As a CACI-WGI (The Wexford Group International) SOF Operations Integrator, you will provide embedded and reach back support directly to SOF, developing processes that enhance SOF situational understanding of threat networks employing or facilitating improvised threats (such as IEDs) and enabling DOD, IA and IC efforts focused on dismantling, disrupting, and defeating those networks. You will interact directly with the warfighter during the development of intelligence products while coordinating the support packages provided to meet unit and subordinate element operational requirements. Position Summary:
MSI is building a team of Security Cooperation Assistance (SCA) and Reform Advisers to support the Office of the Undersecretary of Defense – Policy (OUSD-P). This team will support military planners with the achievement of U.S.-led security capacity building efforts worldwide. Goals include 1) establishing and maintaining interoperability with partner nations; 2) fostering cooperation across diplomatic, economic and development interests; 3) assistance with peacekeeping operations; and 4) justice sector reform. Project Summary:
MSI is recruiting a Junior-Level Technical Advisor/Subject Matter Expert for a Task Order under the U.S Department of State Performance Management and Evaluation Services IDIQ contract. This is a proposal opportunity at this time with a potential to lead to an employment opportunity. An active security clearance is required.The contractor will assist with financial management of both State and DoD funding for all SFCB-managed programs.
Responsibilities: Lead action officer in the execution of the following actions/activities:
· Track multi-million-dollar accounts across FYs for all ongoing and potential SFCB-managed programs
· Collect and analyze financial data on SFCB projects, including project/program cost, progress, and timelines
· Track appropriations and allocations, identify unliquidated obligations, reconcile funding records, and identify challenges and program constraints
· Coordinate with interagency financial implementers to produce SFCB-managed monthly financial reports
· Advise SFCB Division Chief and staff on the financial status of all SFCB-managed programs
· Provide technical support, including drafting allotment memos; utilizing Global Financial Management System (GFMS) and Integrated Logistics Management Systems (ILMS) ARIBA for financial requests; and monitoring allotments, obligations and expenditures via State Department and DoD financial databases
· Responsible for financial reconciliation, invoicing, and deliverables for all obligations of active and closed out contracts and Interagency Agreements for SFCB-managed programs
· Coordinate with SFCB country partners at State and DoD to find best approach for managing financial data
· Coordinate with DoD/DSCA stakeholders to most efficiently manage and report on funds executed by DoD
· Apply knowledge of rules, regulations, policies, and practices from the FAM and FAH and other agencies requirements and objectives to ensure adherence and address concerns or problems
Qualifications:
· Two+ years’ experience in financial management of large/complex funding, preferably DoD, Security Sector Assistance, or State Department security assistance
· Degree in business, finance, social science, international development, public administration, or evaluation
· Experience drafting allotment memos, working with budget and executive offices within State Department
· Experience with State financial systems, to include the GFMS and ILMS ARIBA, to execute financial requests; and, monitoring allotments, obligations and expenditures using Data Warehouse
· Experience tracking DoD funding through SCIP
· Interpersonal, data management, reporting, writing, strong analytical and organizational skills; attention to detail and the ability to be flexible in a dynamic environment, exemplified self-management, project management and strategic thinking and the skills and ability to gather and maintain information
· Active SECRET level security clearance required

JOB DESCRIPTION
Credence Management Solutions, LLC (Credence) is seeking a Software Programmer to support the U.S. Air Force Special Operations Command (AFSOC) at Hurlburt Field, FL.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Serves as primary computer programmer for 492 SOW training tool software support.
Writes, updates, and maintains computer programs or software packages to handle specific jobs within the 492 SOW training website.
Designs and loads training forms, student questionnaires, and other documents as required.
Consults with management and technical support personnel to clarify program intent, identify problems, and suggests changes.
Performs or staffs revision, repair, or expansion of existing programs to increase operating efficiency or adapt to new requirements.
Write or contribute to instructions or manuals to guide end users on the use of commercial and Government software and other training website programs as required.
Coordinates 492 SOW updates to various programs ranging from basic internal programs to government owned programs or government utilized program suites.
Ability to write/integrate virtual reality (VR) and Augmented Reality (AR) ‘gaming’ applications to enhance 492 SOW flying training programs.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Secret security clearance.
Bachelor’s degree in social or physical sciences
Five (5) years of experience in Programming.
Working knowledge of Patriot Excalibur (PEX) and Electronic Flight Bag (EFB) is required.
Ability to keep deadlines and manage change to assure personal responsibility for timelines.
Comfortable interacting with leadership, faculty, technologists, and other teams.
Special Operations experience required.
Basic knowledge of the following Mission Design Series (MDS): Ac-130U/W, MC-130H/P, U-28, MC/PC-12; C-145, C-130J, and other non-standard aviation aircraft.
