CACI has an immediate opening for a Business/Systems Analyst supporting the men and women responsible for safely repairing U.S. naval warships. The Business/Systems Analyst will study shipyard processes, metrics, and data to interpret performance then provide the shipyard’s departments, codes, and teams with customized technical solutions to solve business problems. This is an onsite position at Portsmouth Naval Shipyard (PNSY) in Kittery, ME.

Summary:

 

CACI is currently looking for an outstanding Earned Value Management (EVM) Program Control Analyst (PCA) candidate to join our Photonics Labs finance team.  This position will lead and manage EVM Program Reporting and controls and collaborate strongly with the program financial support on a large complex government contract.  This role will support Program Manager and the Line Operations staff with the more complex functions of EVM reporting, forecasting, and metric reporting analysis.  He/She will serve as the lead for cost variance analysis and reporting, program forecasting, EAC’s, cost baselines, contract funding and analysis and monthly updates, maintaining contract budgets, and supporting the annual budgeting process. This role will also collaborate closely with the Program Financial Analyst (PFA) for all monthly financial reporting, forecasting, and budget planning functions. 

 

More About The Job:

 

The EVM Program Control Analyst is an individual contributor supporting the Elise program within our Photonics Labs Division.  He or she functions as an effective business partner to support all the required EVM reporting, compliance, and contract deliverable to the customer for this contract.  The Candidate will need to effectively utilize corporate systems such as Deltek Costpoint, Cognos, Hyperion (CAPS), SmartView, Cobra, etc. to obtain relevant financial data for analysis in support of program financial performance management.

 

Additionally, the EVM-PCA Specialist will be responsible to work with, and help support the Finance PFA supporting this program, including but not limited to: the financial management and review of cost, funding, labor charging, and all forecasting and internal reporting. Specific duties will include:

 

Provide earned value management leadership and coordination to this complex program.

Support the development of program-specific standards and process instructions for planning, scheduling, baseline control, EVMS, financial controls, subcontract cost integration, and Integrated Program Management Report (IPMR) compilation and analysis

Perform estimate at completion (EAC) analysis, financial and schedule performance analysis, variance analysis, trend analysis, and risk assessments.

Work with CAM’s to support ongoing cost and schedule management, variance analysis, etc.

Support overall subcontractor management including flow-down EVM requirements and integration into prime cost and schedule.

Support briefings to Government personnel regarding EVM and schedule performance.

Monitor ongoing procedures (e.g., Baseline Change Requests (BCRs), Schedule Management, Variance Analysis) for efficiency/effectiveness, and coordinate with program control team to implement process improvements.

Develop and maintain EV artifacts and other program documentation related to ad hoc deliverables to the customer and to CACI leadership, as well as evidence to present during quarterly DoD surveillance audits.

Ensure compliance with internal procedures and government cost/schedule reporting regulations

Support Program Management Reviews (PMRs) and Joint Surveillance Reviews (JSRs) as needed

Work closely with the program management team and the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR), facilitating program management discussions related to the program’s performance and overall health, risk, and recommended corrective action planning

Conducts complex financial analysis (variance analysis, risk analysis, profit/loss analysis, etc.).

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or a related discipline, plus min 7 years of related experience.

Demonstrated working knowledge of Deltek Costpoint, Hyperion, CAPS/SmartView, COGNOS or similar systems

The Fire Safety Officer (FSO) will work at Ship Repair Facility-Japan Regional Maintenance Center (SRF-JRMC) reporting to the Operations Officer. When assigned to a project the FSO will take daily assignments and work priorities from the Project Superintendent. A working knowledge of ship’s safety and fire safety are essential. You’ll work with SRF-JRMC leaders, for supporting and communicating all aspects of the Industrial Ship Fire Safety Prevention and Response program. You’ll also participate in development and execution of the training plans, to include determining various training audiences and developing/delivering parts of the training for fire safety. You will also work with individuals, small groups, and project teams to answer specific questions, advise on their best way forward, and help ensure their success.

 

 

 

More About the Role

 

You’ll interface with a broad range of people and organizations with a stake in Ship’s Fire Safety, including the leadership and workforce at SRF-JRMC (military and civilian, US, and Japanese), other government Commands and personnel, and other contractors.

 

You’ll conduct Fire Safety walk throughs of the ship to verify compliance with standards.  These walk throughs will have an emphasis on housekeeping, personnel access/egress, routing of temporary services, and ship/fire safety equipment.  Documenting deficiencies, identifying responsible parties, and communicating the deficiencies and recommended resolutions to the department/code responsible.

 

You’ll help develop Fire Safety Officer Status Sheets and Temporary Services Isolations lists that are updated to reflect the ship’s current condition.  You’ll assist in the development of the Hot Work Safety mitigation plans and provide recommendation the Fire Safety Manager to reduce hazards.  You’ll maintain a Lesson’s Learned Log throughout the duration of the availability.

 

You will provide daily briefs to the Fire Safety Manager regarding the status of each availability.  Provide Project team personnel, including ship’s force, with a daily summary and future events impacting ship/fire safety.

 

 You will support waterfront hazardous evolutions (high/medium risk and controlled evolutions) identifying potential concerns and provide recommendations to the Fire Safety Manager to reduce risk.  This will include, but is not limited to providing supported Project Teams with the required prerequisite safety checklists prior to work start.

 

 You’ll respond to all reported ship casualties.  Assisting Ship’s Force and Project Team leadership with response efforts.  Support follow-on investigation and identify shortfalls and provide improvement recommendations. 

 

You’ll be surrounded by a team of CACI personnel already supporting SRF-JRMC in the related areas of scheduling and project management, and a wide variety of other services as well. Duties and Responsibilities:

 

Support, oversee and advise on complex grant portfolios, including setting appropriate work priorities, applying knowledge of organizational needs and deadlines, and providing consistent follow-up to ensure timely receipt of required documentation.

Compile data and, as necessary, perform complex financial analysis to support the formulation of budget estimates.

Participate with program staff in the planning, development, and review of notice of funding opportunities (NOFO) requirements.

Support and advise Grants Officer (GO) on all required actions to ensure they are executed by recipients and the government in a timely manner, both prior to and after award.

Provide consultation and technical assistance to program officers, other federal staff, federal assistance applicants, and federal assistance recipients on all aspects of grants and cooperative agreements management.

Attend grant review meetings and provide administrative and budgetary information.

Develop and aid GO on budget negotiations with program staff and the grant community to ensure costs are reasonable, allowable, and allocable using federal regulations, policies, and procedures.

Maintain a tracking system of awarded grants and cooperative agreements.

Provide recommendations to GO to approve or disapprove requests by grantees or program officers for adjustments in requirements; take necessary actions to ensure that grants requirements are met.

Support and advise assigned grants or cooperative agreements after award, including conducting regularly scheduled monitoring of grantees to ensure compliance with grants/agreement awards.

Stay abreast of changes in policy, regulations, and legal authorities affecting agreements.

Provide advice and assistance in response to inquiries on standard grant/agreement determinations.

Review draft documents to ensure Legal Authority, Signatory Authority, Assurances and Provisions, Competition, and Appropriation Usage.

Outreach/Partnership:

 

Respond in a timely manner to requests for information.

Provide reports to program office stakeholders on the status of implementing agreements and make substantive recommendations to help meet the specific requirements of assigned program offices.

Establish strong interpersonal relationships through excellent customer service skills, project management knowledge, and a related understanding of program offices’ unique needs and mandates.

Work closely with INL program and functional office staff and managers, as well as stakeholders at U.S. embassies overseas and within other U.S. federal agencies and organizations, to provide support on training initiatives.

Required Skills and Experience:

You will apply irregular warfare analytic expertise and make recommendations for future products and anticipate customer analytical requirements. Most deployments are 120-180 days in length. While providing reach-back support, you will directly support embedded teammates; answer requests for support from DTRA Directorates and work closely with a wide variety of units, institutions, and partners. You will assist with pre-deployment training/preparation, conduct professional development within the CACI-WGI Irregular Warfare Analysis Team, and mentor new members of the team to ensure they are ready to deploy and succeed. Among the topics, you will analyze are WMD pathways that take advantage of preexisting networks (both licit and illicit) to facilitate the movement of people, material, information, infrastructure, and money.

 

 

 

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EDUCATION

 

Current Top Secret/Specialized Compartmented Information Security Clearance.

Minimum one-year experience in forward-deployed locations supporting Counter Threat Network (CTN) operations.

Description:

The Facilities Maintenance Technician is a full-time position with the primary responsibility of general

property level and building system maintenance, serving a Class A building in downtown Milwaukee

with 200+ units. This position reports to the Property Manager and works directly with onsite team

members to ensure the success of the property’s overall performance and helping deliver exceptional

living experiences to community residents.

Position requires ability to transverse the property on foot, climb, lift up to 35 pounds, work on a ladder

or elevated platform, and use cleaning and painting supplies. Must be able to communicate, orally and

in writing, with residential tenants, supervisors and co-workers. Typical schedule will be Tuesday[1]Saturday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, but may require occasional flexibility to work weekends and non[1]routine work hours in the event of urgent situations.

Your Mission

• Ensure building(s) and premises are always maintained in pristine condition and reports needed

repairs, safety hazards and conditions that could require the work of outside vendors.

• Manage building level work order assignments for in unit and other property level repair and

maintenance work.

• Conduct inspections of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.) and recommend,

coordinate and assist with repairs as needed.

• Assess property level issues and needs and proactively work with the team to address, as well as

suggest modifications or enhancements.

• Coordinate with internal team and outside vendors to ensure successful completion of all

maintenance and capital projects.

• Other assignments as assigned that may include basic plumbing and electrical, drywall repair,

Work to completely understand your customer’s business -- strategic business objectives, challenges, opportunities, change agents, blockers, etc.

 

Develop, implement, and manage a sales strategy that aligns the product’s capabilities to customer pain and/or critical business objectives.

 

Own/manager the entire sales cycle from initial discovery to deal close.

 

Effectively collaborate with internal resources across product and engineering to close deals.

 

Negotiate pricing/terms with Enterprise customers.

 

Develop/maintain in depth knowledge of the retail/ecommerce vertical.

 

Requirements:

 

5+ years combined inside/field role selling SaaS applications to enterprise-level customers.

 

Recent experience working for an emerging tech company.

 

Experience selling into large retailers ($1B+).

 

Track record of quota over achievement.

 

Excellent presentation and communication skills.

 

Demonstrated repeatable process for prospecting, qualifying and closing new business.

 

Ability to influence how customers think about solving complex business problems.

 

Understanding of MEDDICC.(Preferred - not required).

 

Experience selling AI/ML or E-commerce applications.

 

 

Comp: 300K OTE (50/50 base/commission)+bennies+equity.
