The Business
Development (BD) Operations Manager position is responsible for assisting the
Sector Business Development Executive (BDE) and Deputy BDE in ensuring
operational excellence and efficiency.
Responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to,
Tradeshow and Demo Day process management, Tradeshow event planning and
management, Demo Day event planning and coordination, Sponsorship and
Membership management and tracking, and Strategic Campaign planning and
execution support.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manages process

proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, including a strong

Responsibilities:
The CACI ISS
Team is looking for a Technical Application Support Agent to fill a position in
Northern Virginia. The candidate will provide incident resolution to customers
with IT Service problems related to complex PeopleSoft and Non-PeopleSoft
application solutions. Contact will include customer telephone support and
electronically submitted requests.
The candidate
will provide consultative and analytic analysis and problem solving for
PeopleSoft and Non-PeopleSoft application-related issues. Will have the responsibility for analyzing
business process break downs and solutioning to ensure mission critical

escalating incidents to Tier III support.
Candidate will
mostly work independent with general supervision from the shift lead. All interaction will be documented along with
incident status and solutions. A successful candidate will be expected to

desk processes and procedures in the context of PeopleSoft Application Support,
Non-PeopleSoft Application Support (i.e. Ab Initio, Audit Vault, Splunk, etc.)
and Administration.
The candidate
will need to be able to conduct analysis of problems and work to quickly
develop solutions for non-common questions.
The candidate should be able to rapidly answer frequently asked
questions or provide solutions to common problems to optimize support and meet

Through

CACI is seeking a Sr. Software
Systems Engineer to support a program that specifically supports the DREN
(Defense Research Engineering Network) for new applications. The DREN is
looking for application support to maintain their developer tools. These tools
are mostly from the Atlassian suite and consist of: Confluence, Jira, Jenkins,

These tools have already been developed and migrated to our environment,
however, require new functionality and maintenance to work through any bugs
identified, user reported issues, security and patching support, etc. This
individual will also be responsible for maintaining a GOTS infrastructure which
was developed in Jira, but maintained through Java.

What You’ll Get to Do:
Design, deploy, repair &
maintain a P25 trunked radio communications systems.
Monitor site status and address
discovered issues, verify documentation of fielded systems, and interact with
end-users to gather information to solve problems.
Perform installations,
repairs/replacements, technical evaluations, and assessments of various radio
systems, telephonic troubleshooting, and/or maintenances of radio systems.
Install, troubleshoot, and repair,
electronic equipment associated with LMR systems.
Test, repair, and maintain base,
mobile, and portable two-way radios and accessory equipment.
Assemble and connect transmitters,
power supplies, and antenna assemblies.
Program, maintain, troubleshoot,
and repair the following LMR assets: APX 7000, APX 7500, XTS 5000, XTL 5000,
XTL 5000 consolette, GTR 8000 repeater, GCP 8000 receiver.
Build radio code plugs for mission
critical operations.
Update software and firmware for
all radio programming computers.
Test, tune, and align repeaters,
portable radios and mobile radios.
Manage encryption keys using the
Motorola Key Management Facility (KMF).
Encrypt radios using
Over-the-Air-Rekeying (OTAR) or manually by using the KVL-3000+.
Analyze and interpret circuit
wiring, logic cable diagrams, complete communication system schematic diagrams,
and network specifications for the purpose of installing, troubleshooting, or
maintaining the system or device.
Create and maintain end-to-end
documentation associated with communications system installation and
maintenance.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
The ability to obtain and maintain
a DHS Suitability Clearance - High Risk Rating
A Technical Bachelor’s degree
(Physics/Computer Science/Management Information Systems with Electrical and
Electronics Engineering or Telecommunications) with a minimum of 5 years’
experience

Requirements:
The Assistant Operations Officer
acts as a single point of contact for the customer and shall be responsible for
producing quality candidates for assignment to future A&S Courses. In the
absence of the Operations Officer in Charge (OIC), the Assistant Operations
Officer shall have the duty of oversight and supervision of the recruiting
process. The Assistant Operations Officer shall participate in manpower
requirement meetings and provide the R&A Operations Officer with progress reports
on a weekly and monthly basis related to the pool of working applicants.
The Assistant Operations Officer
shall conduct site visits to the East and West Coast Recruiting Stations to
ensure Recruiters are in compliance with the R&A Directors guidance
relative to assigning quality applicants for attendance.
The Assistant Operations Officer
shall assist the R&A Operations Officer in supervising R&A contracted
personnel during Headquarters Marine Corps visits to Major Commands throughout
the Marine Corps.
The Assistant Operations Officer
shall submit “final” draft copies of naval messages related to applicant
assignments to upcoming A&S courses.
The Assistant Operations Officer
shall be responsible for training R&A assigned personnel and others as
identified by the COR and shall generate Letters of Instruction for required
R&A training.
The Assistant Operations Officer
shall be required to travel to CONUS and OCONUS locations in support of the
R&A mission.
The Assistant Operations Officer
shall provide recommendations in the A&S Selection Board process providing
information to senior members of the board on selected Marines’ ability to
attend the MRTC Individual Training Course.
The Assistant Operations Officer
shall be responsible for other manpower and management duties in support of the
R&A mission.
As Task Lead, responsible for the
direct supervision of all personnel and their daily, weekly, and monthly duties
to meet the R&A Director’s intent of producing quality applicants.
Manage personnel who will be
working in geographically dispersed locations.
Interact continually with the
Government COR and any appointed Technical Representatives (TR) to ensure total
product/service
Have oversight for personnel time
off, official travel, daily muster, and timecard approvals.
Qualifications:
Served a minimum of 2 years as an
E-9 Senior Enlisted Advisor in the management of Marine Corps personnel at a
staff level.
Minimum of 10 years’ experience in
a SOF or Force Recon Organization.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in
an Operations Staff Billet.
Possess a current passport.

The Medical Case Manger shall be
responsible for the daily use of the Armed Forces Health Longitudinal
Technology Application (AHLTA), Composite Health Care System (CHCS), Health
Artifact and Image Management Solution (HAIMS), Joint Longitudinal Viewer
(JLV), and WEBWAVE or the current DoD Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system to
support the R&A mission.
The Case Manger shall understand
HIPAA laws and regulations and possess a working knowledge of the NAVMED P-117,
Navy Manual of the Medical Department.
The Case Manger shall provide the
Operations Officer weekly updates on the status of candidate Special Operations
(SO) physicals.

responsible for making liaison with various medical personnel throughout the

required medical documents for completion, accuracy, and potential
disqualifying factors. Contractor shall review physician notes to verify that
patient information and medical history is documented accordingly.
The Case Manger shall confirm that
proper medical procedures were followed with regards to patient testing and
scheduled follow-up care. Contractor shall conduct follow-up reviews to confirm
identified discrepancies have been properly resolved.
The Case Manger shall ensure all
SO Physicals are Signed or Endorsed by an Undersea Medical Officer prior to
assignment to A&S. Contractor shall maintain a positive working
relationship with relevant Bureau of Medicine and Surgery (BUMED) and
Headquarters Marine Corps Plans, Policies & Operations offices to ensure
all medical waivers are endorsed by BUMED prior to an applicant reporting to
A&S.
The Case Manger personnel may be
required to travel to CONUS and OCONUS locations in support of the R&A
mission as directed by the Assistant Operations Officer.

Must have five years (5)
experience in one of the following Military Occupational Specialties: HM-8402,

As a MASINT analyst, you will be a
member of a team of analysts providing MASINT reach back support to Improvised
Threats, Emerging Technologies, and WMD efforts and operations executed by

Measurement and Signature Intelligence (MASINT) subject-matter expert and
technical authority with a focus on current/near-term events, plans,
developments, and trends pertaining to MASINT, the proliferation of WMD and

protection; and force operability and survivability against a broad spectrum of
nuclear, biological, chemical, and other WMD events. As a MASINT subject matter
expert, conducts applied research on specific intelligence issues pertaining to

reports and briefings; assists with answering requests for information (RFI);
assists in research and analytical data entries related to emerging and WMD;
all for dissemination to Agency leadership and its personnel, Combatant
Commands, and the Intelligence Community (IC). As required, you will interact
directly with the client, the Improvised-Threat Community of Interest (CoI),
WMD CoI, Emerging Threat CoI, intelligence partners across the IC, and the
deployed intelligence consumer during the development of intelligence products
to meet intelligence requests for information. As required, you will plan,
develop, and deliver tailored intelligence capabilities and tools training to
support intelligence consumers and partners. You will assist in providing
quality assurance and quality control over-developed products to ensure they
meet client standards and follow Director of National Intelligence (DNI)
standards.
RESPONSIBILITIES
While providing reach-back
support, you will provide support to RFS responses developed by embedded
teammates supporting units forward; answer requests for support from other
intelligence consumers, and work closely with a wide variety of units,
institutions, and partners. You will assist with training and pre-deployment
training/preparation. You will work closely with other members of the team to
monitor and identify capabilities and vulnerabilities of targeted enemy
organizations; identify trends, patterns, and key nodes; and highlight their
relationships to the targeted enemy networks. You will assist with the
development and maintenance of analytic policies and procedures for the
processing, production, and dissemination of intelligence. As required, you
will brief intelligence assessments and may represent the client organization

JOB OVERVIEW
As a SOF Targeting Integrator, you
will provide expert targeting analysis services against High Value Individuals
(HVIs) and shall use information, qualitative and quantitative research and
analysis, training, and technology and employ tools for information collection
to enhance a customer's F3EAD targeting cycle. You will provide embedded and
reach back support directly to SOF, developing targeting support products to

interagency, and international partners. Most deployments are 120 to 180 days
in length.
While providing reach-back support,
you will directly support embedded teammates; answer requests for support from
other SOF units; and work closely with a wide variety of SOF units,
institutions, and partners. You will assist with pre-deployment
training/preparation, conduct professional development within the SOF Support
Team, and mentor new members of the team to ensure they are ready to deploy and

The candidate shall perform the following

Requirements:
As a subject matter expert (SME) of
the MRTC Assessment, Selection, and Support (MASS) program, the Assistant A
& S Primary Instructor assists in the duties and functions associated with
the assessment and selection of Marine candidates for follow on training at the
Individual Training Course.
Able to carry a 45lbs pack and
hike up to 12 miles in one day.
Must be an expert in military
advanced land navigation and the establishment of SOF specific venues oriented
toward team and individual assessments.
Expertly skilled in the use of
electronic devices utilized to track personnel and global positioning devices
worn during land navigation exercises.
Has the ability to operate the
human assessment and performance tool known as the Whole Marine Program during
the execution of their assigned duties.
Has a working knowledge in
formulating military operations orders and disseminating the information to
other personnel orally.
Thoroughly familiar with the 10
MARSOC attributes and how they apply to the selection of Marines.
Able to support range operations
and be assigned as a Range Safety Officer.
Must have the ability to deliver
platform instruction to candidates in attendance of A&S.
Responsible for other training,
administrative and operational duties in support of the A&S mission.
Has a basic understanding of the
Systems Approach to Training (SAT) and Program of Instruction (POI)
Development, Analysis and Improvement.
Qualifications:
5 years SOF experience.
3 to 5 years of service within a
SOF or a Marine Corps SOF organization as an enlisted member.
Formal Military Instructor Course
(MARSOC MIQC preferred).
5 years’ experience utilizing the
Whole Marine Program database system.
Certified Range Safety Officer.
Graduate of a SOF A&S Course
or reconnaissance Basic Skills course.

Job Description:
SPATHE is looking for 24
experienced military training and logistics support coordinators to fill
support roles on an episodic basis in a multi-year contract at MARSOC Marine
Raider Training Center (MRTC) Assessment and Selection Branch at Camp Lejeune,
NC in support of the Assessment and Selection Program (A&S). The mission of
the Marine Raider Training Center (MRTC) is to assess and select personnel for
assignment to Marine Forces Special Operations Command (MARSOC) and to train
and educate designated personnel in individual, basic, and advanced special
operations in order to meet MARSOC’s requirement to provide capable personnel
to conduct special operations.
The candidates shall perform the following

Requirements:
The A&S Site Coordination
Support Personnel work with the A&S Site Coordination Support Leader and
Primary Instructors to fulfill logistics and manpower requirements for each of
the events conducted during Phases I and II, support the phase-in and phase-out
of cadre instructors / role players during A&S Phase II, and meet all
standards to include fitness and grooming standards for both Phase I and Phase
II.
Be prepared to participate in
daily meetings during execution with A&S Primary Instructors.
Work in concert with the Site
Coordination Support Leader to support training events.
Personnel may be expected to
participate in in-between course work, AAR’s and pre course work for specified
numbers of days in support of the mission.
Qualifications:
Possess a valid United States
driver’s license.
Pass vetting through DoD military
access system for unaccompanied access on a military installation.
Ability to handle gear and
equipment weighing in excess of 150 pounds.
Ability to work with computers and
devices.
Ability to work in an office
environment.
Ability to pass CPR certification.
Three or more years of military
experience or working in a military environment. (Desired)

ETL Developer work from home
The ETL Developer is responsible
for analyzing data from legacy vendor applications and converting it to the
corresponding OP database tables with as high fidelity as possible. The ETL
Developer will have a strong command of relational database concepts, extensive
data analysis skills, and basic familiarity with EHR usage and concepts. Close
collaboration with the assigned Implementation Project Manager (IPM) is
required. Due to the nature of most conversion projects, availability during
evening and weekend hours is required. This is a client-facing role therefore,
strong communication skills are imperative.
Essential Functions / Tasks /
Duties / Responsibilities:
● Analyze flat files and databases
from other products to import existing patient demographics and medical records
into Office Practicum.
● Review patient data specs to
convert data into a readable format for Office Practicum.
● Work with clients and vendors
using ETL tools (Pentaho Kettle) to extract, analyze and import data into
Office Practicum prior to go-live date.
● Work with business stakeholders
to assist with data modeling, or outlining the data requirements to support
business processes.
● Develop source-to-target
mapping, or data transformation instructions that outline how to convert data
in the source system to the target system as well as map the data values.
● Complete test runs on data
conversions for import accuracy.
● Work with Implementation
leadership to recommend and implement improvements to the data conversion
process.
● Document and update work
performed in Salesforce to keep OP staff apprised of conversion progress.
● Independently manage multiple
projects at varying stages of completion.
● Work according to the timeline
and expectation designated by the client and effectively address delays or
complications.
● Perform all other duties as
assigned by Data Conversion Supervisor and/or Implementation Technical Manager.
