POSITION SUMMARY:

of our programs, MAAC recently reorganized the Housing department into two new divisions: 1) Real Estate Development and 2)
Property & Asset Management.
This new Director of Property & Asset Management position will oversee a department of approximately 30 staff, with teams of 4-
7 based at each of MAAC’s affordable housing sites. We are looking for an experienced manager who can assess our current
operations and practices, and drive efforts to modernize, upgrade and innovate. They will serve as a liaison to MAAC’s Real Estate
Development and Client Services departments and work with government agencies including HUD, State of California Housing and

Required Education and Experience:
Eligible applicants must possess a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or
university in Fire Science, Public or Business Administration, or a related field.
Also required is background and experience as a Fire Chief, Assistant Fire Chief, or staff
position of Lieutenant or higher in a municipal fire department with a minimum of five (5)
years of progressively responsible work in the administration of fire/emergency medical

Certification as Emergency Medical Technician (EMT), which must be maintained throughout

The AFSOC SOF FMV PED course provides Initial Qualification Training (IQT) for AFSOC ISR PED personnel. IQT is unique to the AFSOC mission and qualifications from non-AFSOC organizations are not transferable.
Candidate must qualify for an ISR PED position by attending the Hurlburt Field AFSOC ISR PED two-week course. AFSOC ISR PED course familiarizes special operations intelligence personnel with AFSOC ISR PED systems and mission tasks with a concentration on Tactics, Techniques and Procedures (TTPs). Successful completion of the course earns the student a “Basic Qualification” status.

Warfare Center at the Philadelphia Navy Yard. Access Control Personnel (APC) assigned to each

5.1.2. Review and provide recommendations for changes to the Strategic Communication Strategy for the Transition of the XKS, particularly to areas pertaining to community outreach and inter-governmental communication. Recommendations will be provided during the 1st contract quarter.
5.1.3. Mentor and assist the Ministry of Defense and GS key personnel during the implementation of the Strategic Communication Strategy as required.
5.1.4. Assist and mentor counterparts with the identification of quality control procedures associated with communication strategies.

Provide mentoring assistance with the development of procedures or directives related to the implementation of a MoD wide message mapping strategy, developing a capability that that speaks to all stakeholder groups (minorities, government officials, donors) building trust, support and buy-in. These activities include:
5.3.1.1. Quarterly (or as needed) talking point development and dissemination to the entire Host Nation consistent with MoD’s priorities, plans, and regulations.
5.3.1.2. Training for social media conduct and how to amplify messages for particular audiences consistent with MoD’s priorities, plans, and regulations.
5.3.1.3. Development of a social media strategic communication campaign centering around retention, recruitment, exercises, training, significant accomplishments, holidays and support to civilian authority consistent with the 10-year transition plan and MoD’s priorities, plans, and regulations.
5.3.1.4. Develop a verification process for communication talking points to be checked throughout the Host Nation to ensure the messages are permeating the force. Develop a training plan to incorporate Host Nation members in the strategic communication strategy.
5.3.1.5. Develop a strategy for each key group in order to address key concerns, create buy-in, and develop a “what’s in it for me?” message system. The aim is to create predictability, energize stakeholders, and manage expectations.
5.3.2 Success in this task is comprehensive communication messages consistent with the Strategic Communication Strategy reaching the public at appropriate times resulting in increased visibility of the transition, a more positive response in minority communities, and a sense that all the stakeholders’ concerns are being addressed.
5.4. Training Plans. Assist with the development of formation of a training plan for communication specialists.
5.4.1. Provide commercially available and military specific training suggestions to the MoD and suggested levels where said training would be appropriate.
5.4.2. Success in this task will result in specific courses required for annual training, unit training, and Communication Department personnel in accordance with MoD regulations and laws, U.S. and NATO standards.

More About the Role:
While deployed, you will embed with SOF to provide operations advice to SOF commanders and staff on all activities regarding planning and synchronization of C-IED support to deployed SOF elements. You will remain relevant and valuable to the supported command through coordination of SOF requests for C-IED support with other deployed assets and enabling elements. Most deployments are 120 to 180 days in length.
While providing reach back support, you will directly support embedded teammates; manage requests for support from other SOF units; and work closely with a wide variety of SOF units, institutions, and partners. You will assist with SOF pre-deployment training/preparation, conduct professional development within the Rigid Tactical SOF Support Team, and mentor new members of the team to ensure they are ready to deploy and succeed.

The SOF Intelligence Integrator will focus on problem sets at the tactical through operational levels while applying a thorough understanding of ISR integration and the ops/intelligence fusion process to compile, collate, analyze and evaluate all sources of information (to include unevaluated intelligence and open source data) associated with IEDs and their employment/facilitation by terrorist, insurgent, or criminal networks.
The SOF Intelligence Integrator will work closely with other members of a multi-discipline team to identify capabilities and vulnerabilities of targeted enemy organizations, identify trends, patterns and key nodes and highlighting their relationships to the targeted enemy networks. The Intelligence Integrator must possess a thorough understanding of the intelligence process to compile, collate, analyze, produce, and evaluate all-source intelligence and provide subject matter expertise. The Integrator must be able to provide guidance and mentorship to junior analysts and should be able to provide daily feedback to the team lead on product development. The TL provides expertise and technical leadership for the Field Services Engineers (FSEs) responsible for supporting SOF users of operational and intelligence platforms. These field services include engineering and technical administration as well as embedded data services and analytical support and mentorship for workflow development, data source integration, and expert utilization of multiple software capabilities to solve mission critical information challenges. The TL enables the continuous improvement of technologies through in-depth and thoroughly vetted SOF user requests and the conceptualization, design, and development of customized workflows and tools derived from intimate knowledge of user needs, mission planning and execution, and advanced analytic platforms.
The TL develops and maintains training programs for FSEs and for FSEs and SOF users of software. This includes identifying product feature requests and enhancements and the identification of new data sets for mission-critical needs, training, and exercises. Training also includes new and existing users, training classes, individual mentoring and training, deployed user training, tailored user-specific training, desk-side support, and train-the-trainer. The TL works with the contractor and government program management for subject matter expertise and training direction, as applicable, to develop and maintain instruction and training for FSEs to deliver instruction and engineering support to users of Government software systems.
Core responsibilities include:
Daily leadership of technical tasks, providing overall on-site technical management, managing technical personnel in the execution of tasks. Managing schedules for all technical work to ensure milestones and timelines are met.
