The System Administrator serves as a Mission Systems Computer Operator (MSCO) 24x7 engineering Team Member, offering direct support for detection, isolation, and resolution of ground segment problems and serving as first responder for all site issues. The position requires a broad level of knowledge of high priority systems across a multi-location enterprise.

 

 

 

 

Position Responsibilities:

 

Ensures that all technical baseline infrastructure is maintained at an optimal level so that Customer mission needs are satisfied

Monitors, recognizes, evaluates, and corrects system and network problems as part of support duties.

Is responsible for maintaining a privileged user level of access across numerous high priority systems

Communicates via daily interface with Government and partner country senior leadership, system operators, and engineers at site and across the enterprise

CACI has an outstanding opportunity for select Senior Geospatial Intelligence Analysts that want to make a difference in the defense of the nation by applying their talents and experience in a fast-paced dynamic environment in support of US Special Operations Command.  The opportunity is limited to those that have the operational and technical experience, and skills to effectively apply geospatial practices in support of real-world operations.  You will be an integral part of a selective professional geospatial team that is directly part of the operational planning cycle to support mission success.  This position is in support of a Department of Defense (DoD) organization located in Fayetteville, NC.

 

You will perform full spectrum geospatial analysis in support of complex geospatial, topographic, and imagery problem sets in support of global real-world operations.  You will be required to communicate analytical assessments clearly and succinctly both written and orally, and present analysis products from creative analytical techniques in an operational environment.  You will use their technical expertise and experience of Processing, Exploitation, and Dissemination (PED) of ground feature data and remotely sensed data such as Multi-Spectral Imagery (MSI), Light Detection and Ranging (LiDAR), and Electro-Optical Imagery to support the operational customer. Specifically, the Senior Full Spectrum GEOINT Analyst will be responsible to fuse mutli-discipline intelligence sources to provide accurate and timely full spectrum Imagery based analysis in direct support of multiple geographically dispersed DoD organizations.  You are the Imagery intelligence interface to the operational elements to ensure the operational commander’s goals are accomplished through the synchronization of the imagery enterprise.   You will use your knowledge and intelligence acumen to provide critical recommendations to operational decision makers.  You will work the full spectrum of the problem set utilizing advanced imagery capabilities and techniques to complete the mission. You will be challenged daily to expand their knowledge and understanding of operational application of imagery practices with multiple disciplines.

Shall perform advanced level imagery and imagery derived MASINT Analysis and processing using geospatial/imagery applications and intelligence related automation in support of Special Operations missions with regional and point analysis with detailed products to support Find, Fix, Finish, Exploit, Analyze targeting methodology

Job Responsibilities: Intelligence Report Officers (IRO) shall be required to support multi­discipline intelligence reporting operations for USSOCOM. IROs shall formally serialize information and multi-disciplined intelligence gleaned from collection platforms, operations and Captured Enemy Material (CEM) exploitation.

 

Job Requirements: Intelligence Report Officers (IRO) shall possess the following qualifications:

 

Minimum of eight (8) years intelligence, analytical, or investigative experience within DoD or equivalent Government agencies required, with five (5) years at the operational level. Additional years of general experience in drafting formal intelligence reports are highly desirable.

Shall have experience in the preparation of proposed releases of United States Message Text Formats (e.g. Intelligence Information Report (IIR), General Text (GENTEXT), etc.) resulting from data collected throughout the USSOCOM.

Shall be highly proficient in utilizing current intelligence related automation, applications, tools, and databases to support analytical efforts and product development.

Shall possess strong writing/editing skills and be capable of effectively accomplishing of intelligence products and assessments.

Have a Field Reporter Number (FRN) and provide if known

Current Top Secret clearance and SCI adjudicated.

Must possess a valid US passport.

Must be able to pass all pre-deployment requirements including a medical, dental, psychological, background, credit, and security screens as deemed necessary to be considered deployable.

Must be able to obtain all required immunizations deemed necessary by the contract.

Job Responsibilities: Security Support - Physical, Personnel, Special, SAP and Industrial Security Support (PPS&I) Specialists assist, monitor, and advise on all aspects of security activities. They shall plan and assist in implementation of security activities at the Top Secret and higher classification to ensure USSOCOM personnel (Military, Civilians, Contractors) and all supported tenant organizations are prepared to operate in non-traditional environments to perform critical contingency tasks. Personnel performing these functions develop written technical approaches and methodologies with regard to security proposals.

 

The PPS&I Specialist shall process personnel background investigations for special security clearance actions including:

 

Formulating and ensuring compliance with automated information systems security procedures

Suggesting, implementing and monitoring compliance with special security policies and procedures

Conducting and coordinating the training for special security representatives

Performing as a liaison with Government and industrial security officials, overseeing collateral and higher access and badge procedures.

Job Requirements: Security Support - Physical, Personnel, Special, SAP and Industrial Security Support (PPS&I) Specialists shall possess the following qualifications:

 

Minimum of six (6) years Physical, Personnel and Special Security experience within DoD or equivalent Government agencies required, with operational level experience preferred.

Position requires experience in compartmented programs in DoD, U.S. Intelligence Community, or supporting U.S. Contractors.

Experience in security training or security inspections is highly desirable.

Solid and varied experience in planning/accrediting facilities in accordance with the ICD 7051 standard.

Thorough familiarity with all security processes.

Must have a working knowledge of security policies and procedures to include National Industrial Security Program Supplement, and DoD 5105.21 Volumes 1-3.

Job Description:  Seeking exceptionally qualified individuals to serve as an Open Source Analysts at the Mid, Senior & Expert level to support a USSOCOM contract. Analyst is a trained and seasoned intelligence professional who drives collection to identify persons and locations of interest.  They focus on discovering vulnerabilities identified through open source collection efforts.  An Open Source/PAI analyst fuses open source targeting leads with all-source analysis and provides inputs to the Commander for interagency and foreign partner release coordination via interagency partners.  They use all intelligence disciplines to collect, exploit, and analyze target vulnerabilities through the fusion of information and dissemination of new operational targeting solutions.

 

Job Responsibilities:  Must possess a thorough understanding of the intelligence cycle, research databases, analytical tools and mission across the CENTCOM AOR at a minimum.  PAI analyst must have a fundamental understanding and knowledge of Syria and Iraq-based insurgent groups.  They must be a critical thinker, and possess a fundamental understanding of counterterrorism operations, the targeting cycle, all-source intelligence fusion and key concepts of target development.  They must possess a working knowledge of open source mapping tools and imagery databases (Google Earth), Analyst Notebook, and the Microsoft Office Suite.  Additionally, knowledge of Proton, IC Reach, Voltron, Gossip, and Palantir is preferred.

 

Job Requirements: The position at the Senior & Expert Level shall possess the following qualifications:

 

Minimum 4 years (Mid), 8 years (Senior) & 10 years (Expert) analytical experience with DoD or equivalent Government agencies required with five years at the operational level in of support SOF operations.

Network analysis experience.

HUMINT deployment experience.

Skilled in data and knowledge management, to include aggregating large amounts of data.

Shall possess strong briefing skills and be capable of effectively directing subordinate analysts in the accomplishment of intelligence products and assessments.

Acute knowledge of SOF and/or counterterrorism intelligence experience.

Excellent written and oral communications skills and be highly proficient in all source analytical support tools.

Recent experience in Afghanistan, Iraq or other hostile fire zone supporting SOF operations.

Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
