As a Senior
Solution Architect, you will conceptualize, develop, communicate and propose

with clients in both a long-lead and tactical capacity to help solve their

to define client requirements for solutions including services, products,
technologies and capabilities which encompass both IT and non-IT related

These solutions
may require hardware, software, networking, cloud architectures,
communications, cyber, services or other unique government-specified
engineering knowledge in order to design, develop, and support the clients.
In partnership
with others, you will define total systems design and technology maturity
constraints in accordance with mission requirements, develop system element
architecture and design and interface definitions, define system implementation
approaches and operational concepts. You may be called upon to develop models
and architectural guidelines for current and future system development, and
provide technical direction related to the implementation of system
architecture by other staff.
You’ll Bring
These Qualifications:
10+ years of
solution development or related experience as a solution architect with a
federal government contractor.
Bachelor’s
degree in engineering, computer science or related technical discipline
Must have
demonstrated experience developing and solutioning, and leading the development
and solutioning of winning solutions for new and re-compete business pursuits,
capture activities and proposal efforts starting at $100M TCV.
Must have
strong working knowledge and mastery of current technologies and capabilities
employed in the Federal Government space, including and not limited to, Cloud,
Data Analytics, Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, Robotic Process
Automation, and various Software Development methodologies spanning Agile to
Waterfall and hybrids thereof.
Must have
experience working front-end solutioning with clients to include assessing
needs from requirements (SOW, SOO, PWS, other Draft material), good
communication and relationship skills, determining pain points and key client
needs, etc.
Must have
participated in, authored and preferably led as a Solution Architect, the
development of the Technical and/or Management Volume of large proposals for
the Federal Government. Use of a Shipley-type proposal approach is required and
demonstrated FedSim experience is a bonus.
Professional
experience operating within cross-functional teams and groups, including
technical, development, acquisition, contracts, program management.
Must have an

Must have had, “Most Qualified or
Highly Qualified” evaluations (or military branch equivalent) while serving on

Must have significant experience
in the conduct of ISR and collection management.
Must possess base-line experience
in Army operations. Marine Corps

years of experience as a Training and doctrine development or in institutional,
operational and self- development training.
Must have a minimum of two (2)
years of experience developing and designing full-length, skill-based
instructional training material and experience writing lesson plans and
training support packages.
Must possess excellent
skills/knowledge in performing office automation work that includes word
processing, electronic mail, spreadsheets, presentations, and other personal
computer applications such as Blackboard.
Must possess military and advanced
writing skills (e.g. tailoring content and delivery for different audiences).
Must pass US Embassy background
check and meet all medical and visa requirements for travel to Nigeria in

Overview: This is a term position on a project serving
as a Collection Requirements Manager military advisor/trainer in support of the
US government in Nigeria. The goal of the project is to enhance tactical
capabilities for the Nigerian Army (NA). The term for this position is planned
to start in April-May 2022 and last approximately 2.5 months. Candidates must

JOB DESCRIPTION: Special Operations Assault Zone Controller
Serve as a Special Operations
Assault Zone Controller, in support of the 27th Special Operations Wing (27
SOW) at Cannon AFB, New Mexico. Personnel should have previous
qualifications/experience as Combat Controllers, Landing Zone Controllers,
Landing Zone Safety Officers, Drop Zone Controllers, or USAF ATC Controllers.
Further defined as former Aircrew/Spec Ops/USAF ATC Controllers/AMLO type
personnel that have previously been qualified LZC/LZSO/DZCO/DZSO. Personnel
should possess or be able to pass a flying class II physical for LZC duties,
but not required for LZSO, DZSO or DZC duties.
