What You’ll Get to Do:
As a CACI-WGI (The Wexford Group International) SOF Operations Integrator, you will provide embedded and reach back support directly to SOF, developing processes that enhance SOF situational understanding of threat networks employing or facilitating improvised threats (such as IEDs) and enabling DOD, IA and IC efforts focused on dismantling, disrupting, and defeating those networks. You will interact directly with the warfighter during the development of intelligence products while coordinating the support packages provided to meet unit and subordinate element operational requirements. You will assist in fusing the operational and intelligence information available to the supported unit while providing an operational perspective to the products, which include target and network analysis packages.
More About the Role:
While deployed, you will embed with SOF to provide operations advice to SOF commanders and staff on all activities regarding planning and synchronization of C-IED support to deployed SOF elements. You will remain relevant and valuable to the supported command through coordination of SOF requests for C-IED support with other deployed assets and enabling elements. Most deployments are 120 to 180 days in length.
While providing reach back support, you will directly support embedded teammates; manage requests for support from other SOF units; and work closely with a wide variety of SOF units, institutions, and partners. You will assist with SOF pre-deployment training/preparation, conduct professional development within the CACI-WGI SOF Support Team, and mentor new members of the team to ensure they are ready to deploy and succeed.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Current Top Secret/Specialized Compartmented Information Security Clearance.
Minimum two years’ experience providing operational support to one or more SOF units or commands.
Minimum one year of experience in forward deployed locations assigned to a SOF unit.
Minimum of five years of experience with the military planning cycle and tactical ground operations.
You must possess the ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing.
You will be able to provide daily feedback to the team lead and supported unit on product development.
Be deployable to the required theater of operations, usually conducting periodic travel within CONUS and four-to-six-month deployments to OCONUS locations.
Willing to work rotating shifts if needed - that may include nights and weekends.
Bachelors degree and three years of experience, or associates degree and seven years of experience, or nine years of relevant work experience. We will also consider candidates with five years of directly relevant experience.
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
More than five years of experience at tactical formations, SOTF and higher.
More than 10 years of military, academic or defense industry functional experience.
Recent deployment experience supporting Attack the Network, CT, or C-IED operations.
Prior experience working directly with IA, IC, or coalition partners.
Experience and capability to perform tasks with Microsoft productivity software and applications.
Practical understanding of Microsoft SharePoint, Google Earth spatial analysis software, as well as web-based intelligence tools and databases available through SIPR and JWICS.
Must be able to work independently with limited government oversight and function effectively as part of a team in a joint working environment.

Summary

Providing support and consultation to Business Unit Management and HR staff in the

Providing timely and accurate market pricing for management occupations. Review

market based wages and incentives are competitive and appropriate for a market
based wage system.
Administration of annual management base salary and incentive planning. This
includes administration of plans through Success Factors, providing consultation and

Project Summary:
MSI is recruiting a Mid-Level Design Specialist for a Task Order under the U.S Department of State Performance Management and Evaluation Services IDIQ contract. Responsibilities include the lead action officer in the execution of the following actions/activities:

Position Summary:
You’ve witnessed the good, the bad, and the ugly across the security cooperation enterprise. This is your chance to channel your first-hand experience into positive contributions supporting U.S. efforts to achieve interoperability with our partner nations. MSI is building a team of Security Cooperation Assistance (SCA) and Reform advisers & policy analysts to support the Office of the Undersecretary of Defense – Policy (OUSD-P) and the Defense Security Cooperation Agency (DSCA). This position supports DLA LAN technology refresh and upgrades as the agency progresses toward an enterprise approach to network communications. This position works under general supervision, developing requirements from inception to conclusion. The current and anticipated network equipment for which the applicant must demonstrate expertise includes COTS 10 Gigabit Ethernet LAN and associated software and hardware equipment. The network consists of a corporate, campus-wide CISCO LAN plant with Gigabit switching and routing to internal servers and external networks. The selected candidate will coordinate with the engineering team, the Task Order Project Manger, and government user representatives to ensure accurate solutions and user satisfaction on technical matters.

As a Special Operations Intelligence Integrator, you will provide embedded and reach back support directly to SOF, developing intelligence products while coordinating the support packages provided to meet unit and subordinate element operational requirements. SOF Intelligence Integrators are looked to within SOCOM as highly skilled and qualified professionals who bring years of expertise and cutting edge tools to the battlefield.
We are currently seeking Special Operations Forces (SOF) Intelligence Integrators to serve on a unique, multi-discipline intelligence team working directly with Special Operations Forces' (SOF) operational and tactical commanders, their staffs and their subordinate units fusing operations and intelligence information in an effective and seamless process to enhance their effectiveness combatting improvised threat networks.
The team ensures SOF assets are kept abreast of all current and emerging customer processes, methodologies, and Tactics, Techniques & Procedures (TTP) for attacking improvised threat networks. This is done through defeating the device, identifying and defeating the network, and protecting the force.
Team members have a unique opportunity to work on the ground with SOF forces. This is done by providing near real time intelligence products to assist SOF customers who are developing operations that directly affect enemy improvised threats.
Detailed Responsibilities:
The SOF Intelligence Integrator assists in developing processes that focus on the development of improvised threat networks, leading to an increased SOF situational understanding and enabling DOD, IA, and IC communities of action focused on dismantling, disrupting, and defeating those networks. The Intelligence Integrator will prioritize and categorize requests for support, conduct near- and long-term analyses of device and network-centric problem sets, fusing multiple intelligence disciplines to support the application of operational capabilities in order to facilitate disruption and defeat of threat networks that employ or facilitate IEDs.
The SOF Intelligence Integrator will focus on problem sets at the tactical through operational levels while applying a thorough understanding of ISR integration and the ops/intelligence fusion process to compile, collate, analyze and evaluate all sources of information (to include unevaluated intelligence and open source data) associated with IEDs and their employment/facilitation by terrorist, insurgent, or criminal networks.
The SOF Intelligence Integrator will work closely with other members of a multi-discipline team to identify capabilities and vulnerabilities of targeted enemy organizations, identify trends, patterns and key nodes and highlighting their relationships to the targeted enemy networks. The Intelligence Integrator must possess a thorough understanding of the intelligence cycle, and be able to compile, collate, analyze, produce, and evaluate all-source intelligence while providing subject matter expertise to a fast paced intelligence environment. The Integrator must be able to provide guidance and mentorship to junior analysts and should be able to provide daily feedback to the team lead on product development. The Intelligence Integrator must also possess the ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing.
The SOF Intelligence Integrator must have a strong operational background and experience in shaping intelligence products that support tactical or strategic goals set forth by the supported unit commander in order to create actionable target support packages. The Intelligence Integrator should also possess an understanding of improvised threats, as well as the local, regional, and global networks that facilitate IED construction, design, and usage.

The Senior Intelligence Analyst will provide intelligence and forensic expertise as a member of an OCONUS deployed team and CONUS reach-back support.

Overview
HII-MDIS is currently seeking a Tactical Air Environment Subject Matter Expert (SME) to work at Langley Air Force Base in Hampton, VA.
The primary task objective is to carry out an Analysis of Alternatives (AoA) of the Joint requirements and capabilities for Tactical Air (TACAIR) Synthetic Training. The AoA will be in accordance with AF/A5R - Office of Aerospace Studies AoA Handbook. The purpose of this AoA is to help decision-makers understand the trade space for new materiel solutions to satisfy an operational capability need, while providing the analytic basis for performance attributes documented in follow-on JCIDS documents. The results should enable decision makers to discuss the appropriate cost, schedule, performance, and risk tradeoffs and assess operational capabilities and affordability of alternatives assessed in the study. It should provide recommended changes to validated capability requirements that appear unachievable or undesirable from a cost, schedule, performance, or risk point of view. This AoA will provide the analytical basis for performance parameters in requirements documents.
The AOA will assess Joint requirements and capabilities for Tactical Air (TACAIR) Synthetic Training. TACAIR includes Joint fighter and bomber platforms conducting Counterair, Countersea, and Counterland missions supported by C2ISR; specific vignettes will be defined in the study plan. Synthetic focus is will include training systems/simulators, computer generated forces, white force, scenario development tools, assessment tools, network and event management, common architectures, and other environment generators.
Responsibilities
Examine technologies and material concepts and define the baseline and alternatives to be analyzed
Identify relevant threats to capabilities addressed and select appropriate analysis scenarios
Develop operational concept and employment concepts associated with alternatives in the operational context associated with the capability gaps and requirements
Plan and conduct the effectiveness analysis and assist in the comparison analysis to include the cost-capability analysis.
Conduct baseline and alternatives risk assessments and comparison analysis to include the cost-capability analysis
Qualifications
Required:
Must be familiar with and experienced in JCIDS processes and deliverable formats related to an Analysis of Alternatives, and the associated coordination required for each product.
Ability to ensure the study coordination and collaboration with a study team that must include subject matter experts appointed from HAF, AFAMS, US Navy, HQ Army, HQ Marine Corps, Service Warfare Centers, and Major Command equivalents.
Air Force TACAIR experience.
Ability to travel.
Preferred:

SSU, Inc. a Fayetteville, NC based company, is searching for a high energy, high capacity individual to grow our business efforts. The position is based in Tampa, Florida.
The Director of Growth Strategy Division will be responsible for the identification of opportunities across Government sectors, will communicate and coordinate the business opportunities with key stakeholders within the SSU organization, and will coordinate and execute total solutions to the customer to achieve new growth. This position will define engagement (services and product) in order to achieve successful service and product sales growth. Emphasis of the position will be on strategic expansion in USSOCOM, DoD, and to all other governmental agencies. Plan, develop, acquire, and implement new lines of growth as prime and sub-contractor.
· Provide technical assistance in vendor/acquisition contractor proposal evaluation.
· Aid in the development of products that market SSU’s capabilities to the USSOCOM account, such as white papers, customer meetings, and various other methods of marketing.
• Assist in the development of a proposal once an RFP has been released.
• Proactively develop relationships with senior leadership in key agencies and strategic partner companies.
• Identify and qualify new opportunities.
• Originate white space opportunities, follow-up on leads and manage the overall relationship building process.
• Ability to take active ownership of pursuit plan, independently and strategically think through the process and make recommendations on how to proceed.
• Coordinate relationship building activities with appropriate partners, engagement managers, subject-matter professionals, and other SSU personnel on the engagement team(s) in an effort to help ensure they are well advised on important matters
• Work with internal division leaders and key internal stakeholders in the division on BD and sales opportunities setting sales strategy, tactics, proposals, and negotiations for new product solutions as well as coordinating qualified new business capture and sales with government agencies.
• Lead growth efforts for advanced programs and new technical solutions for the customer that align to the business growth strategies of SSU.
• Lead penetration strategies with all major government agencies by facilitating contacts to achieve new growth.
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: This role has no supervisory requirements at the onset, but the director is expected to grow his/her markets and recruit staff as volume increases.
ADDITIONAL DUTIES: This role is considered a strategic position within SSU senior staff. Participating in additional duties may include expeditionary construction site visits as well as site lead responsibilities as necessary to properly balance SSU growth and execution.

Required Experience

You will interact directly with units preparing to deploy to areas where they will face improvised threats, providing insight and recommendations that shape their pre-deployment planning and training.
Relocation to Northern Virginia is not required for the position.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
CENTCOM-based ground combat experience with a combat arms unit within the past seven years.

SUMMARY: The Monitoring Specialist IV will apply knowledge of a professional discipline, the principles and techniques of inductive and deductive reasoning, and a subject-matter knowledge of either a geographical area or a functional area to the production of finished intelligence reports.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Exploit, interpret, and project existing data to fill gaps in information, request the collection of data to fill gaps in knowledge, and review and evaluate finished intelligence reports from the point of view of their specific subject matter fields.
Support the three functional areas of the Program:
The 24/7 monitoring team, special programs team and the TIA Threat Watch team.
The 24/7 monitoring unit monitors open source and social media in accordance with established DS monitoring priorities, performing cursory, initial triage of content to eliminate information that is from sources known to be provocative, parodic, or similar; maintains internal database of sites and users known to be valuable, reliable, unreliable, or parodic; creates cursory, standardized reports per Program SOP to provide to analytical team for further analysis.
These operations for Program are 24/7 with shifts consisting of 12-hour day and night shifts. Personnel assigned to a Special Programs team provide support to monitoring priorities driven by special events or as otherwise directed by leadership for a limited duration. These positions shall perform on business hours schedule, unless altered for a special event. In coordination with the TIA Threat Watch team in the DS Command Center, the personnel assigned to the Threat Watch team shall provide open source capabilities to the Threat Watch, securing all-source solutions for notifications and analyses.
Provide open source monitoring, assistance, and support to domestic investigative offices, protection details, protective intelligence offices, intelligence analysis offices, and other DS and external consumers. Products include researching, triaging, and interpreting data pertinent to assessments of threats, suspicious and hostile activities, and significant incidents.
Utilize numerous datasets, specialized tools, and advanced techniques to identify potential threat(s) to the Department for referral to analytical teams, other DS offices, and/or law enforcement, defense, and intelligence partners.
Review incoming open source information and maintain a database to assess the accuracy, credibility, validity and relevance of known media sources.
Prepare preliminary referrals related to open source threats, suspicious and hostile activities, and significant incidents.
Interpret, plan, and execute the collection of open source intelligence as necessary to meet DS priorities including operations in support of large-scale, multi-national events domestically and abroad.
Provide technical advice and guidance in the planning and execution of open source collection operations.
Prepare and present written and oral briefings to special agents, Program management, Bureau and Department leadership, and law enforcement, defense, and intelligence partners on open source monitoring and triage.
Assist training teams in the development of training modules by providing operational information and feedback on new training opportunities for Program staff and overseas monitoring elements regarding open source monitoring and operations.
Build and maintain relationships and collaborative networks within the Department and across the law enforcement (federal, state and local), security, and intelligence communities to share information, best practices, and lessons learned.
Establishes and maintains liaison within the Department and across the law enforcement, defense, and intelligence communities to represent the office and the Bureau; obtain resources and support; and plan and coordinate activities, if required.
Develop and implement new and innovative strategies for gathering open source information or intelligence in support of DS priorities and mitigation initiatives to address gaps and shortfalls in the collection and triage of open source intelligence.
Attend internal and external trainings, seminars, and conferences to acquire knowledge of new and emerging datasets, specialized tools, and advanced collection techniques that can be used to support open source intelligence operations.
Informs and advances the Program’s use of relevant and developing technologies.
Working with Program management, use ad-hoc Program monitoring priorities in the creation of Boolean or other query-language algorithms used in commercial and unclassified tools.
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:

· Ensure each student graduates with the confidence and appropriate proficiency level to employ SERE and individual Personnel Recovery (PR) tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) necessary to survive, evade, resist and escape across all spectrums of captivity
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Experience/Education
Must be a graduate of DoD recognized SERE Level C High-Risk Course which included Core Captivity Curriculum and the Directed Communication Model (DCM), with proof of certification; OR provide documentation of completion in Core Captivity Curriculum or the DCM from an accredited DoD SERE Course.
Must have a minimum of four (4) years of military service from any military branch, attained a minimum grade of E-5 and received an honorable discharge

JOB PURPOSE:
Serve as the Marine Corps Forces Special Operations Command (MARSOC) Unit Readiness Exercise (URX) Intelligence Effects Planner. Perform duties as the senior consultant to the G7 intelligence officer on matters relating to interagency integration, intelligence planning, exercise scenario scripting and associated scenario support.
Specific duties include:
Coordinate and manage the efforts of the G7 Intelligence Effects Cell. Members of the Intelligence Effects Cell include the Department of State (DOS) SMEs, Intelligence Community (IC) SMEs, Information Operations (IO) SME, Military Information Support Operations (MISO) SME, Civil Affairs (CA) SME, Public Affairs (PA) SME, Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) SME and Host Nation Regional SME.
Advocate/represent equities in the following areas: DOS, IC, IO, MISO, CA, PA, FBI and Host Nation Regional expertise.
Coordinate SME participation in the exercise.
Maintain current knowledge to pertinent issues (as they apply to the MARSOC mission or emerging missions) with regards to the fields/organizations shown above that should be reflected in the exercise.
Ensure that relevant issues in the fields/organizations shown above are introduced into scenario development.
Cultivate a sense of teamwork among the members of the Effects Cell prior to and during the execution of the exercise.
Facilitate the support of SMEs in the areas shown above by educating them prior to the exercise on the overall scenario, by identifying specific focus areas within the fields of expertise, by establishing points of contact rosters for Intelligence Effects Cell members, and by identifying execution requirements (i.e. security clearance verification, driving requirements).
If needed, coordinate classroom training in the functional areas shown above.
Provide support as needed for the contracting of pertinent Intelligence Effects Cell personnel.
Provide pertinent scripting input during planning and exercise execution.
Identify logistical and communication requirements to enable Intelligence Effects Cell support.
Participate in planning and scripting conferences.
Identify Intelligence Effects training and education requirements.
Coordinate attendance of pertinent Intelligence Effects Cell personnel, as required.
Assist with exercise execution, decision making, and scenario control.
Conduct research on current real-world operating environments and analysis of theater directives, lessons learned, and TTPs in order to design realistic exercise scenarios.
Directly support MARSOC G-7 intelligence personnel with intelligence resources (multi-discipline intelligence products, National, Interagency, Operational and Tactical-Level products, support documentation, etc) and apply relevant information to the exercise.
Develop and manage a library of scenarios that can be distributed and reused where appropriate.
Education and Work Experience:
B.S/B.A. degree or equivalent related military experience.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience as an Intelligence Officer, Intelligence Effects Planner, or Department of State Foreign Service Officer.
Well versed in current SOF doctrine and SOF TTPs.
Working knowledge of intelligence and operational software including Palantir, C2PC, PFPS, Falcon View, MIRC, and additional mission planning, collaborative, and computer-based simulation programs.
Extensive experience with exercise planning and execution including the development of training scenarios and Master Scenario Events Lists (MSELs).
Clearance:
· Must be a U.S. Citizen
· Active TS/SCI
