Job Description:
Personnel will provide:
Systems, Mechanical, Electrical and Test Engineering support to the Armament Directorate EB. Armament Systems to be supported include air-to-air and air-to-surface missiles, guided and unguided bombs, cluster bomb units, nuclear payload guidance and control, directed energy systems, warheads, fuses, seekers/sensors, ammunition, bomb racks, pylons, aerial targets, airborne test and air combat training and integrated instrumentation systems, radars, threat generators and simulators, Munitions Material Handling Equipment (MMHE), containers, and air base operability equipment.
Provide knowledge and experience in analyzing host aircraft/store compatibility requirements and developing interface control documents for captive carriage and release/launch of Armament Systems in compliance with MIL-STD-1760, MIL-STD-3014, MIL-A-8591, and Universal Armament Interface (UAI) protocols. This involves knowledge and experience in the mechanical, aerodynamic, electrical, logical, and logistical compatibility between US and foreign fighter/bomber/UAV aircraft, suspension and release equipment, and stores (including their embedded computer hardware and software systems). This also requires knowledge and experience with aircraft and store electrical power and avionics systems (i.e., seeker, sensors, fire control, mission computer, pilot/vehicle interface, stores management system, GPS, inertial navigation systems, control actuators).
Knowledge and experience also required in the establishment and management of Interface Control Working Groups (ICWGs), and the development of Interface Control Plans (ICPs).
Integration of weapons and carriage systems into the aircraft and/or airborne platform Operational Flight Programs (OFPs).
Management of the development, update, and assessment of proposed changes to mission planning systems such as the Joint Mission Planning System (JMPS) to support the activities necessary to accomplish mission planning for weapon systems.
Aircraft integration activities such as Interface Control Working Groups (ICWG), interface management groups, aircraft integration meetings, and aircraft Systems Integration Laboratory (SIL) test activities to ensure an operator’s perspective of aircraft integration and employment are successfully accomplished for weapon and carriage systems.
Airworthiness certification activities, to include: participation in testing, flight clearance, safe separation and jettison testing, development of documentation to support airworthiness certification by USAF, Department of the Navy (DoN) and platform certification agencies.
Evaluating and defining system and subsystem interfaces. These interfaces include but are not limited to aircraft interfaces, ground subsystem interfaces, and interfaces associated with participant interoperability within the network (characteristics of which include radio frequency (RF), link margin, RF bandwidth and baseband modulation).

Job Description:
Support planning and integration of new and existing intelligence collection, exploitation, reporting, dissemination, and evaluation capabilities into AFSOC Distributed Ground Station (DGS)/intelligence units and shall provide implementation of these war fighting capabilities through direct support to AFSOC.

Overview
Bluehawk, LLC is seeking an Senior Intelligence Analyst (JAST) based in RESTON, VA.
Responsibilities
The Senior Intelligence Analyst will provide intelligence and forensic expertise as a member of an OCONUS deployed team and CONUS reach-back support.
Provide exploitation and asymmetric threat analysis including the identification, development, and integration of countermeasure technologies. Provide multi-intelligence analysis and fusion in support of counter-IED efforts and operations executed by committed war fighting units, integrating existing national-level products and databases to provide an enhanced level of information support. Conduct multi-layered, multi-intelligence analysis to define patterns of IED network activity to narrow the search space to conduct CIED operations. Provide intelligence targeting support products and "reach-back" support to forward-deployed elements as required.
Positions will require periodic travel to CONUS and six month deployments to OCONUS locations.
Qualifications

An ideal candidate will have ten years of military experience, recent combat deployments, and be well-versed in all areas of military intelligence
Intelligence analysis experience is defined as hands-on experience conducting real-world intelligence

Overview
Bluehawk, LLC. is seeking an All Source Analyst that will function as a part of an Afghanistan-based intelligence analytical team of military and/or DoD civilian analysts in support of the customer's analytical requirements.
Estimated deployment of 12 months with a 10 day mandatory CONUS training period in McLean, VA..
Responsibilities
The All-Source Analyst assists with the analysis and production of various intelligence products specifically focused on Threat Awareness, Force Protection, Indications and Warnings, C-IED, COIN, and targeting in Afghanistan, while supplying analytical support for senior military leaders in the AOR.
They are responsible for attending meetings and conducting comprehensive research on complex topics independently, or as part of a larger analytical effort, focusing on current events and long-term trends that could impact the supported unit’s mission.
All-Source analysts are responsible for researching, developing, presenting, and publishing all-source intelligence products at the tactical and operational level.
Qualifications
KNOWLEDGE/ SKILLS/ABILITIES/EDUCATION:
Bachelor ‘s Degree from an accredited college or equivalent experience.
Five years of All Source analysis experience within the DoD or equivalent government agency.
Requires submission of an unclassified analytical writing sample on Afghanistan, Pakistan, Iran, Al Qaeda, the Taliban, the Haqqani Network, ISIS, or the HIG (250 word minimum) with resume.
Requires former 1N, 35F, 350F, 18F, 35D, 34A or service equivalent.
Possess strong research, analytical, and writing skills
Be capable of effectively operating as a member of an analytical team from a remote location in support of CJOA-A requirements

Job Overview: Non-Kinetic SME Planner positions with MAG will provide specialized support to assist Operations stuff in the conduct of planning and execution of all Non-Kinetic Effects based activities to support operations and intelligence missions. Serves as a senior subject matter expert on national and Department of

United States Air Force Central Command (USAFCENT) is the Air Force Service Component of United States Central Command (USCENTCOM), a joint Department of Defense combatant command responsible for U.S. security interests in 27 nations that stretch from the Horn of Africa through the Persian Gulf region, into Central Asia. This position supports USAFCENT Operations Directorate (A3).
The Weapon Systems Manager reports directly to the AOC/CC, and is responsible for the setup and successful operation of all systems integrated into the AOC WS site baseline. Identifies, validates and prioritizes requirements. Ensures AOC systems are installed, configured, and operating in a manner that meets operational needs and satisfies the site specific engineering plan (SSEP). The WSM works with all AOC divisions, teams and other entities and agencies as required. Additionally, the WSM provides support to AOC configuration management team and technical subject matter support for AOC Configuration Management process as well as conducts comprehensive system validation testing. Coordinate quarterly updates and maintain a consolidated repository of Weapon System validation checklists produced by Divisions and functions in the AOC that would be affected by changes to the weapon system configurations. Coordinate validation checks (according to maintained checklists) by all affected Divisions and functions in the AOC that are affected by any proposed changes to the weapon system configurations. Provide operational expertise to systems engineers for the set-up and integration of AOC and AOC IT computer systems including systems integration and end-to-end validation.
Additional duties include but are not limited to;
Monitor and analyze the operational effectiveness of the C2 systems and subsystems of AOC Weapons Systems and recommend technical, operational, and management solutions to resolve any TBMCS system and subsystem abnormality noted in the analysis that impacts operational effectiveness. The monitoring and analysis process is conducted approximately once a month with findings documented on a monthly basis.
Develop recommended operational requirements for system(s) set-ups, upgrades, and enhancements for C4I System Management and provide validation and testing of follow-on systems, databases and software. Develop, coordinate and monitor new software requirements and validation testing requirements for all C4I system integration efforts onto the AOC operations floor.
Monitor system/subsystem performance and provide support for system administration activities by coordinating and de-conflicting installation of system/subsystem hardware components, software, applications, and databases.
Utilize/adapt common Microsoft database products as well as other mission unique database support programs to support the development and maintenance of TBMCS system databases.
Provide support to and recommend modifications and enhancements to the operational capabilities of the USAFCENT Weapon System.
Provide technical input to validate and prioritize operator User Support Requests and prioritize C4I system software problem reports (SPR), baseline change requests (BCR), and documentation change requests (DCR).
Support AOC personnel with the design, execution, and management of the CAOC COP architecture. Assist in monitoring systems and network connections by coordination with C4ISM and SYSADs regarding the AOC network requirements (internet protocol [IP] addresses, host IDs) by functional area and to ensure the feeds required to support the COP (i.e., JADSI, IBS, etc.) are available. Develop/modify data displays.
Advises Change Review Board (CRB) Chair external COP architecture requirements (i.e., JTF, components, subordinate TACS elements, etc.) and procedures to be used between nodes to coordinate GCCS COP data flow and updates.
Assist in developing and maintaining web server, shared file server, data archiving, and electronic shared drive folders for both classified and unclassified material on both the SIPRNET and NIPRNET.
Establish and maintain listings of the appropriate authorizations for Weapon System information.
Maintain currency of the archived databases and coordinate with appropriate points-of-contact to ensure that the content of the archived databases are updated.
Provide technical input to AOC systems administrators and operators to meet AOC commander requirements while ensuring proper levels of security are maintained.
Provide operational subject matter information; prepare documentation and consultation in the areas of AOC systems, planning actions and functional/operational processes for USAF personnel responding to routine suspenses and staff inquiries.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree OR 5 years’ experience in systems management.
Project and Project Management Experience (PgMP or PMP preferred.. can be CPP, CPD, CPPM)
Three (3) experience with the Operations aspects AOC Falconer weapons system (ATO cycle).
Two (2) years of AF plans/programs or Staff experience translating doctrine into action (JOPES processes).
Two (2) years’ experience with USAFCENT or USCENTCOM networks desired.
Two (2) years’ experience with USCENTCOM operational environment.
Possess a US passport and able to meet appropriate visa requirements.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Revenue Recovery
Direct Reddaway Employees to ensure the company is properly compensated for shipments moving through their system in accordance with USF 100 Rules Tariff, contractual terms and provisions of pricing agreements.
Utilize data and observations to incept accessorial recovery programs and initiatives for Executive review and sponsorship
Oversee and maximize accessorial recovery programs already in place
Shipment Classification
Direct the W & I Manager to ensure the company is properly compensated for shipments moving through their system in accordance with contractual terms and provisions of the National Motor Freight Classification or other density-based pricing method.
Ensure W & I employees and all Reddaway Operations employees are properly trained in order to achieve company revenue goals and shipment classification accuracy.
Direct freight type studies and density studies to assist in rating accuracy.
Oversee that managers interact with sales, operations and external customers to ensure customer is invoice based on accurate weight and description of freight.

32. Electronic Counter Measure Field Service Representatives - Somalia
*Guardian Defense Group is seeking Electronic Counter Measure (ECM) Field Service Representatives (FSR) to support an African Union Mission (AMISOM) contract in Somalia. No Security Clearance is required and there are multiple positions available.
*FSRs will have a basic knowledge of countering Improvised Explosive Devices (C-IED) and Improvised Explosive Device-Defeat (IED-D) principles and limited employment of ECMs.
*FSRs shall develop and conduct ECM equipment training for each route clearance platoon (RCP). The FSR shall assume each RCP and others designated to receive ECM training have very limited knowledge, as well as any previous ECM experience. Soldiers designated to receive the ECM training will require classes on operating the system in the mounted mode and dismounted mode, capabilities of the system mounted and dismounted, basic trouble-shooting of the system, employment of the system, mounting and dismounting the system. Additionally, the FSR shall be required to adjust the training as the lessons are learned and integrated into operations.
*The FSRs will train, assist and support each RCP in maintaining ECM equipment and building the capacity of the RCP to properly employ, maintain and sustain ECMs to be able to secure AMISOM’s main supply routes.
*The FSRs shall accompany and train the RCP during route clearance and offensive maneuver convoy operations to ensure ECM is operating effectively and the AMISOM Troop Contributing Country units are employing the ECM equipment properly. Additionally, the ECM FSR will assist RCP with planning and coordination in support of joint operations with DoD.
*Qualifications
*Requires education/formal training equivalent to the completion of a two-year technical degree or trade school equivalency, as well as two or more years’ experience with ECM systems. Equivalent professional experience may be substituted in lieu of education
*The ability to troubleshoot at the ECM system at component level.
*Demonstrated experience with electronic test equipment, hand and soldering tools, voltage or amperage measuring and recording devices.
*Standard Work-Week

The HR SME serves as the primary expert in all areas related to Human rights, Protection of Civilians (POC), and Sex and Gender-Based Violence in PKO issues. In this capacity, the HR SME will advise on Human Rights/ International Humanitarian Law, and Protection of Civilians training strategy to ensure training POI’s, lesson plans and scenarios remain relevant.
The HR SME will assist in evaluating and developing Programs of Instructions (POI), and Training Scenarios.

Position: ACOTA Country Manager
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
The Country Manager (CM) will be the Program Manager’s primary point of contact for contract execution and coordination of the U.S. Department of State’s complex, multifaceted African Contingency Operations Training Assistance (ACOTA) Program in a designated African country.
The CM is the in-country manager of the workflow process at the deployed location and manages all aspects of mission completion. The CM is the primary interface with the US Embassy, Host Nation military leadership, US military, international partners and other stakeholders associated with the training of peacekeepers.
The CM receives mission guidance from the PM and APO and is responsible for providing in-country direction and management for all contract and task order activities.
The CM manages personnel assignments and reassignments to different in-country ACOTA Program training tasks and missions as required. Maintains professional standards of accountability, quality, and effectiveness of all deployed personnel on their team.
Monitors and tracks movement of all ACOTA contractors traveling to, working in, and departing from the country the CM is deployed to.
Responsible for the conduct of individual and collective training for established and/or newly formed PKO units based on the task, condition and standard in UN PKO doctrine and associated POI.
Provides direction and oversight of day-to-day operations in-country ACOTA training.
Coordinates and manages all in-country personnel and logistical support for ACOTA contractors.
Responsible for all aspects of training management and execution in coordination with the host nation and the APO.
Ensures all instructor/trainers are prepared to teach in accordance with standards defined in APO task orders.
Inspects and supervises all in-country training. Liaises with Host Nation, USG, and APO representatives.
Coach, teach and mentor both the senior unit leader and host nation cadre toward performing effective peace support operations and achieving National self-sufficiency respectively. The CM is the senior trainer / leader on the ground managing all aspects of training ensuring development of the Peace Support Operations Training Center to include host nation cadre.
Minimum Qualifications: The CM shall have the following education, experience, and military background unless otherwise approved in advance by the Program Director, ACOTA.
Education: Minimum requirement is an individual having completed Military Education Level 4 (Command and General Staff College).
Experience: The CM shall have a relevant blend of combat arms-operational skills, experience, and knowledge that will allow that individual to best support specific task order objectives and the goals of the ACOTA Program.
Training: Minimum of fifteen (15) years military operations and training experience (or civilian equivalent) required with directly related experience in overseas program operations.
Preferred Qualifications:
Staff experience at battalion, brigade, or Special Forces B Team level (or civilian equivalent) is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
Country Manager candidate in grade O-5, or O-6; former Army or Marine Corps combat arms battalion commander is preferred.

The Senior PSO Staff Trainer will instruct and supervise PKO unit staff operations training for African company, battalion and brigade sized units deploying to PKOs. Staff Operations training shall focus on operations center organization, operational command and control, staff functions, Intelligence Preparation of the Area of Operations (IPAO), and the Military Decision Making Process (MDMP) in accordance with African partner SOP’s, UN, NATO and US doctrine integrated as appropriate for positive effects.
Senior PSO Staff Trainers will develop POIs, lesson plans, and training support packages for collective training carried out as noted in each ACOTA Program Office (APO) task order. Training shall support the preparation of partner country battalions and brigades for deployments to and sustained operations in multinational peacekeeping operations in Africa by training African commanders and staffs in PSO command and staff operations skills and procedures.
Senior Staff Trainers shall ensure all training scenarios are based on the most current mission area information from Areas of Operation that African PKO battalions and brigades will deploy to. Training will involve classroom instruction, Peace Support Operation (PSO) Command Post Exercises, and Computer Assisted Command Post Exercise. All classes shall be taught in the training language of the Host Nation Military.
Minimum Qualifications: The Senior PSO Staff Trainer shall have the following education, experience, and military background unless otherwise approved in advance by the Program Director, ACOTA.
Education: A minimum of a BA/BS Degree from an accredited institution
Experience: The Senior PSO Staff Trainer shall be a Combat Arms or Combat Support subject matter expert (Combat Arms is preferred) with staff experience at battalion or brigade level. The Senior PSO Staff Trainer shall have a relevant blend of military skills, experience, and knowledge that will allow that individual to best support the goals and tasks of the ACOTA Program.
Training: Minimum of fifteen (15) years military operations and training experience (or civilian equivalent) required.
Other: The Senior PSO Staff trainer must be familiar with standard military training concepts, practices, and procedures.
Preferred Qualifications:
Preferably an individual with U.S. Military combat and/or PKO experience at, O-5, and O-6 E-8, or E-9 (or civilian equivalent) level and possess the managerial ability to fill the role of CM if required.
Experience operating in areas with limited life support and in hardship conditions is preferred. Individual having completed Military Education Level 3 or 4 (Command and General Staff College or equivalent) is preferred.
Preferred language requirement of level equivalent to 3-3 for non-English speaking countries.
Advanced degree preferred

Position: ACOTA PSO Solider Skills Trainer
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
The Peace Support Operations (PSO) Soldier Skills Trainer (PSOSST) is responsible for providing Peacekeeping Operations (PKO) soldier skills instruction to African military units receiving U.S. Department of State’s African Contingency Operations Training Assistance (ACOTA) Program training.
Soldier Skills Trainers will instruct and supervise PKO soldier skills training in African for African company grade officers and their soldiers who shall deploy to PKOs. Soldier Skills Training shall include BRM, CQM, Movement formations and techniques, Infantry squad and platoon battle drills, route clearance & Convoy operations, CQM/CQB, C-IED, Recon, Checkpoint operations, crowd control, and cordon and search. Trainers will also instruct African soldiers in human rights (to include gender respect, elimination of sexual exploitation and child protection), individual health maintenance, individual first aid, HIV/AIDS prevention, and an orientation in United Nations peacekeeping operations all in the context of the tactical PSO environ.

Prefer an individual with recent U.S. Military combat and/or PKO experience at E-5 thru O-3 level.
Directly related experience in OCONUS overseas program operations focused on training local national military personnel and units preferred.
Recent OIF/OEF experiences preferred.
Experience with either U.S. State Department, United Nations (UN) Chapter Seven Operations, or Africa Union (AU) highly preferred.
