1. All Source Analyst (CP/CWMD) - TS/SCI poly preferred - HI
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The all-source analyst will provided analytical support for the counter proliferation (CP) / Counter Weapons of Mass Destruction (CWMD) team at the United States Pacific Command (USPACOM) Joint Intelligence Operations Center (JIOC). You will also provide all source intelligence analytic expertise within the chemical and biological weapons disciplines and related technologies, complementing the team’s nuclear fuel cycle and nuclear weapons and Follow-the-Money/Follow-the-People (FTM/FTMP) disciplines.
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Assist in the production and integration of all-source intelligence on foreign chemical and biological programs
Develop and produce finished intelligence products – including but not limited to PACOM
Morning Intelligence Briefings (MIBs), JIOC Special Reports (JSRs), and JIOC Intel Bulletins (JIBs) – in support of U.S. Foreign policy and national security interest with regard to CWMD
Provide chemical and biological assessments for specified geographic areas of interest and continue to research the information for a specified area to prepare detailed analysis
Maintain technical expertise on chemical and biological technical issues and monitor countries within the PACOM AOR on their technical proficiency on these issues
Produce and lead broad and complex studies and analysis pertaining to the research, development, testing, production, storage, deployment and use of chemical and biological weapons within the PACOM AOR and produce analytic papers and briefings with the results
Initiate, maintain, and support the development of the Joint Intelligence Preparation of the Operational Environment (JIPOE) for CP/CWMD for the PACOM AOR, specifically including information on chemical and biological weapons and related technologies
Remain up-to-date on information, issues and policies pertaining to WMD, specifically chemical and biological warfare programs, continuity of operations and capability integration.
Coordinate and collaborate with PACOM JIOC Collection Managers to develop and provide input to imagery, signals, and human intelligence collection requirement, and recommend solutions to collection shortfalls.
Leverage the network of Intelligence Community (IC) and non-IC organizations known to study, collect, and analyze foreign chemical and biological warfare programs.
Leverage the work of the Follow-the-Money/Follow-the-People (FTM/FTP) and nuclear materials analysis on the delivery team to integrate with bio-chemical intelligence analysis.
Become familiar with command webpage programs, and post and maintain functional web-pages (such as A-Space and SharePoint) to ensure analysis and assessment are available to the greater IC.
Planning Conference / Working Group / Exercise Support: Support and participate in conference, exercise (planning and execution), and working groups (via secure VTC or in person) to foster analytic collaboration; develop intelligence requirements and other support PACOM JIOC efforts.

The JAST Intelligence Analyst will embed with warfighters to assist operational and tactical commanders, their staffs and subordinate units with fusing operations and intelligence information to enhance their effectiveness against threat networks. The analyst will:
· identify and analyze problems, and generate recommended solutions based upon experience working with elements of the DOD, interagency and international partners
· directly support embedded teammates
· answer requests for support from other tactical units

SCOPE
The Dentist reports to the Program Manager (PM). The Dentist will be assigned to treat patients in a clinic or hospital setting. They will provide instruction on diet, brushing, flossing, the use of fluorides, and other aspects of dental care. Test Drivers drive prototype cars and trucks prior to production and provide opinions regarding vehicle function, comfort, performance, or any issues.
