What You’ll Get to Do:
Manage overall case support for
the Special Matters Unit including case assignments, case timelines, task
lists, case priorities and case documentation.
Maintain reporting requirements to
ensure accountability of team members and visibility into legal operations.
Consult and coordinate with case
attorneys on strategies, requirements and support needs to ensure qualified
staff coverage.
Conduct regular meetings with lead
attorneys and report status updates, concerns and issues to Deputy Division
Director, Unit Chief and the COR.
Recruit, hire and train support
staff on roles and responsibilities, policies and procedures, and litigation
software including Relativity, CaseMap, Sanction, Trial Director and others.
Prepare presentations, lead team
meetings and build a high performing team.
Work with Deputy Division Director
and other managers to standardize case procedures and implement continual
improvement initiatives.
Develop and maintain quality assurance
for data management, processing and production protocol and best practices in
proactive case management.
Coordinate with, and assist,
Litigation Support to ensure priority processing and production requests are
completed accurately and successfully.
Manage and review staff
utilization including productivity and overtime.
Assess performance, conduct
employee evaluations and provide timely feedback.
Resolve personnel or disciplinary
issues and enforce compliance with company/government policies and labor laws.
Review and approve timecards,
travel authorizations, expense reports and department invoices.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
DOJ MBI must be obtainable (US
Citizenship required)
Undergraduate degree with 3.00 GPA
required.
At least six years of
progressively more responsible management experience in major litigation
projects, including significant attorney and client interactions.
Strong written and verbal
communication skills; highly organized with the ability to deliver consistent
high-quality work product in a deadline driven environment under extreme
pressure.
Ability to work overtime and
travel as needed, including weekends and holidays, often with little to no
advance notice.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Suite, Adobe Acrobat and document/discovery management applications.
Demonstrated ability to manage
numerous complex and time-critical litigation support activities
simultaneously, including technical/data processing support activities.
Strong technical background as
demonstrated through user level knowledge of e-discovery tools and data
management.
Must be able to anticipate

Knowledge of the Government’s

CACI is seeking a Program Support
Coordinator/Analyst to help support a large US Navy program at the Navy Yard in
DC. Serves as a Program Support Coordinator/Analyst providing operational and
administrative support to a large Naval Systems Command. You will be a key

What You’ll Get to Do:
As a Rigid Tactical Irregular
Warfare Analyst, you will serve in both a deployed and reach back role,
conducting irregular warfare analysis in support of Countering Weapons of Mass
Destruction (CWMD) and Emerging Threats efforts and operations executed by the
Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) and its partners. You will provide
support to SOF and conventional organizations by combining irregular warfare

with a wide variety of units, institutions, and partners. You will assist with
pre-deployment training/preparation, conduct professional development within
the CACI-WGI Irregular Warfare Analysis Team, and mentor new members of the

Establish psychiatric diagnoses
according to the American Psychiatric Association Diagnostic and Statistical

Provide psychological treatment
for individuals and groups; help medical and surgical patients deal with illnesses
or injuries.
Assist in the rehabilitation of
patients.
Hours:
Duty hours will be an 8-hr day,
Monday –Friday, between 0700-1700hrs at the Clinic Supervisor's decision and/or
the Flight Commander. With a 1-hour lunch break between 1100-1300hrs at the
Clinic Supervisor and/or Flight Commander's decision.
No Weekends or Federal Holidays.

Must be comfortable in a

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Maintenance position will
report to the Plant Engineer and perform a variety of maintenance work to
maintain plant equipment, execute
various physical plant projects, and assist in the upkeep of the
manufacturing plant.
Primary Duties and
Responsibilities:
• Perform plant projects as
assigned by the Plant Engineer or Plant Manager.
• Plan and implement various tasks
assigned by the Plant Engineer through the Maintenance Work
Order System.
• Perform janitorial tasks outside
the scope of the janitorial service and internal department cleaning
schedules.
• Primary person responsible for
daily, weekly, and monthly facility preventive maintenance tasks.
• Participate in Plant Safety
Committee
• Act as a back up to Plant
Engineer on building security issues.
• Performs miscellaneous duties
assigned by the supervisor
REQUIREMENTS:
Education & Qualifications:
• High School diploma or
equivalent, some college preferred
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience
in general maintenance
• Able to communicate effectively
with fellow employees, supervisors and other office personnel
• Basic knowledge of electrical
repair
• Experience with Preventive
Maintenance programs
• Must be proficient in computer
skills

Lead Role Player/site lead (Former SEAL
preferred) for training locations La Posta, CA, Niland, CA, San Clemente
Island, CA, Fort Hunter Ligget, CA, San Diego, CA, Camp Pendleton, CA, Seal

Terrestris is looking for
qualified Lead Role Player/site lead to lead teams of Role Players in Naval
Special Warfare Command scenarios. Role Players increase the realism of the
training scenarios as much as possible, adjust Troops to a combat mindset, add
environmental stressors, force leaders to make smart and fast tactical
decisions, and force all shooters to think and react in a more tactical manner
under the environmental stresses of combat. Role Players will need to be
on-site during work hours; up to 12 hours a day depending on the assignment.
Role Players will learn their roles and embody those roles during scenarios.
The right candidate will have a friendly, outgoing personality and will LOVE
hamming it up!
What qualifications do you look
for?
· Ability to enter a get on a government
installation.
· Former NSW operator is highly preferred
· 2+ years of consecutive experience serving
as a Special Operation Forces (SOF) Role Player.
· Familiar with sensitive equipment/weapons
inventory and control procedures.
· Previous Military experience.
· Be able to operate various military weapons
systems and fire marking cartridge weapons, paintball type weapons systems, and
blank ammunition after being instructed on the safe use of weapons by NSW
personnel.
· Be able to stay on script for the scenario
without adlibbing or changing the scope of the scenario itself.
· Be physically fit with no physical
limitations or preexisting medical conditions that would preclude them from working
in an austere environment and during the hours of darkness.
· Shall be familiar with basic weapons
handling including safety.
· Be able to stand and lay prone for extended
periods of time with and without restraints.
· Be able to wear safety equipment consisting
of a full-face helmet, throat guard, and groin guard.
What do Role Players do?
· Act as Opposing Force (OPFOR) personal and
replicate the characteristics of the environments encountered by Special Operations
Forces (SOF) during ongoing combat operations overseas.
· May participate in scenario training where
they should expect to be shot at with non-lethal marking ammunition
(Simmunitions, UTM or paintballs) while wearing safety equipment (personal protective
equipment).
· May be asked by NSW personnel to fire a
weapon that contains blank and marking non-lethal ammunition, or throw, place
or initiate detonation of an inert (nonexplosive) training device or grenade
after being instructed on the safe use of weapons by NSW personnel.
· Be willing to wear clothing to include
headgear appropriate to the significance of the scenario training.
· Can be students frisk and search them while
they are restrained.
· Can be restrained/zip-tied for prolonged
periods of time.
· Ability to travel as needed for to and
from training locations: La Posta, CA, Niland, CA, San Clemente Island, CA,
Fort Hunter Ligget, CA, San Diego, CA, Camp Pendleton, CA, Seal Beach, CA
