Qualifications: • Bachelor of Science in architecture. • Minimum 3 years of commercial/residential electrical design experience, working under senior electrical designer(s) and/or architect. • Demonstrates proficiency in AutoCAD version 2012 or later including: commands, layering, and model/paper spaces. • Familiar with NEC, IBC, NFPA and ADA codes. • Knowledge of electrical building codes especially within the construction practices of industrial / commercial. • Experience in electrical engineering practices, mathematics, wiring & cabling systems, high and medium voltage equipment, switchgear, transformers, panel-boards, engine generators, transfer switches, building and emergency lighting, and electronic safety and security systems. Mandatory Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Requirements: Candidate must meet or exceed the following qualifications (no waivers will be granted): * Bachelor’s degree in international affairs, national security studies, Arabic studies, international business, international terrorism, trends and analysis, intelligence/counterintelligence, or other related fields, preferably accompanied by Southwest Asian regional expertise. * Eight (8) years of analytical experience utilizing Human Intelligence (HUMINT), Signals Intelligence (SIGINT), Imagery Intelligence (IMINT), and Open Source Intelligence (OSINT) and experience with human-derived, counterintelligence, and counterterrorist operations, ending within the last three (3) years. * Two (2) years’ experience in leading people and managing tasks of subordinates.
