CACI is seeking a Threat Analyst - Intermediate to support the U.S. Army at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD. You will be part of an integrated team to maintain effectiveness in defeating worldwide electronic warfare and signals threats while using your problem-solving skills and able to work with a team while in support of on-going projects managed from the Communications Electronic Command Software Engineering Center’s Army Reprogramming Analysis Team (ARAT) Program Office.
More About the Role:
The primary focus of this position is to provide support services to the Threat Analysis (TA) Branch within ARAT-PO. The Threat Analyst shall be responsible for supporting the development of Mission Data Set (MDS) software for the ARAT-TA Branch through analysis of air defense systems, as well as to provide intelligence data and threat information for Aircraft Survivability Equipment and Electronic Warfare systems fielded to the US Army.). Additional responsibilities include:
Support development software reprogramming requirements for the AN/APR-39 and AN/APR-48 Radar Signal Detection Systems (RSDS) found onboard Army aviation platforms such as the UH-60 Blackhawk and AH-64 Apache helicopters.
Analyze the Order of Battle (OB) and extract weapon system and emitter information to create a prioritized list of threats to be reprogrammed into MDS software.
Develop MDS reprogramming and simulation requirements in the form of a Threat Analysis Specification (TAS) to meet emerging threats.
Critically analyze and review results of tests against developmental MDS programming to confirm system threat detection requirements from the TAS are met. Conduct Verification and Validation tests of MDS programming before it is released to the field.
Develop Aviator Product documentation for aircrew such as Kneeboard Cards and Pertinent Notes.
Conduct analysis of new threats to aviators in the field and write System Impact Messages that detail indications of the threat relevant to their ASE.
Perform independent reviews of intelligence briefings, reports and information/issue papers produced by Service Production Centers.

What You’ll Get to Do:
• Support development software reprogramming requirements for the AN/APR-39 and AN/APR-48 Radar Signal Detection Systems (RSDS) found onboard Army aviation platforms such as the UH-60 Blackhawk and AH-64 Apache helicopters.
• Analyze the Order of Battle (OB) and extract weapon system and emitter information to create a prioritized list of threats to be reprogrammed into MDS software.

• Conduct analysis of new threats to aviators in the field and write System Impact Messages that detail indications of the threat relevant to their ASE.
• Perform independent reviews of intelligence briefings, reports and information/issue papers produced by Service Production Centers.
More About the Role:
This role will be within Program Office (ARAT-PO) to provide support services to the Threat Analysis (TA) Branch within ARAT-PO. The Threat Analyst shall be responsible for supporting the development of Mission Data Set (MDS) software for the ARAT-TA Branch through analysis of air defense systems, as well as to provide intelligence data and threat information for Aircraft Survivability Equipment and Electronic Warfare systems fielded to the US Army.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

What You’ll Get to Do:
As a CACI-WGI (The Wexford Group International) SOF Intelligence Integrator, you will provide embedded and reach back support directly to SOF, developing intelligence products while coordinating the support packages provided to meet unit and subordinate element operational requirements. You will assist in developing processes that enhance SOF situational understanding of threat networks employing or facilitating improvised threats (such as IEDs) and enabling DOD, IA and IC efforts focused on dismantling, disrupting, and defeating those networks.
More About the Role:
While deployed, you will embed with SOF to assist operational and tactical commanders, their staffs and subordinate units with fusing operations and intelligence information to enhance their effectiveness against threat networks. You will identify and analyze problems, and generate recommended solutions based upon experience working with elements of the DOD, interagency and international partners. Most deployments are 120 to 180 days in length.
While providing reach back support, you will directly support embedded teammates; answer requests for support from other SOF units; and work closely with a wide variety of SOF units, institutions, and partners. You will assist with pre-deployment training/preparation, conduct professional development within the CACI-WGI SOF Support Team, and mentor new members of the team to ensure they are ready to deploy and succeed.
You will work closely with other members of your team to identify capabilities and vulnerabilities of targeted enemy organizations; identify trends, patterns, and key nodes; and highlight their relationships to the targeted enemy networks.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
· Current Top Secret/Specialized Compartmented Information Security Clearance.
· Minimum two years’ experience providing analytical support to one or more SOF units or commands.
· Minimum one year of experience in forward deployed locations supporting SOF.
· You must possess the ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing.
· You will be able to provide daily feedback to the team lead on product development.
· Be deployable to the required theater of operations, usually conducting periodic travel within CONUS and four-to-six-month deployments to OCONUS locations.
· Willing to work rotating shifts if needed - that may include nights and weekends.
· Bachelor's degree and more than three years of experience, or an associate's degree and five years of experience, or seven years of work experience. We will also consider candidates with four years of directly relevant experience.
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
· More than three years of experience conducting network analysis in support of attack the network operations - including counter-facilitation.
· Experience providing direct analytical support to operations and providing direct analytical and targeting support to deployed SOF elements.
· Deployed in-theater experience assigned to a SOF unit providing intelligence support to tactical and operational SOF.
· Expert understanding of network analysis tools such as Analyst Notebook and Palantir.
· Expert understanding of Intel-related databases such as M3, TAC, NCTC Online, TIDE, ICReach SIGINT database, Cultweave SIGINT database, PROTON SIGINT Database.
· Expert understanding of Intel targeting tools such as the Skope toolset or the Voltron toolset.

Instructors will provide classroom training in open source analysis, collection, methodology, and will assist students with processing open-source information into products utilizing analytics technologies and scenario-based exercises and curriculum to the customer’s doctrine and region of operations. Specifically, the contractor will:
Conduct two-week formal OSINT classroom training for students every month in one of seven CONUS locations
Contribute to the development of OSINT training curriculum
Develop training plans, exercise scenarios, course materials, and course evaluations
Perform quality control on all classroom materials, curriculum, and lesson plans
Stay current on emerging OSINT tools and techniques and input them into the curriculum
Requirements:
2+ years of OSINT experience exploiting Publicly Available Information (PAI)
4+ years of Military Intelligence experience (HUMINT, SIGINT, All-source Intelligence, GEOINT, IMINT)
Demonstrated experience and proficiency utilizing commercial OSINT tools such as those found in the Berber Hunter Tool Kit (SILO, Babel, SRAAWL, and DataMiner)
Demonstrated proficiency in OSINT research planning, risk mitigation/assessments, data collection, collection management, and analysis/exploitation leading to assessments and products to inform decisions
Proficient in managed attribution, managing digital footprints, signature reduction
Graduate of OS301, OS302, & CASO courses
Able to travel every two months within the continental U.S. for periods of up to 15 days to provide instruction at various training sites
U.S. Citizenship
Expert-level proficiency using the Microsoft Office Suite

You will perform full spectrum geospatial analysis in support of complex geospatial, topographic, and imagery problem sets in support of global real-world operations. You will be required to communicate analytical assessments clearly and succinctly both written and orally, and present analysis products from creative analytical techniques in an operational environment. You will use their technical expertise and experience of Processing, Exploitation, and Dissemination (PED) of ground feature data and remotely sensed data such as Multi-Spectral Imagery (MSI), Light Detection and Ranging (LiDAR), and Electro-Optical Imagery to support the operational customer. You will be required to work in dynamic fast paced environments that requires both team interaction and individual efforts. You must be experienced in interfacing with both internal and external leadership.
Specifically, the Geospatial Intelligence Analyst will be responsible to fuse mutli-discipline intelligence sources to provide accurate and timely geospatial analysis in direct support of multiple geographically dispersed DoD organizations. You are the interface to the operational elements to ensure the operational commander’s goals are accomplished through the synchronization of the geospatial enterprise. You will use your knowledge and intelligence acumen to provide critical recommendations to operational decision makers. You will work the full spectrum of the problem set utilizing advanced geospatial capabilities and techniques to complete the mission. You will be challenged daily to expand your knowledge and understanding of operational application of geospatial practices with multiple disciplines.
No prior SOF experience is required.
Requirements:
Current DoD TS/SCI security clearance
6+ years of GEOINT analytical experience
Prior U.S. Military service with a GEOINT MOS
Experience supporting forward deployed military operations
Experience and ability to interact professionally with senior leaders of internal and external organizations
Experience and working knowledge of geospatial and intelligence data management within a variety of OGC compliant applications and databases
Experience and proficiency utilizing GIS applications and intelligence related automation to support analytical efforts and product development
Experience with imagery analysis and production to include a broad understanding of collection processes and management
Experience with geospatial processing and development of new methodologies to solve complex tactical intelligence problems
Experience in the production of fused multi-discipline geospatial assessments
Basic knowledge of geospatial techniques in F3EAD cycle
Be willing to travel CONUS and/or deploy OCONUS to hostile fire areas, if required
