The Senior Intelligence Analyst must have a minimum of eight (8) years of recent analytical experience (since 2008) within DoD or equivalent Government organizations required. Five (5) of these eight (8) years of experience must be supporting Special Operations Forces intelligence operations and analysis at the tactical and/or operational level.
Demonstrated regional and/or functional expertise or a working knowledge of U.S. Central Command Area of Responsibility (AOR).
Working knowledge of HVI/Network targeting methodology and application, nodal analysis, and the ability to describe the SOF targeting process.
Highly proficient in utilizing current intelligence related automation, applications, tools, and databases to support analytical efforts and product development.
Strong briefing and writing skills are a must as well as the ability to work well with teams or individually with minimal supervision.
Ability to communicate in a professional manner with representatives throughout the Intelligence Community
Strong backgrounds required in the following analytical areas: Regional Analysis, Geo-Political Analysis, HUMINT, SIGINT and GEOINT Analysis.
Preferred experience as a Senior Intelligence Analyst in a deployed environment.

An equivalent combination of education, certifications, and relevant experience may be considered.

Perform CI, HUMINT, and related support activities and make recommendations necessary for the Government to task, coordinate, synchronize, manage, and deconflict CI, HUMINT and related operations and activities in the USCENTCOM AOR. Support activities include the following; CI and HUMINT Targeting, OSINT Collection ISO CI/HUMINT Targeting, CI and HUMINT Analysis and Requirements, Source Management, Asset Validation, CI Support to Operations, CI Support to Force Protection, I2 Functional Management, and FME Functional Management.
Provide direct support to Collectors by researching, analyzing, and writing CI/HUMINT Lead Sheets, CI/HUMINT Targeting Operational Support Packages (OSPs), and CI/HUMINT Asset Validation Packages in support of Counterintelligence and HUMINT Targeting and Lead Development Operations Support.
Collect and analyze Publicly Available Information (PAI) utilizing TIER I/II managed attribution research tools in support of Counterintelligence / HUMINT Targeting Lead Development Operations Support.
Research, author and coordinate the following in support of Counterintelligence / HUMINT Operations Support and general intelligence support to combatant command plans and decision-making:
Foreign Intelligence Threat Assessments (FITA), HUMINT collection/source directed requirements and evaluations, HUMINT and Counterintelligence RFIs, all-source intelligence analytic products to identify foreign intelligence threats, create and maintain an overlay of the foreign intelligence presence throughout the USCENTCOM AOR tracking key aggressors collecting against U.S. and Coalition members within Palantir, all-source analytic products that facilitate HUMINT Targeting and Lead Generation, Production Reviews (PR) in support of Asset Validation (AV) panels and briefings to Defense Attaché personnel.
Provide team lead and/or branch chief with Weekly Activities Report (WAR).
Each teammate will complete a minimum of 6 products per year; Hours may fluctuate if situation warrants and Government approves, shift work may be required.
Respond to ad hoc or crisis tasking and provide briefings or other tasks in support of CI/HUMINT Targeting and Lead Development, HUMINT Source Management/Asset Validation, and General Support Activities.
Author, coordinate, and/or review GCOMS cables and Contact reports in support of HUMINT Operations Support and HUMINT Source Management.
Identify, coordinate, de-conflict and correct Source Operations Management Module (SOMM) database records in support of HUMINT Operational support and HUMINT source management.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor or Master’s Degree or Specialized Training with 4-6 years of military intelligence experience with a focus in CI or HUMINT Intel fields.
Preferred Training Courses: CHOTC, Fundamentals of HUMINT Targeting.
Experience with the following systems preferred: Data Xplorer, RMT, QLIX, Palantir and Proton — HOT-R is a Must!

The Episodic Sniper Instructor positions are NOT full time positions. 2+ years of use of VMWare tools such as vCenter, vRealize, and ESXi to operate and maintain the virtual environment is preferred.
