Ironclad Technology Services LLC, a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business has an immediate opening for an Executive Support Admin Assistant to join our growing company in San Diego, CA. Due to the nature of the work, only U.S. Citizens will be considered for this position.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

3. SharePoint and Website Lead - Washington, DC
Full-time
• Serve as Office 365, SharePoint and or MS OneDrive Administrator developing and maintaining Section 508 compliant OCIO sites, subsidiary sites and related sites utilizing advanced Microsoft, SharePoint or future software functionalities and capabilities, as applicable. DHS HQ currently uses SharePoint version 2013. DHS HQ plans to migrate to SharePoint 2016 and SharePoint Online. Support this migration and perform the full functionalities of using SharePoint 2016, SharePoint Online and any future migrations. OCIO SharePoint users total approx. 2,500 users, including all OCIO employees, other DHS employees and contractors.
• Design, configure and deploy new Section 508 compliant websites, document libraries, lists, SharePoint sites and other design functionalities tailored to customer specifications based on customer requests. Design layout, color, graphics, font and content to make intranet and websites user-friendly and fully functional. Design and upload icons, animations, banners and various graphic products for attractive interface designs and applications. Use JavaScript, jQuery, C#, HTML/HTML5, ASP.net (ASPX) and other platforms as required to design, configure and maintain OCIO SharePoint sites. Utilize SharePoint or other DHS approved designer tools to create, modify and upgrade Master Pages, Style Sheets and complex workflows. Develop site designs and content concepts for site-layout changes, web part configurations and custom lists that improve site capabilities. Utilize File Hosting, Microsoft Office Access, Visio, Excel, InfoPath Forms, business intelligence integration, dashboards and data surfacing to manage search and graph functionalities. Coordinate with OCIO to review new software, new hardware and all updates ensuring compliance with the Network Service Change (NCS) process for approval for use within the DHS HQ Network (A-LAN) environment.
• Utilize SharePoint-based applications and technologies, including but not limited to, InfoPath Forms, Workflows, Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), SQL Server, SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS), SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) and PerformancePoint to design reports, templates, dashboards, scorecards and metrics.
• Develop, improve, deploy and manage a centralized repository process to receive, analyze, triage and process new, change and upgrade requests. Manage SharePoint and website content, site access requests, permissions, document sharing, troubleshoot user issues and escalate issues to the IT Service Desk. Perform content management and create scalability for use throughout DHS. Coordinate industry software updates and assist with migration to newer platform versions. Support continuous development of the SharePoint and website concepts, interface design and architecture. This position requires experience at Department of Homeland Security Office of Chief Information Office. The Audit Communications Lead will perform audit support services, including but not limited to, assisting with task management, performing research, analysis, technical writing, tracking, archiving, and reporting. You will provide the subject matter expertise on data mining, statistical analysis, causal analysis, and geospatial analysis. You will analyze unit operations through Operations Research techniques; produce trends assessments and analysis; C-IED analytical products; and provide information to the government client regarding the effectiveness of client initiatives.
Your work will result in relevant and timely analytical support to a range of deployed units including Regional Commands, Division Support elements, US Brigade Combat Teams, Regimental Combat Teams, Counter-Improvised Explosive Device (C-IED) Support Teams, Special Operations organizations, Coalition Units, Security Force Assistance and Advisory Teams (SFAATs), Provisional Reconstruction Teams, and Global Response Forces. Position Description: The candidate will complete counterintelligence examinations on personnel assigned to or working on Government client programs in accordance with directives and policies governing the conduct of in-depth personnel security interviews, related biometric collection equipment and methods, and the use of the Preliminary Credibility Assessment Screening System (PCASS). The candidate will document appropriate information, conduct assessments, and develop detailed written reports for submission to the client for adjudication.

Position: Airforce Squadron Scheduling and Mission Execution Support Specialist
Duties and Responsibilities:
Coordinate with the training office, standards and evaluation office, squadron aviation resource management (SARM), UDM, and Operations Officer (DO) to arrange a schedule to facilitate operations, qualification, upgrade, test, exercises, and continuation training accomplishment to meet required currency and progression standards, in accordance with Commander and DO priorities.

To the maximum extent possible, schedule aircrew based on experience to mitigate Operational Risk Management (ORM) as detailed in AMCI 90-903 Aviation ORM and as outlined by Stan/Eval in conjunction with 11-2KC-135v2 (and appropriate supplements). Updates will be reported to squadron and wing leadership.
Help facilitate last-minute schedule changes with all appropriate partners (such as current operations, command post, receivers) to ensure full coverage by working with the current mission commander/operations supervisor (or equivalent) and flight responsible for the shift that is not fully manned.
Obtain aircraft and equipment availability data from maintenance (MX) and schedule crewmembers for training, exercises, simulators, and operations, as required.
