This position will be supporting an Intelligence Community customer and will configuring, testing, and providing operations and sustainment support for all elements of the RF transmit and receive chain to include IP based satellite modems interfacing with industry standard satellite bandwidth management systems such as IDirect and COMTECH VMS.

Experience in complex telecommunications applications involving all phases of telecommunications network design, implementation, and analysis.
Performs research, requirements analysis, design, installation, troubleshooting, and support of local- and wide-area network hardware, software and applications.
Install and configure WAN and LAN hardware to include voice, video, and data cable systems.
Develops system specifications, architecture designs, integration and test plans, and all relevant documentation.
Develops risk management and mitigation strategy.
Maintain compliance with QA standards as well as ensuring service performance indicators are met or exceeded.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Security Clearance: active TS/SCI (must be able to obtain a CI Poly)
Bachelor’s Degree in a Technical field (i.e. Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science)
8+ years experience with Small Aperture Terminals (VSAT) and larger fixed ground station satellite systems operating in a variety of industry standard SATCOM network configurations to include SCPC, TDMA, etc
8+ years experience in evaluating, configuring, testing, and providing operations and sustainment support for all elements of the RF transmit and receive chain to include IP based satellite modems interfacing with industry standard satellite bandwidth management systems such as IDirect and COMTECH VMS.
8+ years related technical experience in Network and Transport technologies, tools, and techniques
VSAT experience; specifically Norsat Globe Trekker, Norsat Rover and L3 Panther
Global Broadcast Service (GBS) experience
SATCOM link maintenance/trouble shooting
Ability to create and maintain transmission plans (cutsheets)
Network experience basic configuration of routes and switches (Juniper or Cisco)

The Counter Insurgency Targeting Program (CITP) is seeking specialized HUMINT Targeting Officers having experience in Counterterrorism, Counter-Proliferation, Threat Finance, WMD to provide support to the Special Operations Command North (SOCNORTH) all-source intelligence analyst positions at the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), Joint Terrorism Task Force (JTTF) in Dallas and Alaska. Identity Intelligence (I2) analysts provide transnational and trans-regional focused intelligence and analysis to operational elements of the U.S. Government to assist in the disruption of terrorist activities against the Homeland and U.S. interests abroad. The position serves as the analytical and targeting focal point for the exchange of intelligence and information between SOCNORTH and the FBI and provides Department of Defense (DoD) layered intelligence and targeting expertise in direct support to the FBI. The analysts will plan, research, develop, and communicate in-depth analysis of targets, networks, and issues to key operational components and senior leaders in the intelligence community (IC), law enforcement (LE), Customs and Border Patrol (CBP), the Federal Bureau of Investigation, and SOCNORTH. In support of SOCNORTH's Joint Intelligence Support Element (JISE) the analysts will apply a full range of methodological tools and approaches to gain a comprehensive understanding of complex analytic issues and incorporate insights and findings into well-crafted, sophisticated intelligence products. Analysts will use doctrinal target methodologies and analytical tradecraft to prepare multi-disciplinary targeting analysis that supports key U.S. national security and foreign policy objectives and helps shape IC analysis and priorities.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
The analyst will be responsible to fulfill the SOCNORTH mission while supporting the role as a team member of the FBI analysts support cell. Specifically, the analyst will perform the following:
- Provide special operations specific expertise, technical knowledge, and experience to support SOCNORTH and FBI's missions.
- Leverage DoD data and capabilities to collaborate on joint problem sets for both SOCNORTH and FBI JTTF.
- Serve as the intelligence conduit between SOCNORTH and the FBI-JTTF, bridging the gap between law enforcement and DoD intelligence operations.
- Enhance SOCNORTH's and FBI-JTTF's mission set in the global special operations intelligence network and SOCNORTH's defense in-depth concept.
- Identify and engage enemy threats prior to entering the homeland, including capacity building with partner nations to defeat threats.

The analyst will maintain a working knowledge of actors and networks involved in transnational/trans-regional criminal, drug trafficking and terrorist organizations, which could potentially affect homeland security. The analyst will be responsible for conducting analysis and fusing information from multiple sources and intelligence disciplines into finished analytical products in support of SOCNORTH, NORTHCOM, SOUTHCOM, PACOM, and FBI-FTTTF.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Government trained intelligence analysts with a minimum of 8 years of intelligence analysis and targeting experience, and a four-year degree. 12 years of total intelligence analysis and targeting experience can substitute for a degree.
- MOS/AFSC 31D, 311D, 35F, 35 M, 350F, 35D, 18F, 180A; 1N0; or DoD joint service equivalent, or civilian 0132, 1811/0204 or other HUMINT centric field.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Possess an active TS/SCI Clearance.

Provide advanced-level support and guidance in the use of Relativity to attorneys, investigators and to the Litigation Support Specialists.
Perform specialized data culling and identification in Relativity for search terms, date ranges, folder paths, and domain types using complex searches and custom indices.
Work with the technical support group to resolve user issues with access, slowness, freezing, and viewer installation.
Work with Relativity as needed to resolve software specific issues.

CACI is seeking a Biomedical Maintenance Technician 2 (BMET) to join our team at Kadena AFB, Japan. You will have an important role in providing much needed support to our CACI mission as a BMET providing biomedical maintenance support. What You’ll Get to Do:
Inspections, inventory, maintenance, and repair medical, environmental, and non-medical equipment for worldwide military support and disaster relief
Performing initial inspections, calibrations, diagnostics, general maintenance and repair of medical and general support equipment (medical package tools and equipment, i.e. generators and environmental control units) within Operating Expense and Maintenance (OEM) guidance.
Use DMLSS (Work order/Inventory/Logistic software) to perform the preventive maintenance and repair on the equipment of the AFB Health Clinics and monitor and maintain repair part stock for the Biomed Repair Shop.
Maintain the technical literature library and test equipment inventory ensuring resources are up to date and accurate.
Comply with AFI 41-201
Manage Clinical Engineering Program
AFI 41-209, Medical Logistics Support; and DODI 6000.11 which governs Patient Movement.

This position seeks a self-starter with a strong work ethic, pays great attention to the details, and who can help our operations continue to run smoothly. In this role, you will utilize standard and specialized electronic test equipment and tools to perform calibration, maintenance, and repairs of medical equipment, as well as, work with computer software programs for interfacing and calibrating various medical equipment
This position is contingent upon contract award.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
3 years of experience and a BA/BS degree OR 6 years of work experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree OR associate’s degree plus 4 years of work experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree
Graduated from a DoD Biomedical Maintenance course or an accredited civilian Biomedical Maintenance program.
Experience in performing initial inspections, calibrations, diagnostics, general maintenance, and repair of medical and general support equipment (medical package tools and equipment, i.e., defibrillators, monitors, and ventilators) using military and manufacturer’s guidance.
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
Experience and certification using Defense Medical Logistics Standard Support (DMLSS) software data application are highly desirable.
