ROUSH’s Additive Manufacturing (AM) group focuses on design for AM, AM process and parameter development, and AM production. We develop innovative and reliable product solutions that leverage a variety of AM technologies and tools. ROUSH is hiring experienced people to support its rapidly expanding investment in DMLM technology and design for AM. The AM Program Manager will interface with customers and oversee AM programs ranging from design for additive through growing components and delivery to our customers.
ROUSH is looking for an experienced AM Program Manager who will utilize program management and product development processes to lead a cross-functional team consisting of engineering, manufacturing, quality, material planning, operations, purchasing, sales and marketing. The position will involve monitoring progress of several simultaneous programs and implementing risk management techniques to ensure program completion within the determined scope, quality, time, and cost constraints. This position is located at our Farmington, MI facility.
Responsibilities:
• Assist with AM program proposal development and interface with customers
• Ensure programs launch on time and meet deliverables
• Monitor timing, quality, technical and financial risks, and issues on assigned projects throughout the project life
• Mitigate risks or resolve issues where possible
• Ensure that timely and accurate gate reviews and routine reports are conducted
• Work with the AM production team to ensure all program/product requirements and quality expectations are met
• Remain flexible to changing responsibilities and workload adjustments
• Act as a customer advocate when conferring with other departments and provide direction on program requirements and priorities within the Roush organization
• Provide leadership, guidance, coaching and technical support to team members
Qualifications:
• Bachelors' degree in engineering, business or related technical field. Additional project management, business management education/experience will be considered
• Minimum five (5) years of project management experience in a product design or manufacturing environment
• Working knowledge of Program Management process and tools
• Must possess strong leadership/management skills, ability to solve complex problems and be self-motivated
• Must be customer focused while also being focused on cost, quality and delivery
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Must be a US citizen
Preferred Skills:
• Working knowledge of APQP, PPAP, and product/process verification techniques
• Experience with metal AM processes and production
• Experience with aerospace metal alloys product design and production

Responsibilities:
• Support engineering, manufacturing and program management
• Work with the AM design engineering and production teams to ensure all program/product requirements and quality expectations are met
• Ensure quality issues are resolved and documented using appropriate methodology (8D, fishbone, 5 Why, etc.)
• Create and/or maintain quality documents for AM programs (process flow, control plan, SOPs, operational / production control plans, work instructions, forms, and other quality system documents)
• Maintain QOS metrics and present quarterly/annual quality reports
• Act as the departmental liaison for internal and registrar audits as well as facilitate all other forms of customer requested quality system audits, assessments and surveys
• Interface with Roush Management team
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical field
• Minimum three (3) years of quality engineering experience
• Experience with APQP and PPAP quality processes
• Demonstrated proficiency with ISO 9000, AS9100 or TS-16949 standards and requirements
• Able to interpret engineering drawings/GD&T, related specifications and requirements
• Working knowledge of various manufacturing methods such as AM, machining, metal fabrication, metal casting, plastic injection molding, etc.
• Must have strong problem-solving skills and be self-motivated
• Experience solving production quality issues using appropriate tools

The Web Manager is responsible for management of the digital activities for Roush Performance products across the ROUSH Performance and SLP brand web sites. The role will manage the design and implementation of the web sites, e-commerce stores and digital dealer platforms. Responsibilities

Responsibilities

Due to our steady growth, we are looking for an experienced Battery Systems Engineer to join our expanding electric powertrain team in Hybrids, PHEVs and Electric Vehicles. The Battery Systems Engineer will report directly to Energy Storage Systems Manager and work directly with internal and external customers & suppliers to support concepts development, prototype builds and production of battery systems. The desired individual must have hands on experience with the development of High Voltage Hybrid and Electric Vehicle battery systems. Experience with electric powertrain components such as DC/DC, Motor Controls and vehicle level controls is a plus.
The Battery Systems Engineer, with automotive product development background, will be responsible for the product development aspect of battery systems within a Li-Ion Battery Technology for hybrid, plug-in hybrid, and electric vehicle applications. The position will also focus on the application of these new products. This engineer will take the lead role in developing engineering specifications related to batteries, prototype builds and evaluation of tested parts while adhering to the automotive product development processes.
Desired candidate must be electro-mechanically inclined with experience in Battery Management Systems (BMS) controls, CAN programming and performance aspects of the battery packs. This position will be located in the Allen Park, MI facility.
Qualifications
• Master’s or bachelor’s degree in electrical/mechanical engineering or related field
• Minimum 5 years of product development engineering experience in the automotive industry
• 3 years of experience working with the development of battery systems, high voltage architecture development and/or electric powertrain components
• Problem resolution in Vehicle Engineering, Control Algorithm Development and Control Systems and Software; Ability to work with CAN based devices
• Experience in product development tools such as APQP, DFMEAs, DVPRs is a must

Qualifications

• Practical knowledge of ISO 26262, IEC 61508, or other relevant safety standards

Position Description:STS is seeking experienced Training Operations Technician - Medical to facilitate medical simulation training and shall be responsible for operating part-task trainers, mannequin-based simulators, and surgical simulators. · Responsible for setting up simulation supplies/equipment in support of training scenarios targeted to meet identified learning objectives.
· Operate simulation equipment, task trainers, computerized simulators, and virtual reality procedural trainers individually or in combination with the ability to follow legitimate medical aspects of scenarios and shall make appropriate adjustments based on participant actions or inactions.
· Utilize approved training scenarios when available and applicable, and shall provide feedback on improvements through the unit’s Simulation Program Management to the PMO or designated AMC/ERC representative.
· Operate, maintain, and debrief simulation-related audio-video recording systems.
· Coordinate and provide support for student logistics, and administrative support needs. Assist the Program Administrator with coordination of simulation site travel requirements and with post-trip report tracking, documentation, and follow up actions.
· Facilitate simulation training and provide feedback to the PMO and/or site leadership.
· Create troubleshooting documents, simulator checklists, and simulation lesson plans/scenarios for simulation equipment. These products will be forwarded to the PMO or designated AMC/ERC representative for review. Assist simulation sites with train-the-trainer activities and basic equipment troubleshooting for the purpose of training new simulation staff.
· Provide oversight of all simulation encounters to include after action reports (AAR) and any AMC/ERC identified metrics (i.e. M-coded items) of simulation training.
· Update monthly simulation encounters and other identified metrics, forward, and coordinate this information to the PMO on a monthly basis. The contractor at AF ERC locations will provide information to AF AMC/ERC.
· Provide an orientation to simulation equipment and the training space, and shall provide a safety briefing to newly assigned personnel and students.
· Ensure reasonable timeliness of response, from time of customer request for operational/corporate support/assistance – response within 3 business days and resolution of issues within 30 calendar days. Program management must be notified of any deviation from this schedule prior to a missed suspense.
· In coordination with PMO, the Contractor shall assist with site visits as needed to accomplish program objectives and to evaluate training effectiveness in accordance with program policies and procedures. Assist sites & the PMO in defining funding and equipment requirements, based on training goals, and shall work cooperatively with Program Administration and Medical Logistics in efforts to satisfy these identified requirements.
· Perform duties as the technical trainer and resource liaison in activities related to simulation operations. Plan, coordinate, and execute the support of designated conferences, conventions, and workshops, to include logistics, budgeting, and registration. When called upon, assist other Contractors as they pursue similar activities. Plan and execute actions related to marketing and public awareness of events, exhibits, and conferences such as invitations, publications announcements, letters, and printed materials. Exhibitions, booths, and presentations shall be professionally executed.
· Assist with simulation program management duties after operations and maintenance duties are completed.
Note: The above duties are subject to change based on assignment location operational protocols, and site specific needs. Any proposed changes to duties shall be forwarded to the PMO for approval.
Minimum/General Experience:
· Three (3) years of experience in the medical or military medical field or 2 years’ experience with the operation of patient simulation equipment.
· Associates degree or technical certification in a computer technology field (e.g. hardware, networking, helpdesk, etc.) Certification as a Simulation Operator (CHSOS) through the Society for Simulation in Healthcare (SSH) is highly desirable.
· Expertise with a variety of medical simulation platforms (i.e. CAE, Laerdal, Gaumard, KGS, SynDaver / SynTissue, MOES).
· For individuals at AF AMC/ERC locations extensive knowledge on military air evacuations and in flight human physiology is preferred.
· U.S. citizenship required.

This is a full time position in Arlington / Crystal City, VA 22202.
The Content Manager will work within an Army Information Technology (IT) Solution Provider Organization and serve on-site with an Army headquarters customer organization. They will assist in driving the development and improvement of business processes via systems automation within the organization. They will work with the technical team to provide solutions including but not limited to, Microsoft SharePoint 2013, Business Intelligence and a suite of social business collaboration tools.
The Content Manager will take responsibility for the collection, analysis, validation, and documentation of a client or stakeholders business and automated needs. They must demonstrate a high level of expertise in requirements analysis, proven experience in performing analysis of alternatives based on existing capabilities and systems solution migration gap analysis. In direct support to the end-users, the Content Manager assists in the delivery and adoption analysis of IT solutions to the customer’s Team.

You will identify and analyze problems, and generate recommended solutions based upon experience working with elements of the DOD, interagency and law enforcement agencies.
You will directly support organizations and agencies tasked with the mission of homeland defense with special emphasis on understanding and countering the growing threat posed by unmanned aerial systems (UAS). You will collect, collate, assemble, fuse, analyze and deliver tailored answers to requests for support from a variety of agencies including the Department of Defense, the Department of Homeland Security and the Defense Threat Reduction Agency. As a member of the CACI-WGI Joint Analytical Support Team, you will be expected to become a Subject Matter Expert on the capabilities, tactical employment and distribution of UAS that adversaries could use to disrupt, disable or defeat capabilities to defend critical infrastructure.

Programs and services are delivered, promoted and often coordinated with/through FFSC staff members and various stakeholders throughout the chain of command, military and civilian community, media and virtual/internet applications. The WFL Specialist is responsible for providing and/or facilitating WFL program services which consist of: relocation, deployment support, career development, transition assistance and financial planning. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Incumbent serves as a consultant and instructor on a variety of WFL topics and issues. Provides informative and tangible advice, assistance, and instruction to address customer concerns, needs and requirements associated with Navy-life (deployment/separation; frequent relocation, transitioning from military to civilian life, etc.). Gathers data, compiles statistics, reports progress, and makes recommendations to the supervisor on program planning, agency coordination and follow-up procedures for use at installation, regional and DoD levels. Evaluates, interprets and acts upon data received through customer interviews, general research provided by other agencies/academia, and community based resources. Implement, monitor, document and track service provisions to evaluate and ensure client satisfaction and effectiveness. QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED Financial Counselors must possess a baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or a combination of education and experiences commensurate in serving as a PFM counselor. Must possess and maintain a nationally recognized financial counselor certification. Other positions require an Associate’s degree or higher in education, social/behavioral, business administration, finance, economics, travel and tourism, marketing or related field. Experience providing adult education and/or work/family life consultation is preferred but not required. Skill in conducting interviews to establish the nature and extent of concerns and issues and provide assistance to develop goals and plans, in order to determine appropriate referral services and options. Skill in preparation of presentations and public speaking in personal-large and small group settings. Effective skill in forming and retaining working relationships with peers and leadership. Skill in using various computer database, spreadsheet, word processing, and network programs (e.g., as Internet, Microsoft Office Suite, and FFSP databases. Knowledge of the formulation and execution of needs assessment tools. Ability to communicate effectively in writing. CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT Satisfactorily complete all background checks to include National Agency Check with Written Inquiries (NACI).
