You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

 

10+ years of solution development or related experience as a solution architect with a federal government contractor.

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science or related technical discipline

Must have demonstrated experience developing and solutioning, and leading the development and solutioning of winning solutions for new and re-compete business pursuits, capture activities and proposal efforts starting at $100M TCV.

Must have strong working knowledge and mastery of current technologies and capabilities employed in the Federal Government space, including and not limited to, Cloud, Data Analytics, Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, Robotic Process Automation, and various Software Development methodologies spanning Agile to Waterfall and hybrids thereof.

Must have experience working front-end solutioning with clients to include assessing needs from requirements (SOW, SOO, PWS, other Draft material), good communication and relationship skills, determining pain points and key client needs, etc.

Must have participated in, authored and preferably led as a Solution Architect, the development of the Technical and/or Management Volume of large proposals for the Federal Government. Use of a Shipley-type proposal approach is required and demonstrated FedSim experience is a bonus.

As a Patriot Defense SOF Desk Officer, you will monitor data and information for aspects of physical security, operational security, security classification, and other control mechanisms to protect and mitigate risk to personnel and operations. You will also provide in-depth intelligence cases and assessments research utilizing all-source and classified information and support pre-deployment activities including Staff Mission Briefs and pre-mission coordination.

 

QUALIFICATIONS YOU MUST HAVE:

 

Current Top Secret/Specialized Compartmented Information Security Clearance

Current CI Poly

Seven (7) years of combined experience providing direct support to O-5 level (Battalion, Group, TSOC, etc.) SOF units, SMUs, Commands, or Interagency offices conducting Sensitive Special Operations, SOF HUMINT or sensitive HUMINT operations, Preparation of the Environment and SOF sensitive operations to include performing associative targeting (individuals, cells, network C2, and logistics); experience using HUMINT, SIGINT, GEOINT, and OSINT to support operations.

 QUALIFICATIONS NICE TO HAVE:

 

Experience and in-depth knowledge of the Military Decision-Making Process (MDMP) to include mission analysis, COA decision and CONOP approval briefings, D3A execution matrices, CONOP documents, and FRAGOs.

Experience and capability to perform tasks with Microsoft (MS) productivity software and applications.

Practical understanding of MS SharePoint and Google Earth Spatial Analysis software as well as web-based intelligence tools and databases available through SIPR and JWICS.

Candidates must have served honorably in the US military in an intelligence military specialty at the rank of O4 or higher and have first-hand experience deployed in support of OEF and OIF conducting intelligence operations or collection management in a combat environment.

 

 

 

Qualifications:

 

Must have served in an Intelligence Military Occupational Specialty (MOS) at the rank of O4 or higher.

Must have had, “Most Qualified or Highly Qualified” evaluations (or military branch equivalent) while serving on active duty.

Must have deployed in support of OEF and OIF and have first-hand experience conducting intelligence operations or collection management in a combat environment.

Must have significant experience in the conduct of ISR and collection management.

Must possess base-line experience in Army operations.  Marine Corps experience will be considered.

Must have experience in writing and proofing, POI, doctrine, curriculum and similar products.

Must have a minimum of two (2) years of experience as a Training and doctrine development or in institutional, operational and self- development training.

Must have a minimum of two (2) years of experience developing and designing full-length, skill-based instructional training material and experience writing lesson plans and training support packages.

Must possess excellent skills/knowledge in performing office automation work that includes word processing, electronic mail, spreadsheets, presentations, and other personal computer applications such as Blackboard.
