Conduct root
cause analysis on DON and USSOCOM IPA issued Notice Findings and

Develop CAPs,
white papers, or other audit artifacts for issuance to DoD, DON, USSOCOM, NSW
leadership and/or NSW Force
Leverage CAPs
successfully implemented from DON Budget Submitting Offices and provide
technical assistance in development of NSW CAPs to address deficiencies, ensure
sustainability, and validate that the root cause of the deficiency is resolved
Track and
develop testing schedule associated controls upon completion of CAPs
Review and
advise on issued policy and instructions by DoD, DON, USSOCOM to interpret
applicability across NSW Force
Assist in the
development of responses for DOD, DON, USSOCOM, NSW leadership data calls and
inquiries. Prepare response utilizing Microsoft office, standardize templates,
Tableau, Adobe Pro, etc.
Assist NSW in the
development of a tracker that will capture NFRs, CAPs, Responses, and
Risk. Tracker requires reporting of
status and metrics
Assist NSW in
developing FIAR training, implementation of audit tools, processes, and best
practices

Database Administrator to support software migration and transitional efforts
for the Ship Repair Facility-Japan Regional Maintenance Center (SRF-JRMC), The
CDA will support the migration from Project Sequencing and Scheduling (PSS) to
Concerto as their project scheduling software.
Additional Duties and
Responsibilities but not limited to:
Supporting SRF-JRMC technical
staff, software developers, and others to develop an implementation and
operational/management strategy.
Responsible for helping SRF-JRMC
install and deploy Concerto as an integrated component of their enterprise
toolset. This requires knowledge and proficiency with Microsoft Project in
addition to Concerto software.
Establish and maintain security
and integrity controls, formulate and monitor policies, procedures and
standards relating to database management, and propose and implement
enhancements that will improve the performance and reliability of the system.
Define optimal conceptual,
logical, and physical data models that address customer requirements and
balance performance and storage, incorporate security, back up, and disaster
recovery into database designs, establish database parameters that maximize database
performance, install, configure and patch database management systems (DBMS),
write database documentation, including data standards, procedures and
definitions for the data dictionary (metadata), control access permissions and
privileges, ensure that storage and archiving procedures are functioning
correctly, and conduct capacity planning.
Communicate regularly with
technical, applications, and operational staff to ensure database integrity and
security, clone application environments, ensure availability of related
application technology (e.g., web services, applications, batch processors, job
schedulers, etc.), provide Tier III support for the application technology
stack, apply application, security, and database patches, migrate new software
code and break fixes, verify shell/SQL scripts, packages, and stored procedures
for system enhancements, and install and configure third party products that
integrate with the underlying application.
Maintain connection to the
Government Program Office and/or the developer to stay apprised of the current
program configuration and coding which will enable SRF-JRMC to
understand/troubleshoot the new program and draft trouble tickets to be passed
to PMO-IT when needed.
More About the Role:
Interface with a broad range of
people and organizations with a stake in the scheduling transition, including
the leadership and workforce at SRF-JRMC (military and civilian, US, and
Japanese), other government Commands and personnel, and other contractors.
Provide SRF-JRMC with specific
Concerto application expertise to help the Command take ownership of the
software.
Develop plans for the transition,
work with a separate contracted team during a relatively short transition time,
and then remain in place to assist with longer-term efforts helping SRF-JRMC
succeed with their new scheduling tool.
Train SRF-JRMC personnel to take
on this role for a more permanent basis. Follow-on work of a similar nature is
anticipated for our customer in Japan or for systems at the Naval Shipyards
within CONUS.
Collaborate with the present team

Job description:
An ITA Local Employee Personnel
Screening Team Screener conducts screenings, complete reports and do all
necessary background checks on locally employed persons screened.
Screening will consist of an
in-depth interview utilizing a standardized interview method supported/approved
by the Installation Access Application (IAA) and Air Force Office of Special
Investigations (AFOSI); records checks; and biometric enrollment. The
contractor shall utilize equipment furnished by the government to include NRTIO

Screening interviews shall be
conducted IAW the SOPs used and approved by U.S. Government representatives
(Contracting Officer’s Representative ((COR), with the overall intent of
identifying applicants that pose a risk to U.S., Coalition or Host Nation
forces. Screeners shall structure their interviews to create a professional and
respectful environment. Screeners shall utilize rapport building techniques to
build trust with the applicant. It is important that the applicant understands

Results of a screening will be
reported to the respective AFOSI and installation security/force protection
offices, if derogatory information is discovered, as prescribed by the local

Electronics Exploitation Engineer/Aberdeen &

BTS is seeking a cleared
Electronics Exploitation Engineer to work primarily out of Aberdeen Proving
Ground in Maryland, but also able to deploy abroad to support military
operations under the purview of US CENTCOM and AFRICOM.
Position Description:
The Electronics Exploitation
Engineer (EEE) will provide forensics and exploitation support for the
Intelligence and Information Warfare Directorate (I2WD), who will be available
and willing to deploy to OCONUS locations to include the CENTCOM and AFRICOM
AORs for up to 6 months rotations.
The EEE will serve as the Subject
Matter Expert in relation to the collection and handling of recovered
electronics devices, ensuring that triage and technical exploitation (TECHEX)
occurs in accordance with organizational intelligence requirements. As the
Subject Matter Expert, the EEE must be able to work independently in isolated work
environments. The EEE will also execute reach-back and coordination with
CONUS-based engineering staff, as needed.
The EEE will be expected to
generate forensics reporting from TECHEX generated products and will respond to
any associated analytical requirements. This position requires OCONUS
deployments to the CENTCOM and AFRICOM AOR. While deployed, responsibilities
include installing, debugging, maintaining, upgrading of all assigned equipment
as well as provide broad mission support, training, briefings, employing and
fielding of the TECHEX capability to include electrical forensics applications,
tools, and systems.
What You’ll Get to Do:
Provide hands-on technical
forensic exploitation support for technical intelligence (TECHINT), media
exploitation (MEDEX), cell phone exploitation (CELLEX), electronic exploitation
(ELEX), and other unique exploitation missions.
Conduct electronic analyses of
target devices, including functional analyses of the target devices, understand
and describe how the target functions from an electronic perspective – basic
signaling characteristics; voltage levels; electrical connections; electrical
modifications to commercial-off-the shelf (COTS) hardware; logic states;
operating frequencies; component configuration identification; operating
profiles/modes; operation in noisy electromagnetic environments; and
susceptibility.
Serve as subject matter expert in
RF characterization.
Publish reports and briefings in
order to present characterization information, electronics vulnerabilities,
andexploitation recommendations.
Work with a team to respond to
RFI’s and determine best consolidated solutions to problems.
Design and implement
characterization standard operating procedures (SOPs) and implement SOPs in
daily functions.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Active Secret clearance and
ability to obtain a TS/SCI.
BA/BS and 3 years’ experience (OR)
Associates degree and 5yrs experience
An understanding of RF
communications, with a particular emphasis on complete characterization of
electronic circuits.
Extensive experience in
electronics engineering.
Experience using benchtop RF
equipment including Signal Generators, Spectrum Analyzers, Oscilloscopes, and
other equipment.
Perform standard RF measurements
(e.g. occupied bandwidth, average power, pulse width) using the previous listed
test equipment.
Experience in synthesizing and
generating various types of RF waveforms using and arbitrary waveform
generator.
BS in Electrical Engineering
desired.
Previous experience working in
OCONUS DoD forensic exploitation labs, to include FXL-C and ACME Labs desired.
Experience in reverse engineering
electronic devices from start to finish desired.
Experience in reverse engineering
electronic components and circuit boards desired.
Experience supporting exploitation
and modeling and simulation tool development desired.
Working knowledge of software
defined radios (SDR), such as the Ettus B210 and x310. Able to interface with
such units in order to transmit or receiver RF signals desired.
Basic MATLAB (and other basic
programming/scripting) skills, should be able to apply digital signal
processing techniques to communication signals. Techniques include digital
filtering, sample rate conversion, frequency/phase estimation, demodulation,
carrier recovery, timing recovery, channel equalization, pulse shaping, and
forward error correction desired.
Experience working with embedded
systems such as Arduino and writing programs leveraging the SPI bus to
configure and analyze various chipsets desired.
Previous OCONUS deployment
experience desired.

Summary:
The U.S. Special Operations
Command (USSOCOM) Marine Forces Special Operations Command (MARSOC) Marine
Raider Training Center is located at Stone Bay, Camp Lejeune, North Carolina.
Within the MARSOC component, the
MRTC is responsible for training and educating designated personnel in
individual, basic, and advanced special operations to meet MARSOC’s requirement
in
providing capable personnel to
conduct special operations. The MRTC instructs on a wide range of capabilities
within the SOF sphere, and the specific scope of this requirement encompasses
Advanced
Direct Action skills.
The overall objective of this
requirement, and resulting contract, is to provide the MARSOC MRTC component
with the necessary manpower augmentation to enable full time and episodic
qualified
instructors to support the
training and sustainment of 1000 and 2000 level Direct Action and Combative
standards. This support requires fully qualified instructors to assist MARSOC
