, SocetSet, TerraExplorer/Builder, RemoteView, ERDAS IMAGINE, MRSID, VB/VBA (or some other object oriented programming/scripting language), Oracle and other appropriate software to analyze geospatial date.

Must have 3-10 years of Geospatial Intelligence experience

ITA International (ITA) is a provider of integrated support services to include analysis, planning, training, acquisition management, cyber/intelligence, engineering, logistics, and maritime support services to government, non-governmental organizations and commercial customers worldwide.
ITA currently has opportunities for CI Screeners in Qatar to conduct screenings, complete reports and do all necessary background checks on locally employed persons screened.
Screening: A screening will consist of an in-depth interview utilizing a standardized interview method supported/approved by the Installation Access Application (IAA) and AFOSI; records checks; and biometric enrollment.
The contractor shall utilize equipment furnished by the government to include NRTIO biometrics, PCASS, and CELLEX equipment at each site. Sites will work in concert with the Defense Biometric Identification System (DBIDS), Site Security Manager (SSM), and necessary biometrics databases in order to accomplish required screenings.
Screening Process: The screening process shall be conducted in accordance with (IAW) applicable USCENTCOM and USAFCENT security directives and the established standard operating procedures (SOPs). The contractor shall develop its own SOPs, based on the local environment, the host nation processes, applicable U.S. or host nation requirements or laws, and needs of the locally supported AFOSI units.
Screening Preparation: The contractor will receive notification of newly hired contractor employees or other persons requiring access from the installation contracting office or local command authorities. Additional interviews and screening efforts may be required as determined by the local AFOSI supported unit.
Screening Methodology: Screening interviews shall be conducted IAW the SOPs used and approved by U.S. Government representatives (Contracting Officer’s Representative ((COR), with the overall intent of identifying applicants that pose a risk to U.S., Coalition or Host Nation forces. Screeners shall structure their interviews to create a professional and respectful environment. Screeners shall utilize rapport building techniques to build trust with the applicant. It is important that the applicant understands the purpose of the interview and how the information from the interview will be utilized.
Reporting Results: Results of a screening will be reported to the respective AFOSI and installation security/force protection offices, if derogatory information is discovered, as prescribed by the local AFOSI Commander.
Safeguarding Information: The contractor shall safeguard all information and information systems with applicable guidance and rules set forth by the U.S. Government, Department of Defense and installation security office. Information derived from the operation of a LEP screening cell is the property of the U.S. Government and shall be safeguarded IAW classification and applicable guidance.

Screeners shall be the DoD Civilian equivalent of AFOSI (AFSC 7S071), Naval Criminal Investigative Service, Army CID, USAF AFSC 3P0X1 (Security Forces) with four (4) years law enforcement or investigations experience, or USA MOS 35L/M, 180A, 18F, 35E (Strategic Debriefer or individual with similar skill set) with a minimum of four (4) years field experience (not including training time).

Leidos is looking for a System Administrator to join our Origin program team. The ideal candidate will serve as an engineer on the Service Operations Team on a classified government contract. The individual selected to serve in this position will have a strong IT background and an aptitude to learn quickly. The ideal candidate will be able to solve problems rapidly and will have excellent communication skills for dealing with a wide array of diverse and demanding customers. As a member of the Service Operations team, the selected candidate will perform a variety of system administration tasks, such as managing modern server and Windows OS technologies, building and configuring power shell scripts, Windows Group Policy, Active Directory and Microsoft Systems Center. The candidate should also have experience with researching, testing and installing system patches and performing anti-virus updates. Knowledge of Cisco routers and switches, SharePoint, Web Help Desk, Terminal Services, and other related IT focus areas is highly desirable for this position. The Systems Administrator is required to have a broad technical background to enable the ability to analyze, troubleshoot, design and implement fixes without escalating to Tier 3 support. Description:
The Origin Program is in need of an experienced systems administrator that is familiar with WSUS patching, Mcafee ePolicy Orchestrator software, Tenable NESSUS software, VDI technologies and VMware technologies. The admin must be able to design complex server hosted solutions in a VMWare based server environment per customer requirements. Continuous monitoring of existing systems will also be required to ensure systems remain protected as part of their system accreditations. Admin should be able to draft designs and brief them to Configuration Control Board, Engineering Review Board and Project Initiation Reviews with customer. Sys admin should also be able to single handedly implement designed solutions and transition them to OPS seamlessly with little involvement after transition. Job Summary
Under directive supervision in the field and the office at various company facilities, with an
emphasis on receiving and applying training as it relates to the duties specified for the
Engineering Specialist I as follows:
Explain Company policies, procedures, service requirements, and charges as they relate to
projects or inquiries for external or internal customers.
Check and approve electric service facilities for compliance with Company requirements as
specified in the Information and Requirements for Electric Service or other codes and Company
publications. Determine the need for approval by the local designated inspection agency before
authorizing the connection or re-connection of electric service.
Resolve differences that arise between the Company and customers, or their agents concerning
metering installation and locations, service drop location and underground points of service.
Check and make routine measurements used for distribution construction, maintenance, and
operations, and compare to specifications and report results.
Contact and work with representatives of other companies, public authorities and customers or
their agents as well as other divisions of the Company to coordinate the location or relocation of
meter and service work needed to supply the customer. Also make decisions, arrangements or
agreements, subject to the approval of management.
Collect necessary data and assign electric meter and service locations, overhead service drop
attachment locations, or underground lateral points for service connections in compliance with
the Information and Requirements for Electric Service book.
Make calculations of secondary voltage drop to the point of connection with the customers
service.
Visually check poles, secondary lines and equipment in the field to determine conditions and
recommend replacements.
Make field sketches showing locations of Company and non-Company facilities.
Resolve construction / service details with crew supervisors on matters not covered on drawings,
and make decisions in the field.
Operate computer systems, to be able to enter and revise data to up-date Company records.
Operate computer graphics work station to prepare construction drawings.
Explain and apply routine lighting, and Traffic signal procedures, policies, and principles.
Estimate the cost and any additional facility charges that exceed the standard allowances.
Prepare basic construction drawings, lists of materials, and routine cost estimates from field
notes and data supplied by others.
Provide detailed information to the customer on electric availability.
Respond to basic electric customer problems or internal service inquiries.
Make sketches and stake pole locations in order to provide customer with Private Outdoor
lighting services.
Obtain and supply the information necessary to size and issue appropriate metering equipment to
accurately measure the customers electrical usage on residential and commercial applications.
Assign customer meter pole locations, check and approve the customers pole and pole hole for
compliance with Company requirements.
Using a computer determine existing types and quantities of materials and equipment that exist
in the field.
Detect irregular metering conditions in the field. Complete a revenue recovery to notify proper
department and notify customer of irregular conditions.
Assist other employees in the preparation of engineering reports, system designs, estimates,
economic studies, and standards.
Read meters for the succession of customer accounts on temporary and permanent metering
installations and enter complete information on meter orders via appropriate technology.
Schedule basic customer service interruptions.
Assist Delivery Operations whenever necessary in emergency situations.
Respond to customer inquiries regarding the location of and applications for electric facilities. Be
able to explain to the customer the Engineering need of the facilities location, or the
recommendation that they be moved when justified by field conditions.
Follow up on customer equipment failures to assure that the proper repairs are made by the
customer in a timely manner and to authorize the termination of service in those cases where the
customer fails to comply.
Analyze and evaluate customer requirements and layout, for service connection.
Performing duties of a higher classification when preparing for advancement.
Coordinate installation of a routine shared trench between the Company and other utilities (gas,
electric, telephone, fiber optic, and cable TV).
Contacts public authorities, other utilities, contractors, consultants, and customers, or their
agents, in connection with engineering assignments, project scheduling and billing matters as
required.
Coordinates the efforts of other departments on assigned projects.
Performing duties of a higher classification when preparing for advancement.
