What You’ll Get to Do:
As a CACI-WGI (The Wexford Group International) Intelligence Analyst, you will provide embedded and reach back support to Improvised Threat and C-IED efforts and operations executed by committed war fighting units and partners. You will provide multi-intelligence analysis and fusion that integrates existing national-level products and databases to define patterns of threat and IED network activity and narrow the search space to conduct counter-threat and C-IED operations. As required, you will interact directly with the deployed intelligence consumer during the development of intelligence products to meet unit and subordinate element intelligence requests for information. As required, you will plan, develop, and deliver tailored intelligence capabilities and tools training to supported intelligence consumers and partners.
More About the Role:
While deployed, you will embed with warfighters to assist operational and tactical commanders, their staffs and subordinate units with fusing operations and intelligence information to enhance their effectiveness against threat networks. You will identify and analyze problems, and generate recommended solutions based upon experience working with elements of the DOD, interagency and international partners. Most deployments are 120-180 days in length.
While providing reach back support, you will directly support embedded teammates; answer requests for support from other tactical units; and work closely with a wide variety of units, institutions, and partners. You will assist with pre-deployment training/preparation, conduct professional development within the CACI-WGI Joint Analytical Support Team, and mentor new members of the team to ensure they are ready to deploy and succeed.
You will work closely with other members of your team to identify capabilities and vulnerabilities of targeted enemy organizations; identify trends, patterns, and key nodes; and highlight their relationships to the targeted enemy networks.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
•Current Top Secret/Specialized Compartmented Information Security Clearance.
•More than one year of deployed Intelligence analysis experience within the CENTCOM AOR.
•You must also possess the ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing.
•You should be able to provide daily feedback to the team lead on product development.
•Be deployable to the required theater of operations, usually conducting periodic travel within CONUS and six-month deployments to OCONUS locations.
•Willing to work rotating shifts if needed - that may include nights and weekends.
•Bachelor's degree and more than three years of experience, or an associate’s degree and five years of experience, or seven years of relevant work experience. We will also consider candidates with four years of directly relevant experience.
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
•More than three years of experience conducting network analysis in support of attack the network or CT operations - including counter-facilitation.
•More than three years of experience providing C-IED intelligence support and/or asymmetric threat analysis.
•More than ten years of military experience, and/or a combination of military and IC Agency experience, including recent combat deployments, and be well-versed in all areas of military intelligence.
•Expert understanding of network analysis tools such as Analyst Notebook and Palantir.
•Expert understanding of Intel-related databases such as M3, TAC, NCTC Online, TIDE, ICReach SIGINT database, Cultweave SIGINT database, PROTON SIGINT Database.
•Practical understanding of geospatial Intel tools such as ArcGIS and Google Earth.
•Must be able to work independently with some government oversight and function effectively as part of a team in a joint working environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:
This is a Ground SIGINT Specialist (GSS) position in support of the International Security Assistance Forces-Afghanistan and/or US Forces-Afghanistan.
The GSS conducts support to ground SIGINT collection operations, SIGINT operations coordination and synchronization, and other SIGINT activities as necessary.

NMCC Operations Mentor
Background:
The personnel of the DCOM-A G2 Intelligence Training and Advisory Group (INTAG) are responsible for training, assisting, and advising the Assistant Ministry of Defense Intelligence (AMoD-I), General Staff Intelligence (GSG2) Staff, National Military Intelligence Center (NMIC), and elements of the National Military Command Center (NMCC) in intelligence operations, policy, doctrine, planning, programming, management, staff supervision, process and intelligence oversight in support.
Responsibilities and Deliverables:
A) Train, advise, assist the NMCC and GSG2 staff on the following:
a) Create and sustain intelligence collection and dissemination processes in direct support of operations ANDSF and GIRoA requirements.
b) The vertical and horizontal integration of intelligence into NMCC operations.
c) The development and implementation of GSG2 plans into ANSDF operations.
B) Provides extended and/or flexibly duty hours in support of operational TAA requirements and 24 hours operations of the NMCC.
C) Train, advise, assist support to integration of the GSG3 advisor team.
Minimum Qualifications:
A) Candidate must hold a current SECRET Level Security Clearance (Previously granted and never revoked or suspended). If chosen, Candidate must remain armed in accordance with New Century Policies throughout the duration of employment in country.
B) Recent strategic or operational advisory experience in MoD or Afghan General Staff environments, strategic intelligence agencies, interagency strategic operations preferably in Afghanistan training international forces, as a Senior Level Government, Military Officer, Senior NCO or contractor assigned to like positions Experience in one of the following disciplines:

Rigid Tactical Inc is currently seeking Special Operations Forces (SOF) Intelligence Integrators to serve on a unique, multi-discipline team assisting Special Operations Forces' (SOF) operational and tactical commanders, their staffs and their subordinate units with fusing operations and intelligence information in an effective, seamless process to enhance their effectiveness against threat networks that facilitate or employ Improvised Explosive Devices (IEDs).
The Team will ensure SOF assets are kept abreast of all current and emerging JIEDDO-COIC processes, methodologies, and Tactics, Techniques & Procedures (TTP) for attacking networks that utilize IEDs.
Detailed Responsibilities:
The SOF Intelligence Integrator will assist in developing processes that focus on developing SOF Situational Understanding of threat networks and enabling DOD, IA, and IC communities of action focused on dismantling, disrupting, and defeating those networks. The Intelligence Integrator will prioritize and categorize requests for support, conduct near- and long-term analyses of device and network-centric problem sets, fusing multiple intelligence disciplines to support the application of operational capabilities in order to facilitate disruption and defeat of threat networks that employ or facilitate IEDs.
The SOF Intelligence Integrator will focus on problem sets at the tactical through operational levels while applying a thorough understanding of ISR integration and the ops/intelligence fusion process to compile, collate, analyze and evaluate all sources of information (to include unevaluated intelligence and open source data) associated with IEDs and their employment/facilitation by terrorist, insurgent, or criminal networks.
The SOF Intelligence Integrator will work closely with other members of a multi-discipline team to identify capabilities and vulnerabilities of targeted enemy organizations, identify trends, patterns and key nodes and highlighting their relationships to the targeted enemy networks. The Intelligence Integrator must possess a thorough understanding of the intelligence process to compile, collate, analyze, produce, and evaluate all-source intelligence and provide subject matter expertise. The Integrator must be able to provide guidance and mentorship to junior analysts and should be able to provide daily feedback to the team lead on product development. The Intelligence Integrator must also possess the ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing.
The SOF Intelligence Integrator must have a strong operational background and experience in shaping intelligence products that support tactical or strategic goals set forth by the supported unit commander in order to create actionable target support packages. Responsibilities and duties
Prepare and present classroom lectures, conduct practical laboratory exercises and tutoring and skills testing
Provide assistance with maintenance, updating, fabrication, preparation and implementation of training aids and training equipment
Provide TSCM expertise, deployment planning and execution of TSCM missions both CONUS and OCONUS
Complete at a minimum, 80 hours of advanced training per annum and provide new equipment evaluations (OT&E) and TTP's to supported units
Conduct full range of complex and sensitive technical operations. Provide expertise in detecting and nullifying a wide variety of technologies used to obtain unauthorized access to classified information, isolate threats, and educate peers and leadership regarding such threats
Familiarity with intrusion detection systems and devises, safes, and other storage containers, locks and locking systems, personnel entry control systems and physical barriers. Perform responsibilities for determining, recommending and evaluating alarm systems
Research and evaluate building construction, physical security measures, intrusion detection systems and recommending protective and preventive actions for the protection of classified information
Provide mobile training, technical advisement and assistance on all aspects of TSCM and Surveillance and Technical Threat Awareness
Providing research services and advising program office personnel on national and international developments in commercial, state-of-the-art, technical security technology
Qualifications
Education:
A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is required.
Certification by the Inter-agency Training Center (ITC) in the conduct of Technical Surveillance Countermeasures (TSCM) is required.
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Top Secret/ SCI clearance is required.
Experience:
A strong cyber security background
Experience with the military is preferred
Proven ability to work autonomously and to deliver concise executive-level reports and presentations
Ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing
Ability to read and understand design plans for the purpose of identifying and implementing technical security upgrades
Ability to provide guidance in regards to security measures and requirements based on applicable physical and technical security standards

Job Description:
In support of the ASSF-TP Program Manager the Special Mission Wing (SMW) Deputy Program Manager will manage the reporting, delivery of training, and quality assurance for training teams conducting Train, Advise, Assist and Mentor (TAAM) within the SMW and subordinate Afghan Special Operations Advisory Teams (SOAT). Units include the SMW headquarters, subordinate squadrons at Mazar-e-Sharif, Kandahar, Kabul, and an aviation support squadron. DPM will be responsible for Administration, Personnel Hiring, Conflict Management, and formal/informal investigations that may occur on the teams during the execution of the program.
Required Hours:
Standard will be to conduct training six (6) days per week for up to ten (10) hours per day while at OCONUS work site(s) and a standard 40 hour work week while at CONUS work sites.
Security Clearance Requirement: Must have an active DoD SECRET security clearance used within the past two years. Clearance is required to access and handle classified and personal personnel material, attend project meetings, and/or work within restricted areas unescorted.
Required Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s Degree and eight (8) years of work experience. If no degree, 16 years of work 16 total years in aviation operations military experience with the US Army or Marine Corps is required.
- Must have 4-8 years aviation operations experience to include practical and applied knowledge of aviation operations; project cost and schedule management; and thorough knowledge of aviation concepts including: battle tracking, air assault/pathfinder operations, fixed and rotary wing maintenance, aviation simulation facilities, systems, and equipment.
- Candidate must have at least 20 years military experience with the US Army or Marine Corps with 18 months demonstrated successful experience as a staff officer/NCO at the Brigade level or higher (or equivalent program management time).
