Roush is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Architectural Electrical AutoCAD Designer. This position is located in Livonia, Michigan.
Responsibilities:
• Prepare clear, complete and accurate working plans w/detail drawings from rough preliminary sketches and verbal instructions.
• Assist in assembling construction vendor bid packages for quoting, including power and lighting, single line drawings and panel schedules.
• Support in the specification of electrical equipment based on specific use criteria of machines or systems.
• Coordinate with on-site customer layout options to generate construction plans to support industrial equipment that could require electrical and low voltage [IT and alarm wiring] connections to new or existing power systems.
• Review and mark-up fabrication shop drawings for manufacturing of custom installed electrical equipment and systems.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor of Science in architecture.
• Minimum 3 years of commercial/residential electrical design experience, working under senior electrical designer(s) and/or architect.
• Demonstrates proficiency in AutoCAD version 2012 or later including: commands, layering, and model/paper spaces.
• Familiar with NEC, IBC, NFPA and ADA codes.
• Knowledge of electrical building codes especially within the construction practices of industrial / commercial.
• Experience in electrical engineering practices, mathematics, wiring & cabling systems, high and medium voltage equipment, switchgear, transformers, panel-boards, engine generators, transfer switches, building and emergency lighting, and electronic safety and security systems. Required skill-set to design and depict by drawing a one-line schematic for power distribution.
• Skilled to accurately field review existing site & building electrical conditions to update AutoCAD files.
• Exposure and capable to field verify existing conditions to record / update drawings on a frequent basis.
• Proficient in working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Must be a self-starter, detailed oriented and can work independently with minimal guidance/supervision.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multi-task to effectively prioritize time-sensitive projects.
• Excellent interpersonal skill as well as adept written and verbal communication.
Preferred Skills
• Certificate or specialized training in focused expertise on architectural based electrical design.
• A current architectural license in the State of Michigan.
• Skilled in construction cost estimating for non-residential construction projects.
• Aptitude and interest to investigate and then specify new lighting brands and technologies to integrate into new projects.

Description:
Headquarters (HQ) Air Force Office of Special Investigations (AFOSI) 2nd Field Investigations Region (2 FIR)/Operating Location-Alpha (OL-A), Shaw Air Force Base (AFB), SC, or AFOSI 2 FIR/OL-A, is responsible for providing counterintelligence (CI) and counterterrorism (CT) services to the United States Central Command (USCENTCOM) and United States Air Forces Central (AFCENT) in support of Operation RESOLUTE SUPPORT (ORS) in the USCENTCOM Area of Responsibility (AOR). Contractor personnel performing duties throughout the USCENTCOM AOR, duties focus on strategic and tactical threat analysis. This includes fusing intelligence and collecting raw data from multiple sources and varying classifications to identify threats, trends, structures of terrorist cells, their location, plotting attack information (such as fire-points, impact sites, timeline, etc.), and assistance in the development of targeting packages.
Primary Functions:
* Maintain knowledge of third country intelligence services that pose a threat to USAF resources and the organization?s personnel, and maintain knowledge of the capabilities of state sponsored, transnational, international or regional terrorist groups and their surrogates that threaten USAF security. * Review and provide analyst comments for Contact Reports (CRs) and Intelligence Information Reports (IIRs). Disseminate raw and finished intelligence products to interested agencies, to include: AFOSI leadership, base commanders, operating environment owners, and other intelligence/counterintelligence customers (both CONUS and OCONUS) who value the direct information and intelligence products. * Prepare comprehensive foreign intelligence and terrorism informational or analytical products. Products should be delivered as required by AFOSI or USAFCENT leadership. * Fuse intelligence and raw data from multiple sources in varying classifications to identify threats, trends, structures of terrorist cells, their location, plotting attack information (such as fire-points, impact sites, timeline, etc.) on a daily to weekly basis. * Perform collection management duties by evaluating field reports involving terrorist group organizational structures and their involved interrelationships among other organizations and state-sponsored groups targeting the USAF/DoD. * Assist in the development of target packages to mitigate threats to 24 EFIS, subordinate units, and USAF/DoD personnel and resources in the USCENTCOM/AFCENT AOR. * Prepare briefings that describe the nature, scope, specific identification, and possible impact of coordination and cooperation prevalent among hostile groups. Briefings are prepared upon request by AFOSI leadership, base commanders, operating environment owners, and other intelligence/counterintelligence customers (both CONUS and OCONUS) who value the direct information and intelligence products.
Mandatory Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Requirements:
Candidate must meet or exceed the following qualifications (no waivers will be granted):
* Bachelor’s degree in international affairs, national security studies, Arabic studies, international business, international terrorism, trends and analysis, intelligence/counterintelligence, or other related fields, preferably accompanied by Southwest Asian regional expertise. * Eight (8) years of analytical experience utilizing Human Intelligence (HUMINT), Signals Intelligence (SIGINT), Imagery Intelligence (IMINT), and Open Source Intelligence (OSINT) and experience with human-derived, counterintelligence, and counterterrorist operations, ending within the last three (3) years. * Two (2) years’ experience in leading people and managing tasks of subordinates. Analyst should have supervised personnel and managed projects and/or complex tasks within the last five (5) years. * One (1) year comprehensive or analytical support to operations in the USCENTCOM AOR, ending within the last three (3) years. * Eight (8) years’ experience in the development of intelligence analysis products (such as IIRs, Desk Notes, Threat Assessments, Source Validation Reports, etc). * Strong writing skills and being capable of effectively operating as a member of a Combined/Joint intelligence team required. Strong briefing skills and being capable of effective communication in the accomplishment of collection management reporting and requirements required. * Must have experience and working knowledge of the following programs and systems within the last three (3) years: Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Access), Analyst Notebook, SIPR/JWICS Access, M3 - Multi Media Messenger, SOMM - Source Operations Management Module, Proton - JWICS Access Required, Intellink; CIDNE - Combined Information Data network Exchange, CIA WIRE, HOT-R, NCTC Online - National Counter Terrorism Center Online, and J2 DCP Portal (CJCS Portal) on JWICS. Knowledge of AFOSI I2MS and CI2MS is desired.
Additional Mandatory Requirements
* Must have a CURRENT TOP SECRET security clearance with SCI eligibility (TS/SCI). No exceptions

Physical Requirement:

Joint Fire Support Exercise Air Operations Planner (JSOC, Fort Bragg, NC) (RDR, INC)
RESPONSIBILITIES: Serve as a Joint Fire Support Exercise Air Operations Planner at JSOC, Fort Bragg, NC. Responsible as part of a multifunctional planning team to lead, coordinate and facilitate the wide variety and scope of joint SOF ground/aviation exercise support requirements within the Joint Event Life Cycle for operational and tactical, graduate level joint fire support exercises. Exercises are comprised of US and Partner Nation Special Operations Forces, and US and Partner Nation multi-service Fixed Wing and Rotary Wing aircraft, CAS/Fighter/Bomber/UAS platforms, and direct/indirect fire support platforms.
EDUCATION: B.S degree with related military experience or other related field of study or 10 years of equivalent experience.
EXPERIENCE/SKILLS/ABILITIES: Position requires Aircrew experience in a Close Air Support military platform or as an Air Battle Manager. Recent combat experience supporting SOF is highly desired. Qualified candidates must demonstrate an understanding of Combined/Joint Force Air Component Command (CJFACC) Operational and Tactical level operations requirements. The air planner must have some understanding of Joint Air/Ground SOF operations and detailed understanding and experience with FAA, military airspace and close air support requirements. Ability to coordinate and produce air tasking orders, airspace coordination measures, grid reference graphics, and exercise special instructions. Requires proficiency in current aviation planning systems and a thorough understanding of fire support tactics, techniques and procedures. Require a basic understanding and experience in exercise scenario development. Very good briefing and writing skills are required to prepare and present briefs to senior leaders. Ability to work independently and/or with small teams of communicators in unique environments.
TRAVEL: CONUS/OCONUS travel to support exercise planning/execution events is required.
CLEARANCE: A level of government security clearance is required for this position with access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI). Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a position offer or removal.
