GENERAL OVERVIEW OF POSITION:
The City of Kenosha will provide an additional $1,000-$2,000 to the annual salary of
Building Inspectors for each additional State of Wisconsin certification above the

Community Development & Inspection Department (CDI) Highlights
The two fold mission of the department is to ensure the health, safety and w elfare of residents,
worker and visitors of all buildings as well as to promote a community which accommodates
planned opportunities for growth, housing and economic vitality. The CDI Department is
comprised of four divisions - Planning & Zoning, Community Development, Building Inspection
and Property Maintenance.
Position Profile
The Building Insp ector performs skilled building inspection work to ensure compliance with all
State and municipal codes. Under the general supervision of the Deputy Director and the direct
supervision of the Supervisor of Inspections, the Building Inspector is responsible for compliance
of buildings, structures and premises' plans with all building codes and for reviewing structural
plans. The employee performs field inspections of permitted projects for approval and ensures
that violations are corrected. Work requires the use of technical knowledge and discretion in
reviewing plans. Work is reviewed through reports, conferences, and results obtained. Performs
other work as requested or assigned.

SCOPE:
Under limited supervision, the International Operations Manager is responsible for the oversight and delivery of the international programs assigned to their direct reports, Program Managers, and their staff. Reports to the Director of International Program Operations.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform and/or provide direction and support for the following services:
•Assists with oversight of the strategic vision for the programs.
•Must exhibit organizational leadership and serve as a resource and mentor to assigned staff.
•Assists with oversight, accountability and administrative responsibility for all designated international programs throughout the contract life-cycle.

With a wide range of knowledge, performs CI Operations staff officer support duties to include policy, doctrine, foreign intelligence service threat assessments, evaluation of CI Operations concept of operations (CONOPS), vulnerability assessments, and other planning, staffing, and programmatic activities.
RESPONSIBILTIES:
Coordinates and synchronizes a broad range of CI Operations activities to include analysis of those operations. Reviews, evaluates, and provides insightful analysis into CI Operations plans and activities in support of Services, Combatant Commands, Agencies, and other special customers. Contributes to the development, execution and evaluation of comprehensive operational plans. Conducts special collection activities using specialized equipment and techniques. Executes effective CI collections and field operations to counter threats to sensitive US technologies, programs, activities and facilities. Plans and executes discrete physical observation; conducts counter-surveillance and detection operations; provides unique, cutting-edge biometric collection capability. May represent the CI Operational capabilities at Joint, Intelligence Community and Inter-Agency meetings as required. Independently develops initiatives to enhance the analysis and analytical support provided to CI Operational capabilities Prepares and deliver briefings to senior leadership regarding CI Operational plans and activities. Provides client with a greater understanding of CI Operations policies and methodologies. May liaise with the IA and the intelligence and law enforcement community.
REQUIRED:

Rigid Tactical is currently seeking Special Operations Forces (SOF) Intelligence Integrators to serve on a unique, multi-discipline team assisting Special Operations Forces’ (SOF) operational and tactical commanders, their staffs and their subordinate units with fusing operations and intelligence information in an effective, seamless process to enhance their effectiveness against threat networks that facilitate or employ Improvised Explosive Devices (IEDs).

Detailed Responsibilities:
The SOF Intelligence Integrator will assist in developing processes that focus on developing SOF Situational Understanding of threat networks and enabling DOD, IA, and IC communities of action focused on dismantling, disrupting, and defeating those networks. The Intelligence Integrator will prioritize and categorize requests for support, conduct near- and long-term analyses of device and network-centric problem sets, fusing multiple intelligence disciplines to support the application of operational capabilities in order to facilitate disruption and defeat of threat networks that employ or facilitate IEDs.
The SOF Intelligence Integrator will focus on problem sets at the tactical through operational levels while applying a thorough understanding of ISR integration and the ops/intelligence fusion process to compile, collate, analyze and evaluate all sources of information (to include unevaluated intelligence and open source data) associated with IEDs and their employment/facilitation by terrorist, insurgent, or criminal networks.
The SOF Intelligence Integrator will work closely with other members of a multi-discipline team to identify capabilities and vulnerabilities of targeted enemy organizations, identify trends, patterns and key nodes and highlighting their relationships to the targeted enemy networks. The Intelligence Integrator must possess a thorough understanding of the intelligence process to compile, collate, analyze, produce, and evaluate all-source intelligence and provide subject matter expertise. The Integrator must be able to provide guidance and mentorship to junior analysts and should be able to provide daily feedback to the team lead on product development. The Intelligence Integrator must also possess the ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing. The SOF Intelligence Integrator must have a strong operational background and experience in shaping intelligence products that support tactical or strategic goals set forth by the supported unit commander in order to create actionable target support packages. The Intelligence Integrator should also possess an understanding of IEDs as well as the local, regional, and global networks that facilitate IED construction, design, and usage.
Successful applicants will have documented experience working with multidiscipline operations/intelligence teams and familiarity with other elements of the DoD, the interagency and coalition partners.
The SOF Intelligence Integrator must have the ability to participate in and lead meetings, conferences, and engagements to exchange information, assist in making decisions, and/or provide updates. The Intelligence Integrator must have the ability to identify and analyze problems and generate recommended solutions based upon experience working with elements of the DoD, interagency and international elements.

What You’ll Get to Do:
As a CACI-WGI (The Wexford Group International) Intelligence Analyst, you will provide embedded and reach back support to Improvised Threat and C-IED efforts and operations executed by committed war fighting units and partners. You will provide multi-intelligence analysis and fusion that integrates existing national-level products and databases to define patterns of threat and IED network activity and narrow the search space to conduct counter-threat and C-IED operations. As required, you will interact directly with the deployed intelligence consumer during the development of intelligence products to meet unit and subordinate element intelligence requests for information. As required, you will plan, develop, and deliver tailored intelligence capabilities and tools training to supported intelligence consumers and partners.
More About the Role:
While deployed, you will embed with warfighters to assist operational and tactical commanders, their staffs and subordinate units with fusing operations and intelligence information to enhance their effectiveness against threat networks. You will identify and analyze problems, and generate recommended solutions based upon experience working with elements of the DOD, interagency and international partners. Most deployments are 120-180 days in length.
While providing reach back support, you will directly support embedded teammates; answer requests for support from other tactical units; and work closely with a wide variety of units, institutions, and partners. You will assist with pre-deployment training/preparation, conduct professional development within the CACI-WGI Joint Analytical Support Team, and mentor new members of the team to ensure they are ready to deploy and succeed.
You will work closely with other members of your team to identify capabilities and vulnerabilities of targeted enemy organizations; identify trends, patterns, and key nodes; and highlight their relationships to the targeted enemy networks.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
•Current Top Secret/Specialized Compartmented Information Security Clearance.
•More than one year of deployed Intelligence analysis experience within the CENTCOM AOR.
•You must also possess the ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing.
•You should be able to provide daily feedback to the team lead on product development.
•Be deployable to the required theater of operations, usually conducting periodic travel within CONUS and six-month deployments to OCONUS locations.
•Willing to work rotating shifts if needed - that may include nights and weekends.
•Bachelor's degree and more than three years of experience, or an associate’s degree and five years of experience, or seven years of relevant work experience. We will also consider candidates with four years of directly relevant experience.
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
•More than three years of experience conducting network analysis in support of attack the network or CT operations - including counter-facilitation.
•More than three years of experience providing C-IED intelligence support and/or asymmetric threat analysis.
•More than ten years of military experience, and/or a combination of military and IC Agency experience, including recent combat deployments, and be well-versed in all areas of military intelligence.
•Expert understanding of network analysis tools such as Analyst Notebook and Palantir.
•Expert understanding of Intel-related databases such as M3, TAC, NCTC Online, TIDE, ICReach SIGINT database, Cultweave SIGINT database, PROTON SIGINT Database.
•Practical understanding of geospatial Intel tools such as ArcGIS and Google Earth.
•Must be able to work independently with some government oversight and function effectively as part of a team in a joint working environment.
