Primary Responsibilities: • Plan, organize, and deliver technical instruction to Retailer and Corporate students to enhance their learning and proficiency in the service, diagnostics, and repair of Jaguar Land Rover vehicles, and new product training (60%); • Prepare and delivery quality training through effective instructor preparation and classroom/lab preparation (25%): 1. Position Overview: The Center Director at Naval Station Great Lakes is primarily responsible for directing all daily operations and facilities management at USO Great Lakes Center, including programs and services offered to military and military families by performing the following duties. The position acts as a principal liaison and representative of the USO to the military community on Naval Station Great Lakes and its vicinity, to USO Volunteers, and will assist and report to the Director of Center Operations & Volunteer Services and the President & CEO.

Job Functions and Responsibilities
The G2 Trainer/Mentor shall counterparts on the following tasks:
Targeting Operations IOT
Operationalizing the deliberate targeting process
Ensuring fusion between G-3 Operations and G2 Intelligence in the targeting cycle and target planning activities enabling the National Special Mission Brigade (NMB) to make recommendations and produce target products
Intelligence disciplines applicable for Afghanistan sustainable and unilateral intelligence capabilities to include HUMINT, GEOINT, OSINT, and All Source
Intelligence cycles to carry out operations such as Find, Fix, Finish, Exploit, Analyze, and Disseminate (F3EAD) for targeting
Serve in an expeditionary role and perform ETAA missions as needed
Minimum Requirements
